    Bloomington Maintenance LLC Fire,Flood Restoration
Bloomington maintenance came in and really did an awesome job turning my basement into a man cave. They really exceeded my expectations. I felt like they did the job like it was his own house. He was very resourceful and everything I needed done and more was done. The price was great, everything about it was a great experience. Thank you bloomington maintenance...

    Bailey & Weiler Design/Build
We hired Bailey & Weiler to help us spec and quote out a basement finishing project. We built our house 3 years ago but our basement was entirely unfinished. With B&W's excellent suggestions and guidance, we received a very detailed quote and from there, they allowed us to customize what we would tackle at this time to meet our budget. They and the contractors they subbed out to were extremely professional and efficient in their work. We were incredibly satisfied with the quality of work and greatly appreciated the feedback and guidance we received when we asked questions. We would highly recommend Bailey & Weiler to any friend, family or stranger! They are an excellent company doing excellent work and deserve your attention!

    First Call Construction
Got our down payment of $1800 and we never saw him again. Said he'd return the check and never did. Went to court and got a judgment against the owner (he never showed to the court dates). Found he has a criminal record and a number of other judgments against him. AVOID!!!

    Bailey & Weiler Design/Build
NO IDEA!!!... We never heard back from them after they came and spent 2 hours going over details. I called once to follow up, left a message, and never heard from anyone again. We are new to town, completely renovating our home, heard they were a fairly good company (although at the top of the price range), and figured we would get them to bid on the project. I honestly can't say we had a terrible experience, but we had no experience at all which may be even worse. I may think long and hard about this company as customer service is a huge deal when you're planning on spending any kind of money whether it be 5K or $150K... I was very disappointed and shocked with this outcome. Good luck

    Building Associates, Inc.
I met this company at the home show and was impressed and wanted to see what they could do for me on the garage we needed added to our prebuilt modular. They got iestimate back to us in about a week.  I noted some changes that needed to be made to the job but that increased the price much more  (we were just comparing prices) and the job did not fit in the time frame we needed to have it done.  I would gladly come to them again in the future

    Rick Hancock
Rick has handled all of my construction related needs for over 10 years.  From a kitchen remodel to 2 bathrooms to a putting a second story on my house.  I always know when he will be here (and if he won't!).  If it is a multi-day project, the work site is tidied up at the end of each day.

Ken was amazing to deal with.  I called him off of a referral from a friend on Friday, he came out within the hour and gave me an immediate estimate.  I received one other estimate and his was considerably lower than the other contractor.  Even though he was busy he fit me in the schedule...called me on Tuesday and said that due to the rain he couldn't work on another job he was working on and wanted to know if he could come out that afternoon and start on my job.  He came out Tuesday, worked Wednesday and completed the job on Thursday.  The drive looks great, I couldn't be happier with his service.  As far as contractors go, he's the best I've dealt with...and I'm in the final stages of building a house, so I've dealt with a lot of them.

    Bailey & Weiler Design/Build
We totally gutted our old kitchen, reconfiguring the floor plan and style. We moved doors, plumbing, electrics and windows.  Craig, Don, Karl and Carol were patient to a fault with my indecision, inexperience and constant questions. Craig only ever showed me choices within my budget.  Not once did I feel pressed to spend more money.  The worked nearly every day of the 8 week project.  Unpredictable hitches were worked out patiently and with lots of explanation.  Their subcontractors were top notch too.  The workers were as conscientious as any I've ever had in my home.  When the project was finished except for a couple of punch list items, my new laundry room sink cracked.  Karl came out to check it and ordered a new one right away. I love, love, love my new kitchen and am so happy we used Bailey & Weiler.  They are going to do our bathrooms next.

    Built by YOU
It went really well, we started designing in Feb 2014, with construction beginning in Aug.  It wasn't an easy build (thru a wet winter). But we made it through, moving in in March.  Aaron was extremely helpful, guiding my wife and I through-out.  If we were to build again I would definitely use Aaron. Thanks

    Koontz Construction Inc
I had a mix of experiences with Koontz Construction's replacement of our roof.  While there were some positive things that Josh did for us, I would not recommend Koontz Construction for the following reasons:
    1) It took them almost 3 weeks to return our (multiple) phone calls.  Once they did, they were responsive but that long of a wait time should have been a red flag for us, considering all that happened after...
    2) While taking off the old roof, the roofers did not remove items from our deck, as they should have done.  Several of my plants (grown from seed by me and meant to feed me through the summer) were smushed and my bird feeder was knocked off it's post.  I'm surprised it didn't break as well.
    3) Most import - When looking at the job after they were done, I notice that one of the shingles on the top ridge of the roof was sticking up a little bit.  I asked Josh to come back and look at it.  Sure enough, the shingle was not sealed down properly!  I cannot help but wonder what would have happened if I had not been so meticulous in my observations after the work was down.  REALLY!  It is likely all that work and the thousands of dollars we spent would have been wasted.  It makes me VERY worried about the quality of the work that was done.  If they miss one shingle, were there other things that they missed that I couldn't see?
    4) Right above the entrance to our house, several feet of shingles were not cut to match the roof line.  They too were left unfinished (some part of it was hanging down) and would not have been fix without a phone call from me.
    5) They left an extension cord at my house.  Not a big deal, but just reinforces my feeling that the crew had little attention to detail.  They just seemed like they wanted to get out of their as quickly as possible.
    6) I found lots of nails and a few old shingles around my house after they were done.  Again, lack of attention to detail?.
    Some good things:
    1) Their price was lower than other quotes we got.
    2) Once we decided to go with them, Josh sent out someone to fix the leak in our roof for free while we waited for the work to start.
    3) Josh reimbursed me for the damage done to my plants.  He was apologetic and amiable.
Overall, to me, the worry I have about the quality of work is not worth the $500 more I would have spent going with Ellerman Roofing.  If I had to do it again, I would not have chosen Koontz.
