    Danny's Septic Service Inc
Danny's answered my first call and sent someone out a few hours later to diagnose a failed dosing tank pump.  The owner then came out a couple of hours later and emptied the tank so we could resume using water.  They replaced the pump two days later and fixed the unsecured alarm float.  Thanks again for the quick turn around!

Fantastic! They were very kind and helpful. They told me they would be at the house at 9AM and they were prompt. They were also very knowledgeable when answering questions regarding the septic system as this is our first home on a septic. Very happy and satisfied!

Yes, it went well.  They spoke with me on the phone multiple times and were very helpful.  Our fingers are really deep because of a full bath on the lower level of our bi-level home.  They had to use a small digging machine to do the first part.  They also removed an unwanted flag pole in that area for us since the tree kept it from being usable.  They guys even carried it to the driveway for me! (And it was heavy)  They were very polite and personable and willing to answer my many questions.  :  D
When we first moved here, they spoke with us on the phone for nearly 40 minutes to answer questions about having a well and septic, which were both new to us.  They came out two times since then to check and see if the tank needed to be pumped.  Twice they were honest and said it did not need to be pumped out.  The third time they checked it, it did need to be pumped and they did.  I really appreciate their honesty and not just doing something we didn't need -- especially since we would not have known the difference.
We appreciate their customer-first type of service!

    American Home Shield Home Warranty
we have had 2 different companies sent by the AHS come out and give their determination. The first company was Affordable Solutions Residential & Mechanical The 1st man said  the septic tank was full. "he had been doing this for 32 years" It was not the septic tank. We checked with our septic company and since all other plumbing was working just fine (shower dishwasher washing machine and the other toilet) we asked for someone else to come out and was sent a senior person. He used an power auger on the bathroom sink drain and said he ran it about 75 feet and hit something solid. We do not have 75 feet of sewer lines maybe 30-45 feet. toilet still not working. called AHS told them the toilet still was not working asked for a second opinion. Assurance Plumbing was scheduled to come. I took the afternoon off from work and they NEVER showed called AHS they were told that Assurance called us to cancel. The only phone number is my cell there was not a call or a message. 2nd appointment with Assurance was scheduled. AHS is telling us they can not do anything until the second opinion is received. Plumber call asked what the issue was explained everything that has happened to date. He determined that the "stack" was blocked but he can not go up on the roof to clear because of the liability issue and AHS doesn't cover for him going on the roof. plumber suggested have someone get on roof and use a garden hose to clear the "blockage" That didn't work called AHS again and had to have Assurance come out again. They were scheduled for June 30 between 9-11AM Guess What NEVER SHOWED".
AHS called Assurance Assurance said they had to cancel again but NO ONE ever called us.
We are fed up with American Home Shield Warranty company and the shoddy companies that they have contracts with.

    Mac's Septic Service
We had used them once before. It was slightly an emergency, we called them over the weekend along with a few other providers and they were the first company who called who could come out. They said there is another little holding tank that we had never had pumped out which they recommended we did.

    Danny's Septic Service Inc
I called Danny's Septic Service on 09/22/14 and Evan picked up the phone immediately and provided me a quote.  The price was right (including the Angie's List coupon) and we scheduled the septic tank pumping for 09/24/14 for 1:00 PM.  On the appointment day, Evan and his colleague showed up right on time, introduced themselves and identified the location of the septic tank.  I asked

Evan a lot of questions regarding service of the system, how septic systems work, and even stood by and watched the process.  Evan took the time to answer all my questions and explained each step. Evan and his colleague worked efficiently and cleanly and gave me a refrigerator magnet with the next service date written on it (three years from now)!!!  I highly recommend Danny's Septic Service.

    Mac's Septic Service
Since ours was not an emergency situation, service was scheduled within 2 or 3 days of my initial call. Louis pulled his large truck into our drive so that the hose would reach around to the tank; no need to drive on the grass. Louis gave us some interesting background on our historic tank cover while removing the rusted bolt with some effort. We were pleased to hear that our system seemed to be working well. He was an extremely pleasant, personable, and efficient young man, and we will definitely use this company for any future needs.

Acme Plumbing Drain & Septic Svc
The crew from Acme were timely and professional. They completed an on site estimate and returned within the week complete the job. They saved money and offered advice that other vendors did not. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the end results. The pricing was very reasonable and competitive. I would recommend the for any repair job.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Indianapolis & Central Indiana
So far, so good.  I am somewhat disappointed in their follow-up, because the tech indicated that he would be notifying their dispatch to make a f/u appointment to check on a couple of other things I had expressed concern about.  I have not heard back from Mr. Rooter at all. I liked them, but wish the techs didn't smell like cigarette smoke.  Otherwise everything is working very well so far.

    Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing
I had several plumbing issues in the bathroom which I wanted taken care of, including installing a new faucet, installing a new hand-held shower fixture, repairing a toilet and clearing a clogged sink drain.  The technician didn't know what the problem was with the toilet and labor for installing the faucet would have been $200 since they charge from prices listed in a book rather than time and materials.  I decided to use the coupon I had purchased to have them ream out the sewer line in case it was my clogging problem with the sink..  I then called another Angie's List plumber to do the other work.  The other plumber was able to repair the toilet, installed the hand-held shower, installed the new faucet and cleared the drain in the sink all for a total of $242 since he charges based on time and material..
