ASerenity Kitchen & Bath IncWe signed the contract at the end of September and the project was started on December 3, 2020. It took them 10 working days to get everything completed (except for the glass doors). O'Neill glass measured for the glass doors on December 18 and they were installed on January 8. The shower is perfect and we love the flooring and new sink and counter. The shower is 5' and has a bench at the one end. Matt did a wonderful job and was so professional and so precise with everything. He put down the flooring as well as doing the tile work, installing the counter and sink, and doing all the plumbing. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Steve Neeley, the owner, answered text messages promptly and was patient with us as we asked questions. AWRIGHT BROTHERS CONSTRUCTIONThe project went really well. This was a new job for the company but they were able to handle all aspects which was much better than other companies that wanted me to hire my own HVAC, Plumber, Concrete, and other sub contractors. The work done was great, and even 3 years later we're loving our updated kitchen, laundry room, and fully gutted bathrooms.- David D.

AColvin Kitchen & BathWe were very pleased with both the process and the outcome on this project. The sales staff were very helpful with the decision making process. Once the work started, the workers went about their work in a thoroughly professional manner. We had the work done during the the pandemic when my husband was still working from home, and the workers were as quiet as they could be and wore masks at all times. They cleaned up the job site each afternoon and kept dust and debris confined. Our bathroom turned out spectacularly, and we particularly enjoy our shower!- Emily R.

ASerenity Kitchen & Bath IncSerenity did a wonderful job on our full kitchen remodel... cabinets, ceilings, paint, countertops, floors, back splash, and new electrical. Steve was patient in laying out our design and reworking the plan to get just what we wanted and needed. Suggestions were offered, but Steve was not pushy and did not try to talk me out of things I knew I wanted (like the removal of our pantry). Although certain retail shops were recommended, we were given the option to shop at any store. The cabinets are made by Eicher Woodworking and are well built and beautiful. Various cabinet options are given when you meet at the cabinet shop. I was able to choose any Sherwin Williams paint color for the cabinets. I recommend having an idea of what you want because once the project gets moving decisions have to be made fairly quickly. We did not compare pricing with other companies, so I do not know how Serenity compares with others. As with any project, there were some "bumps', but the Serenity team took care of everything without any hesitation. I also added some additional work (a pocket door & new trim to a laundry room) during the project and Serenity fit it into their schedule. I was thankful for that. The guys showed up early to work and were always on time. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again for a bathroom remodel in the future.- trina r.

FI’m incredibly upset as I write this, but feel compelled to be sure that nobody else is defrauded by Jess. She took $20,000 as a down payment for our basement remodel and has completely absent from the project since. She has no showed for multiple scheduled appointments. She will ignore our attempts for updates or simply communicating where she’s at. We contacted the building committee and found out she is not a licensed contractor in our area, although she represents herself as one. We are beginning legal proceedings to see if it is possible to recoup any of our money since she is currently dodging us completely. Please trust me and look elsewhere.
