He is honest and took responsibility for the cost of replacement parts that he said were needed because of a small mistake he had made. I delivered my vehicle to him the night before leaving on vacation and he had a quote to me shortly thereafter, the repairs were made and my vehicle was ready before my vacation ended. DDoc Dancer Heating, A/C & GeneratorsTechnician had been to the house to give an estimate. Wrong-size dampers were ordered, but had i not stopped them installers planned to jerry-rig them anyway. Of 10 ordered, one was the wrong size, even so. The new estimate, I was told, will cost more. This after a previous technician was at the house for routine work, and said he thought the dampers ordered were the wrong size. I shared this with Doc Dancer. The information was ignored. Sad to see what was once an excellent company go so far downhill.- James C.

Thermostat (under warranty) shorted out while technician was here. To deliver another thermostat the next day. 4:30 p.m., I called. Oh yes - the truck to deliver the thermostat was in the shop. They'll schedule next week. No call, no explanation.- James C.

ADid a fantastic job on a timely basis. We had over 10 inches of snow that had also drifted. TJ cleaned out the entire driveway so we could get both cars in and out safely. Would definitely recommend for other projects too. And will be using his services in the future.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

AFrom the moment I received a call back from Tricia at Ross, I knew I had contacted the right place. Tricia was extremely helpful and was able to get me scheduled right away! She had a great attitude! Prior to showing up, I received a text from her saying they were on the way to clean out my dryer vent. Sam and Evan arrived and were very professional! They listened while I explained the issue and got right to work. They were informative and explained everything to me. They finished up the job without any hesitation. CBefore the job was sold the sales team headed by Mike Hawkins were very professional, courteous but right after the signed contact job was delayed due to their internal department mixup. I was not communicated of any delay and had to call numerous people to get the response. During the whole process they worked with my insurance company and finished the work on time and the roof looked great. Right after job was completed I noticed my porch gutter leaking at the joint. It was a new leak which I thought would be the result of shingles being thrown while install. After sending video of the leak to the sales, install and customer service I didn’t get any response then finally I complained to their General Manger Grant and he came to inspect the leaking gutter and said the age of the gutter may be the cause of the leak but he will get it caulked. It has been more than a week, email and text message to their General Manager Grant has still not fixed the leaking gutter. Roof replacement was a good job but if there is any problem later on with their work I will not depend on their warranty commitment. I will not recommend them to others for their after sales service commitment.

He was very upfront and honest about the repair I needed done, walked me through what was needed, and showed me so I understood, instead of just telling me. I really appreciated that.
