    Bloomington Maintenance LLC Fire,Flood Restoration
Bloomington maintenance came in and really did an awesome job turning my basement into a man cave. They really exceeded my expectations. I felt like they did the job like it was his own house. He was very resourceful and everything I needed done and more was done. The price was great, everything about it was a great experience. Thank you bloomington maintenance...

    Lumber Liquidators Inc
Worst experience ever! First off, I'm VERY disappointed in the service that we have received from the Greenwood, IN store. The employees are extremely rude and incompetent. We placed an order and told the asst. store manager exactly what we wanted. The Asst. Manager ordered the wrong material SKU than what was given to him by my wife. My wife called him the next day and he was very defensive and rude. He would not (and still hasn't) accepted the blame for his mistake. He reordered the correct material with the same SKU my wife gave him. However, he FAILED to inform my wife that there would be a greater charge due to a wider plank. My wife has called the store several times and received no response. We have had to call the store 5 times now to schedule a delivery to our home because the material arrived in the Greenwood, IN store. After the 5th time (over 2 days), they informed us the closest date and the charge. And in the same email, Brad (asst. store manager) informed my wife there would be an additional charge. Mind you, this was ordered over 5 days ago and this was never communicated to us. And he couldn't even tell us over the phone. He did it at the end of an email that was primarily about scheduling a delivery. He STILL has yet to own up to his mistakes because he is an incompetent person who is terrible at his job. So, we have paid $5,000 for this material, no received it, been told there is an additional charge for the material (5 days after the asst. store manager ordered it because he ordered the wrong one the first time) and now my wife has called the store 3 times today to get this fixed and they are no longer answering phone calls from my wife. Great business practice huh? So, on 11/18, I went and picked up half of our material from the Greenwood, Indiana Store where they continued to overcharge us and we spent nearly 30 minutes in the store trying to fix the price so we could pay off our balance and get half of the lumber home. I told the sales associate in the store that I would be back the next morning when they opened to pick up the remaining lumber. He told me that I needed to come later, because he wouldn't be able to serve me due to someone else picking up during that time. On 11/19, we picked up the rest of the product from the Greenwood store. I signed paperwork and he stated that he would be sending the paperwork to corporate so they could release it to the contractor so we could schedule an install date. After 24 hours, we did not receive a phone call and decided to follow up with the store. They mentioned that they forgot to order the floor vents and will get them in as soon as possible. Mind you, it has been over 2 weeks since we ordered the material and the store forgot to order the floor vents. They mentioned they would be in early December and that we would need to wait. We called the next day, and a store associate (Brad) stated that he was going to call corporate to get an exception so we could schedule installation. He never called back that day. We called the next day and he said he got an exception from corporate and that he emailed all the information to the contractor to schedule delivery. Another 24 hours went by and we received no phone call, the store associate, Molina, stated she was calling corporate and would call us right back. We did not receive a phone call the rest of the day from the Greenwood store and had to call them back the next day. She stated that she got an exception from corporate Today, 11/26, the store manager was back from vacation so we called them back. He was super rude, and short with my wife alluding to the fact that we were an inconvenience. He stated he was checking on the vents and would have them shipped to our house. This has been the worst buying experience of my life. The staff are extremely rude, made several errors, overcharged us and never once admitted their mistakes. Save yourself and buy from another store who has more competent employees! Trust me!

    RadPad Remodeling
I could not be happier with the finished product. The floor laying was accomplished in a very professional and timely manner as was the entire project which included removing a large garden tub and installing a new floor, shower, creating a closet and installing new toilet and fans. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Henry Castrogiovanni and how willing he was to make every thing right for me. His crew were were polite and thorough in the cleanup each day and willing to do extra small touch-up things, just to be helpful. I would highly recommend RadPad Remodeling.

    CNC Construction and Remodeling
CNC Construction and Remodeling were excellent on this job for us. They did a complete tear-out of the existing furniture, fixtures, tubs, and drywall and flooring...down to studs. Harold helped us design and Micky helped us execute one of the coolest designs for a two-room bathroom suite that we have ever seen. Harold referred us to several sub-contractors from whom we got all the outstanding materials and designs that he used for our project! CNC Construction and Remodeling are not only awesome builders, but they are men of great integrity as well. If you get a chance to hire these guys...DO IT!

    CNC Construction and Remodeling
We were very pleased with the final results of our project. It took a little longer than planned due to the holidays, but still was completed in a reasonable timeframe for the amount of work we were having done. Harold & the CNC crew did a great job & were easy to work with. Always polite & willing to make adjustments or changes when asked.

Inspired Remodeling & Tile by Peter Bales
First off, Peter was excellent to work with from day one. I have never worked with anyone as detailed and organized as Peter. Peter came out to see the project and then put together an description of the work and estimate. He was so organized he included what work would be completed on what day and he stayed right on track throughout the end. This was a major project that took a little over a month. He did everything from design, electrical, plumbing, drywall, facets, door, trim, tile, and the list goes on and on. He started by running electrical wire for new lighting, switches, plugs, fan and then moved onto the plumbing. He installed 6-body sprays, rain head shower, and handheld sprayer that was all in the shower, in addition he also did the plumbing for the soaking tub and sinks. He framed out everything for the large walk in shower and build in a box around the soaking tub. Once the framing was completed he started the tile. We chose 12X24 Marble tiles throughout the shower and ceiling. He also installed the marble half way up all the walls and then behind all walls of the soaking tub to the ceiling. The tile works was absolutely beautiful, everything was very even and lined up perfectly. He installed a mosaic marble design on the shower floor with a covered tiled drain and did the same design in the nook within the shower. He came up with so many of the ideas when designing this bathroom. He built an arch over the soaking tub and columns on each side (its beautiful). He also created the nook for shampoos bottles in the shower on the bottom all the way across so anyone walking into the bathroom couldn't see our bottles. He took into count every detail and created a design that you would see in magazines. I still walk into our bathroom and can't believe it's mine. Thank you Peter for the beautiful work you did.

    Lowe's Home Improvement
We were told that Lowes could not only do the flooring, but would move our furniture and remove and reseat the toilet and sink in the bathroom after tiling. Sounds good right! The hardwood flooring and carpeting went well. The people who did that were good. However, you get what you pay for. The tiling was a DISASTER! Not only did the tiler install the tile incorrectly, he scratched our new hardwood flooring as well as left dried thinset on 4 sqft. of our deck. He also broke the water line to the toilet and flooded our entire basement because he didn't shut the water off and the basement now has to be redone. Note: we completely redid the basement 4 years ago so everything is relatively new. DO NOT USE LOWE'S AS A CONTRACTOR! They subcontracted the flooring to a company in Indianapolis, which then subcontracted to someone else. We had to have after hours emergency plumbing done to cap the pipe as we had no water. We had to have ServPro in to mitigate the water damage, which resulted in them removing all the laminate flooring removing drywall and installing large fans and a dehumidifier for 6 days. In addtion, to needing the entire basement redone. We have to have the HVAC ducting replaced because it was soaked with water, and the bathroom toilet piping redone and the fixtures reseated. The tiling contractor removed the toilet and sink, but didn't know how to replace them because he couldn't alter the plumbing to account for the increase in the floor height. The tiling done by the original contractor was done incorrectly (no spaces for grout between the tiles of adjacent sheets). The tile had to be completely ripped out and redone. Lowe's reimbursed us for the cost to reset the toilet and sink, but do not seem to want claim any responsibility for the damages despite the fact that WE PAID THEM and SIGNED AN AGREEMENT with them. They chose to subcontract this job and are making the contractors pay us for our insurance deductible. It was very difficult to get anyone to respond to our calls, either Lowe's or any of the contractors. We finally had to get our insurance company involved to facilitate a response. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR INSTALLATION OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS AGAIN!

    CNC Construction and Remodeling
CNC did an outstanding job. They are great to work with and flexible. We changed our mind on a couple of things on the fly and they easily adapted. They are very detailed and work hard to have everything done correctly. We have found CNC to be very fair and trustworthy. They figure out how to get things done and do it well. Check out the few pictures we added. We love our new shower. We are so happy we got it done and used CNC. We would highly recommend CNC for a shower remodel. They do great custom work that is high end. Cadillac work at a fair price.
