Everything that could be controlled by the movers went very well. They were very careful with all of the items moved and we haven't found anything that appears to be damaged in any way from this move. Chris, Ty, Zack, and Jonathon did a fantastic job! Thanks guys!!!

This company is a ripoff.  The movers actually came with a truck that was too small to fit all my household items  (i discovered later that they do this on purpose to charge overtime for the extra trip that was required;  an extra $1000 easily).  The moving guys also came with their own cars in addition to the truck and kept going to their cars during the day.  Little did i realize that they were taking things of mine to their cars.  Then when I unpacked later,  there were many items just missing!   Lots of my electronics-  computer speakers,  CD player,  modem, and more.  They damaged almost every piece of furniture they touched and they totally ruined my baby grand piano - the keyboard is broken and in two pieces. It was my great aunt's and is over 100 years old and can't be replaced.
     Do not use these guys!!!

Our crew arrived on time and introduced themselves.  They were extremely knowledgeable and careful with all of her possesstions.  They were patient with her questions and accomodating with last minute changes.  They were tidy and considerated even though it was a rainy and cold day. They had everything we needed from tools to boxes. The worked tirelessly through the day in a possitve way.  We appreciate how friendly they were making this day very pleasant.  I cannot say enough about our crew, Todd, Chris, Danny, and TJ.  We would definitely use them again and hightly recomend this company.  They even came in under their original estimate.

AWFUL!  Contacted on June 22, 2012 to move a small spinette piano from Plainfield to Avon.  We were quoted $178.00; $89.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.  They said they would contact us on Sunday to confirm the move on Monday.  When contacted on Sunday, they left a phone number that goes through an endless loop of advertisements but no one to answer the phone or leave a message with.  On Monday I contacted them to confirm our move.  I was then told it would be $360.00 with a the same 2 hr minimum, another 2 hour drive time minimum.  I immediately canceled and felt like I was taken advantage of.  Will never use them.

Received an estimate over phone from Matt who estimated that it would take 2 men about 4 hours to move approximately 10 large pieces of furniture and 3-5 large boxes. !!  Please note that there was a stop in between where the men dropped off three pieces of furniture and then picked up 5 more pieces of large furniture, one being a piano.
Josh and Steve arrived on time, were conscientious about being sure they knew which pieces were going to the second stop (not final destination), and quickly and efficiently loaded the furniture and boxes.  They then made the second stop where they picked up the piano, again being quick and working hard.  I consider myself to be very particular about how my furniture is treated and I was especially concerned about this piano which is 37 years old. The men were very careful and my piano, as well as all of the other pieces, arrived without a scratch on them.
Josh and Steve were even kind enough to help me decide where a couple pieces of the furniture should go and unrolled a heavy 9'x12' wool rug and pad (and then moved it when I changed my mind about its position!)  They accomplished all of this in less than 3 hours!  I was impressed with their courtesy, sense of humor on a very humid, hot day, efficiency, price, and (most important) care to my items.  I would recommend them without reservation.

Needed an upright grand piano moved from our old house to the new house. Piano Solutions provided the best estimate of four companies contacted. The two movers called ahead, arrived on time and were courteous and professional. The move went without incident and we were very happy with the service provided

I called late yesterday afternoon to ask about having the piano and chair hauled away. Mr. Davis asked a couple of questions about where the furniture was in the home and how big the piano was. He quoted approximately $125. I agreed to have him do the work. He worked around my schedule to set a time so that I did not have to leave work early. Mr. Davis called at the scheduled time to say that he was running late, but that he would be here. He did arrive later than the appointed time, but considering it was the day before Thanksgiving and he still came, that was fine with me. The piano was on the main floor and the large recliner on the second floor. Both pieces were removed quickly, but carefully, so that no damage was caused to floor or walls. The price was what was estimated over the phone. Mr. Davis and his helper were both very polite and professional. I will hire him again the next time I have a job like this to be done.
