AFreedom Home Services, Inc.Terry Mackenzie, Freedom Home Services, was my handyman for seven years. He was the best handyman I have ever used. He is competent, reasonable, professional, prompt, and very capable. He was able to fix, set up or repair everything that needed attention. When I moved, he gave me many terrific ideas for making my smaller house more functional: closet systems, hanging heavy objects, adding hooks, etc. When i have given him particularly difficult tasks, he has always found ways to do them very well. AFreedom Home Services, Inc.We have used Terry for numerous types of handyman services since 2004 ranging from installing things like doorbells, ceiling fans, lights, faucets and subflooring, to fixing things, hanging large paintings and the list goes on. Terry has a wide breadth of knowledge and skill and what he doesn't know, he will tell you honestly. Recently, he fixed a garbage disposal that he had installed about 4-5 years ago. Something was caught in it and we called a reputable plumbing company out first. The plumber told us that we would need to replace it. We contacted Terry and he had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. He's honest, reliable, reasonable and really good at what he does.- Alicia W.

CBefore the job was sold the sales team headed by Mike Hawkins were very professional, courteous but right after the signed contact job was delayed due to their internal department mixup. I was not communicated of any delay and had to call numerous people to get the response. During the whole process they worked with my insurance company and finished the work on time and the roof looked great. Right after job was completed I noticed my porch gutter leaking at the joint. It was a new leak which I thought would be the result of shingles being thrown while install. After sending video of the leak to the sales, install and customer service I didn’t get any response then finally I complained to their General Manger Grant and he came to inspect the leaking gutter and said the age of the gutter may be the cause of the leak but he will get it caulked. It has been more than a week, email and text message to their General Manager Grant has still not fixed the leaking gutter. Roof replacement was a good job but if there is any problem later on with their work I will not depend on their warranty commitment. I will not recommend them to others for their after sales service commitment.

AI met with Tyler for an initial quote to replace my old gutters, again to confirm finish color and to schedule installation. Tyler was extremely helpful with everything and we scheduled installation after I was able to paint the fascia. They were even able to reschedule for a quicker installation. The crew did an amazing job during the installation, even more so considering the odd footprint of my house. They maintained a clean workspace and had the job completed in about 6 hours including gutter guards all around. Total cost was reasonable and not much more than if I had bought seamed pieces from Menards or Home Depot to do myself (once you factor in labor of course). Overall, I am definitely happy with the entire process and will gladly use them again in the future.

ADid a fantastic job on a timely basis. We had over 10 inches of snow that had also drifted. TJ cleaned out the entire driveway so we could get both cars in and out safely. Would definitely recommend for other projects too. And will be using his services in the future.
