    Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling
Nick Underhill was our Tech yesterday. He came out to service/inspect/and fix an issue with our Garbage Disposal. Turned out the Disposal was just a stubborn plumbing clog (which we were not charged extra for. He assessed our Water Heater, Sump Pump, and gave us quotes on new options of the aforementioned items, as well as miscellaneous house-pipe-related issues/options. Nick was on-time (early actually), knowledgeable - yet explained everything to me on a laymens level, professional, and cordial. Id give him an A+, but that option wasnt available...

Went smoothly. Bobby installed my provided Kitchen faucet without a hiccup. Price was a little steep but good work is hard to find. I'll pay it again and again. Thanks for being on time and done within a timely manner.

    CMH Builders Inc
From start to finish this process could not have been better! CMH provided my wife and I an amazing experience to get our basement completed! Every step of the process was flawless and we would recommend CMH to anyone! My wife and I loved the ability to pick out finishes of our basement in their show room as well as view the 3D design drawings of our basement in their showroom before we committed to doing business with them. The 3D design is a HUGE benefit that CMH offers IMO as 3 other companies we got quotes with either had hand drawings (basic blue print) or no drawings. When investing money into a large project it is nice to see what the finished product will look like. Finally last but not least, the project manager (we had Teddy) was AMAZING!!!! He was in constant communication via email, text, and phone call. Teddy also remembered that I wanted to move a couch down into the basement before they completed final touch ups on the walls. The morning of touch ups he showed up and asked if he could help me move the couch down....UNREAL customer service!!! CMH has my wife and I's vote of confidence. I am sure you will agree should you choose CMH!

My mother had passed away and I was tasked with selling her home. It needed a lot of work. There was a strong odor of cat/dog urine and many things needed to be replaced or fixed before the realtor said the home would have a chance to sell at market value. The first two contractors who provided a quote were both in the neighborhood of $30,000.00. I was nearly on the edge of giving up until I met Pryce and his crew. Pryce quoted me less than half of what the other two contractors did at ~$13,000. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and transparent. Most of our communication took place via text. Pryce liked to use text as a way to reiterate or summarize an ongoing statement of work. This worked well for me too. There was no upfront payment. Pryce did not ask for a dime until there was a significant cost out of his pocket such as after the flooring was installed throughout the home or painting completed. I live in Carmel and this home was in Avon so it was important to me for someone to just own whatever needed to happen so we could get this home ready to sale. Pryce took care of everything and did much more than what was even on the invoice. He had someone who could handle anything. After the work was done, I wanted to get a home inspection to be in front of any surprises when we sell the home. Pryce, again, took care of everything and scheduled a certified, independent home inspector. Many small things came up on the report not tied to the work Pryce had handled. Everything was fixed for less than $800. For final polishing, Pryce had the home thoroughly deep cleaned. My moms home sold in just a few short weeks for much more than what my mother initially paid for the home. I cant thank Pryce enough for his role in making this possible. I quickly learned that contractors can be very unreliable so finding someone like Pryce whose not out to get you and keeps his word is hard to find. I included pictures of the estimates and home after finished to show the quality of work. Keep in mind these estimates were based on specific measurements to this home so dont call up Pryce and say you did it for that guy at this price!!!!!

    Hope Plumbing
The work performed was top notch and the technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and hard-working. They even worked through lunch and into the evening to get to a good stopping point where they were able to turn the water back on for us. They first came and used a scope to view the drain under our house and gave us honest information and proposed solutions. The work was extensive - jack-hammering through our slab foundation to get to and replace a large section of drain pipe. Technicians were very conscious of trying to keep the mess to a minimum - as much as possible with all the work! Only frustration was with the scheduling - they did have to change dates/plans at the last minute on us a couple of times - seemed like they were a little over-booked.

Above and beyond on the communication. Tyler was a cool cat. Felt extremely comfortable allowing him into our home. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Zero complaints. Decided to wait on a new water softener.

    Mowery Heating, Cooling & Plumbing
Mowrey installed a gutter in our yard to remove rain water. They had to come out twice, because they forgot to hook up one of the spouts. A year later, and a nightmare on the payment plan, it still isnt right (pics provided). The piping was laid so close to the top of the ground, its going to require me to add soil over the top of it, so grass will grow again. And the exit pipe was made EXTERNAL, even though there was an EXISTING exit flowing underground into the citys drainage system. A very poor job, no attention to detail, awful customer service afterwards... I wouldnt recommend any of their services for yard work. The HVAC and Electric Fireplace Techs were great though...

    Apex Design Build
Dave was excellent to work with and did a great job of keeping the project moving, completing in the time frame promised. His team that worked on my two bathrooms and office came to work on time, were professional, friendly, informative, and very detailed, and performed quality work. This was a complete demo down to the floor joist, moving plumbing and electrical, as well as dry walling, painting, and tile work. He was flexible in the many changes that my wife & I threw at him. And also completed follow up work on items we requested.

    Mansfield Plumbing
In February we had our fireplace on and we smelled gas so we turned off the fireplace and called Mansfield Plumbing (since they were recommended by Godby and that is who installed our fireplace). On March 3rd, Dalton from Mansfield Plumbing came to the house and tightened 2 nuts inside the fireplace (near where the gas line came into the fireplace). He never checked anything else not inside or outside, nor did he turn the gas on to check it. He was in our house for a maximum of 5 minutes (no joke). We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $205 from them. We did not turn on the gas fireplace again for a week or so and still smelled gas, so we called them again. Dalton returned and did some crazy, funky stuff outside. He assumed the gas smell was coming from the key insertion into the house, so he wanted to replace the connector outside. (Keep in mind that was why we originally called them and paid the $200 on March 3rd.) When he replaced the connector he moved it further away from the house (a good 12+ inches). He then came in and told us our key that turns on the fireplace no longer works that WE would have to go find/buy a 12-inch key AND a 12-in extender to be able to reach the new connector to be able to turn on the fireplace?? In the mean time he was going to just turn off the gas, so basically he never tested this new connector to see if it even worked correctly because we had no key to turn it on.. We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $548 from them. We then went to another plumbing store and bought a key and connector and SURPRISE it did not work, so we had to call them again.. Another man came to the house (Richard) and now had to redo everything that Dalton did, and move the gas line and connector closer to the house so a normal 12-inch key will reach the turn value without the extender. To fix this problem he also had to replace the pipe coming into our house and made the hole a lot bigger. Now that it is April, however, we cant really check the fireplace to see if it works, but at least a key will turn it on Now, however, because he had to make the hole where the pipe comes into our house bigger we have to know have (another company) come out and try to fix the gush of air that is now constantly coming into our house from either the pipe or around the pipe and fix the tacky calk that is piled around the pipe on the outside of our house on the brick (tacky) We were promised they would reevaluate our bills and make it right with us, but that is not true. They made us pay all the originally bills. Bottom line this company got $753 from us and did a terrible job, and now we have to find someone to come and stop the cold air coming into our house by the pipe and fix the tacky patch job they did around the pipe on the outside of the house on the brick.
