  • After 2 weeks job still not complete. He has had countless missed appointments you have to chase him down if you can get him to return a call. He charged for gas furnace instead of electric he still has not repaid money back.

  • Great, they were very responsive. They originally installed an AC unit in the spring and gave me a great price-match quote. AC was installed on time and properly. However, few months later AC unit was not working. They came out next day and inspected and saw that the heating unit which controlled the temp was not response. Since they couldn't replace the entire furnace that day, they rigged it up so that it would continually run and so that my renters could get AC on the next few hot days. No charge for that service. A week later they came out and replaced the entire unit and gave me a discount for being a returning customer. Absolutely will be using these guys in the future.

  • Great work did a call to remind to schedule the furnace tune up in early fall. The technicians that came out provided great customer service and cleaned up after themselves. Did a great and thorough job.

  • Terrible...had furnace trouble 3 weeks after tuneup...normal company we use had to come out on emergency call and issue was sensor which was supposed to have been cleaned with tune up but was not...have before and after pics...screws to flu were rusted tight and not removed earlier to get to sensor...$150 unnecessarily spent on emergency call for what was supposed to have been done already

  • On a sub-zero day when there were numerous furnaces malfunctioning, we found Turk HVAC to fix the furnace at one of my rental properties. I called in the early afternoon and they told me that they may not be able to get to it until the next day. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to service the unit on the same day even though it was late in the day. They fix the problem efficiently. I will certainly call on them again when needed.

  • We purchased and had a new Furnace and Air Conditioner installed by Service Plus. We have had great experience with their techs servicing our old HVAC unites. They provided great service and explained in detail what they were doing and what we may need to watch for. Additionally they were honest and not pushy about purchasing a new system. Once we decided to purchase a new system we decided to go with Service Plus because of our experience with their techs. We had purchased the furnace with a humidifier and smart thermostat as well as the AC. Please keep in mind that we had the new system installed on Black Friday and that may be the reason for some of the issues we had with Service Plus. The Installation crew arrived on time and worked hard most of the day to get the pieces installed. One of the techs wanted to make sure he got done as quickly as possible so that he could go shopping. I get it there are deals out there, but we did not appreciate that once he told us this we felt that the last part of the install was a bit rushed. After they were finished installing and it came time to install the thermostat, we noticed that it was not a smart thermostat and so we questions them on this. They made some phone calls and said one would be delivered and installed on Monday. It turns out that this information was not included on the order. They did not leave us a copy of what we had agreed on because it was all on their iPad ordering system. Then my husband asked them how to work the humidifier and they had not installed that either because that was not included on the work order either. We made phone calls and asked someone to call us back by Sunday, so that we would know that they were coming to install both the thermostat and the humidifier on Monday. Of course one of us had to take off work to be here and we needed to know what time and how long it would take. We never did receive that phone call until Monday morning at 8:30 am, as I was on my way to work. It turned out that they would be there later that morning to install both pieces. The tech arrived about 11:30 am and installed both but when he went to test them he received an error message. He continued to work on it, but had to leave because he had a doctors appointment at 4:40 pm. He had previously had canceled this appointment multiple time. I had agreed that as long he came back to finish after his appointment I encouraged him to go and understood the importance of getting to the appointment. He was not the person who came back. The salesman, who obviously did not include or follow up that everything was included on the work order is the one who showed up to "save the day". He told us that he was not happy with the tech that had been there earlier that day. So basically we now had more reservations, because we liked the tech felt he did a good job, but was stressed about getting to his Dr. appointment. Now the salesman/ now our tech had mentioned how he was perturbed because he had plans to attend a Pacers came that evening. Once again we felt were putting them out, but indeed it was primarily the salesman fault, in my opinion, that it did not all get done on the initial install. Now there was still a problem with our floor vibrating and the very loud noise once the furnace would turn on and I felt uncomfortable asking him about this issue. We called again the next day and explained that the furnace was making our floors vibrate and that we needed that fixed. It turns out that the inducer seemed to be bad and they replaced that and also did some work to move the duct work away from the floor boards so that it did not vibrate against them. Finally this was fixed, but only after taking multiple days off of work when it should have all been done on one day, a day we already had off of work. One other thing we had asked the salesman for when purchasing the units was if they would please check our duct work, because we are fairly certain that there are some issues that need to be fixed. Well guess what that did not get done either and when he was here last he said he would put an order in as a free estimate and that they would call us to set a time to come out AGAIN. We have yet to hear from anyone and it will be a full month in one more week. oh yes, they have given us a $25.00 Starbucks card for the aggravation. What I really want is the owner to call us and actually talk to us about our experience. I am not looking for anything free, I just want him/her to know the multiple issues we have had and some suggestions that might avoid these in the future. Show me that you care about the experience.

  • I use him all the time, he's my regular guy for maintenance. He just did service, but he's also installed entire systems for me. They are prompt to call your back, prompt when they tell you they will be there. They are more economical than other, he looks for ways to save you money. I've never ever had to call them back for anything.

  • Salesman was very informative & helped us select right furnace & air conditioner for our home. The technicians arrived early & went to work disassembling the old & installing the new. They were very knowledgeable, polite & cleaned up after themselves.

  • Once again, Mark IV did and excellent job in quickly resolving the heating issue and also gave advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. The service technician showed up on time, was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They gave me a same-day appt.

  • Mark IV is only company that didn't try to sell me a $2,500 repair package and fixed the problem for $99 in less than 10 minutes. WOW! I will definitely use them again. Obviously they are very very trustworthy. AC works perfectly. Thank you!
