  • 3 staff members arrived a bit early, but these were some hard-working ladies. The scope of work was a kitchen deep clean, baseboard cleaning and bathroom cleaning. The 3 member team worked about 1.75 hours on the various tasks. This was a situation where a tenant moved out and just left it a bit dirty due to a number of kids and pets (not trashed). The ladies asked how the services were and was I pleased. I was! I would hire Becht again.

  • After having same house cleaner for 2 yrs, we were in the market for better cleaning crew. Mandy was prompt to give us an estimate. We asked her for proof of insurance, which was no problem. She gave us a cleaning date and showed up on time.

    All floors and carpet look fantastic. Kitchen and bathrooms look great. Dust from furniture removed.  I was quite surprised to see they cleaned my ceiling fan and all registers. They even dusted my cat litter boxes!  I noticed a couple of cobwebs remaining, but will definitely give them the benefit of the doubt as they're not always easy to see and the pros of the service far outweigh a cobweb or two. 

    If this service continues, we will use Choice Cleaning for a long time!  Will come back to review after a few weeks have elapsed.

  • Sarah, Jean, Lana and Shannon was the team that was here and they were amazing with their professionalism, courtesy, punctuality and thoroughness. They cleaned every surface in the kitchen from the floor to the ceiling literally cleaning the ceiling and the ceiling fan!  Same thing in the bathroom. They also dusted all of my pictures on the walls, the furniture, behind the curtains, window sills, baseboards, window seat, vacuumed, and they even cleaned the inside window of the front porch door! I am  absolutely thrilled with the job they did.  They were so friendly and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.Great job ladies!

  • Service was great. Mark and his partner worked extremely hard. At the end of it all they asked to inspect the job and see if there were any areas I wanted touched up, which I appreciated. They got a customer for sure. Again I was thoroughly impressed with the effort they put into my cleaning my condo. Great job guys, appreciate it.

  • Three girls were sent, no men or larger women to handle outside window washing. Took swifter to walls and maybe ceiling, closets, etc. then used Murphy's oil soap on most of the wood -- I asked them to use it on wood paneling, and kitchen cabinets (original 1956 WOOD) but they said the product they used was sufficient. 
    There was a lot of construction dust everywhere -- hardwood floors were sanded and refinished. The girls seemed to do a fair job. It took longer than they had planned, and they tried to work through to the end instead of breaking for lunch and coming back. Then one girl's hunger hit and they had to pack up and go. They did the best they could on only two of the eight windows before she demanded they leave. I didn't get to go around to check their work.
    After they left, I realized they hadn't cleaned above the doors, the refrig outside or behind, the bathroom vanity cabinet, window ceils and left a couple bedroom windows open. If the one worker had not demanded they leave, I would have been much more happy with their work; they do seem to have some idea of what to do to clean properly.
    So if you hire them, have a cereal bar or fruit juice available to get them to stick until you are satisfied.

  • They were excellent! I thought they did a nice job, and when I asked them to do something they did it without any problems. They seemed to know what they’re doing and I had no difficulties at all.

  • I actually did purchase the big deal from Handi-Helpers Cleaning recently.  I don’t know what their normal charges would be.  They did a very average job.  They didn’t do anything stellar.  They sent out two people, one of them was pretty good and knew what she was doing.  She wasn’t terribly fast though.  I have had other people clean my house before.  I have a gauge and I know what people are able to get done in three hours time with two people, because that’s exactly what I used to pay somebody for to do previously.  They got much less work done than the previous group I hired.  So that was disappointing.  There were some complications because I had to watch my grandchildren that Monday.  I had originally planned to do that when I had them scheduled.  They could have been a little more flexible about not getting in our way.  They could have planned better of which room to clean first.  They could have had a little better communication about the sequence of what they cleaned when.  They were definitely willing to do what I asked them to do in terms of using different products.  They used my vacuum, which I asked them to use.  So, all that worked out well.  However, they finished up within two hours.  I even told them that the deal was for three hours and two people but they implied that they were going to leave in two hours.  I had to push them to be here for longer.  In general, they were very average.  The man in the team didn’t seem to know what he was doing.  He was constantly being directed by the woman what to do.  I don’t want somebody training on my dime; right or wrong that is the way I feel.  I thought he was a fill-in because he was wearing a blue button down shirt, khakis, and some loafers.  It didn’t seem like the normal cleaning attire.  He came from their office like that so it was a little strange to me.  They should have brought two people and brought him along as a trainee if that’s what they were going to do but they didn’t.  He was at a poor place than she was.  He had better people skills on the other hand she needed to communicate better with me.  I heard her fussing a couple of times, which isn’t very professional.  If she wanted to talk to me about something then it would have been appropriate for her to come and talk to me instead of having a side complaining conversation with him.  At least that’s how it appeared to me.  He was more professional than she was.  When I asked them to do something, they did do it.  I think there were some things that they should have communicated between themselves.  For instance, she didn’t clean one of my chandeliers.  She did it with a duster and she said it was because she wasn’t tall enough.  However, the man was tall enough.  I didn’t want to argue with her on that anymore.  So, I just got up there and started cleaning it myself.  They were late because they said that their GPS didn’t work well.  They arrived 15 to 20 minutes late.  They told me that they would be here between 11 and 12.  Then he called me at 11 or shortly after 11 and then they got lost.  They got here only about at 12.20.  The people I worked with before covered so much area than these folks did, so I probably will not use them again.  They did a good job of the area that they did, especially that she did.  He was enormous and was very willing to please.  He was willing to do anything.  I don’t think that he has done much house cleaning previously.

  • I purchased an Eversave coupon for 2 hours of cleaning from this company.  I set up an appt for Sunday, Nov 20th at 2pm and on the morning of the appt at 720am, Deb sent me an email stating that she could not find me address on Google maps or Mapquest.  I Mapquested and Googled my address without an issue and at 927am sent her an email with a link to my location.  At 2pm, I thought maybe she was running late and at 318pm I called and left a voicemail.  I followed up with an email at 530pm to which I received a replay later in the evening saying that she expected me to call her beause she was away from her email and that she did not have availability the rest of the week.  No where in the email was a reference to the fact that she did not have access to email and no mention that I should call her.  When I replied that I was not happy, she responded that I was rude!  Needless to say, I will never conduct business with Deb and her company and am seeking a full refund from Eversave.  I suppose there is a reason that persons believe this company is out of business...

  • They worked consistently and were very hard workers.  The only difficulty I had with them was that the mother did not speak any English and the brother had to translate.  That is not a negative it's just the way it was.  Both of them worked very, very hard.  They worked from the time they got here until the time they left.  I have no absolutely no complaints with them at all.  The work was fine.  I had more to do but I had only paid for such amount of time.  They worked fast and consistently and what they did was done well.

  • I gave her directions to my house, and she was supposed to call when she was on her way, but she never called. So later she sent me an email and said that she tried to call and no one answered, and I told her she didn't call, and there was no message on the answering machine. Then she said she was sorry, but she called the wrong number. I found that this was pretty consistent with what the other reports said about her, and so I discontinued our arrangement.
