AFaerber's Bee Window IncIt went really well. There was a little confusion on the porch, at first, with a miscalculation on the measuring, but they special ordered 2 smaller windows to fit. The siding crew came after the porch crew and did an excellent job. It took a lot of time for the siding project but did an excellent job. Very expensive but very labor intensive. There were 4 guys at any given point in time and they were putting in 12 and 13 hour days every day.- Bryan G.

FMex fencing llcDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL ROB YOU. Buyer BEWARE! Ramiro (Mex Fence) quoted our project, which was then approved. In order to get us on his schedule he required a 50% down payment. Once he received the down payment he became unresponsive and when I could get ahold of him he had excuses for why the project was delayed. I requested a refund and we have yet to receive it - this has been over a month. I requested that they cancel the check and send a new one. I was told by Ramiro that he no longer has the funds and he can do nothing more to get us our refund. On top of all of this, I requested Mex Fence's certificate of insurance from Ramiro. He proceeded to send me a forged certificate which I was able to confirm falsified by the insurance company listed on the forged certificate. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. AGreenTree ConstructionThese guys did a great job! They made a beautiful fence that is stylish as well as sturdy. In addition, they made a gate and added two sets of handrails to my deck. They were even willing to clean my gutters! They were willing to work around my schedule and gave me good input as to design and placement of the fence. I highly recommend them. AChanges UnlimitedNick and his team did an excellent job remodeling our very dated basement and doing several other smaller projects. The price was definitely reasonable. We appreciated the quality of the work as well as the willingness to work with us to provide exactly what we wanted done. The communication during all of the projects was great. We love the deck so much that we had him rebuild our old wooden deck at home with a superior Timber Tech product. ANothing to big.They came and determined how many boards needed to be replaced then carefully cut the boards to fit, some for floor and some for hand rail. They screwed them in securely and the deck is goo as new. They will return in fall, after boards have weathered, to paint them to match rest of deck. We are very pleased with the result.- Mary K.

ANothing to big.The work that GP Contracting has done at both locations has been excellent. The owner Greg Parsenow has always dealt with me directly. Greg has always answered my call or called me right back. When we discuss the work he always comes to the location and provides a firm quote quickly. Changes or additions have not been a problem and the work starts on time and finishes on schedule. I will continue using GP Contracting for future needs because I have the confidence that the work will be performed by skilled people and to my satisfaction. Customer service matters.- John C.

ANothing to big.The guys were enjoyable to have on my property. They were very personable, well dressed, and professional. Turns out it is a small world I knew both of their parents when I was younger. There attention to detail and cleanliness was outstanding. I would have to say I got more than I paid for. Even though my dogs snuck out ?my fence, it was comical to watch the carpenters try to catch them. ?I currently am having Greg back to build a deck in the front, and I can't wait to do business with him again.- Denny S.

AOne screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date.

AThe Foundation Doctor did a great job! Don appeared to be very knowledgeable about foundations and drainage issues. He gave some very helpful suggestions, and actually recommended that we do less work than we thought we might have to do. There were a few delays in the process due to weather and other circumstances that Don couldn't foresee or control, but he kept us informed about the process--and delays--along the way. His team did some repointing of mortar for us which was a little messy. When we asked Don about this, he and his team came back to our home and cleaned things up pretty well. We were very pleased with the work Foundation Doctor did, and have found that it pretty much corrected our basement water problem. We have been managing that for many years, so we wish we had called them sooner!
