    I used them once and overall, I was pretty pleased with the outcome. My two issues would be that 1) their truck is not air conditioned so not only were the dogs pretty warm out there, I felt bad for the groomer having to work in those conditions...or if it did have AC, they did not use it that day. And 2) they can only take one dog at a time. My dogs do better in new situations when they can remain together, so this lead to more anxiety with them, I believe. Overall, I was pleased with how it went, but would prefer better conditions for the pups and the groomer.

    1st visit was excellent. They paid close attention to my request. 2ndv visit was not as good. They apparently don't record / retain style preferences. I wasn't at all happy with one of the two subsequent to that visit. 3rd visit was better. I think the key is to reinforce what you want, stylistically, at every appointment. Nice people.

    The doctor and staff are amazing! We took our 5 year old pug in because she was mopey, tired, frequent urination but almost nothing coming out and she would Barry eat. The doctor found out right away what was wrong and performed surgery. There were no complications and she was back to her normal happy self within no time! We were very grateful! They worked with us on payments for the surgery and we were so appreciative! We would definitely recommend them to anyone! I am not sure of the exact date of surgery since it was a while ago.

    My mother in law has used them and I have used them once. I like them, they are very nice. They had not seen the kitty before and the price included the antibiotics that he got too. The price seemed about normal/average; they are good. Their responsiveness was very good.

    After picking up my dog at the B&S Kennel, I became aware that he had been injured while under their care. He was severely limping and will not even put weight on his foot when sitting. After speaking with a very rude manager and the owner, I did not receive an explanation for this injury or even an apology for the absence of any notification given to me when they noticed the injury. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any business. DO NOT BOARD YOUR ANIMALS HERE!

    Our dog responded very very well to the training and we were very happy with the service provided. Bruce is a great trainer and his team is very helpful. We missed one class and they even called to see if we had any questions or wanted to stop by to see what we missed. Awesome!

    Our dog was difficult to deal with and it took people to do the work.  They did a really nice job.  I have not had him groomed before so I don’t know how much service providers normally charge.  We used a coupon for this service.  They charged extra because it took two people to do the work.  Someone had to hold the dog down and it scared him.  But they did a really nice job and we are going back next week.

    I have been taking my dogs to Dr Geckler for many years.  The whole team is very professional. Dr Geckler helped me with end-of life decisions very sensitively and has also been very good with my new dogs when they were puppies and now adults

    They were VERY nice, returned my voice mail right away and was able to schedule me on the day that I asked.  I just thought that the price was a little high and the other groomer that I used did a better haircut on my baby.

    1/3/15 I took my new little puppy there and Summer gave Maddie her 1st puppy trim.  Summer was great!!  She explained everything that they were going to do and made sure that both of were comfortable before she took Maddie back.  When I picked up Maddie she looked adorable and was really happy with the way that Summer took care of her.  Summer even went over things that we should do to make sure Maddie would be more comfortable on the next visits.

    2/21/15 I brought Maddie back and Sabrina did the puppy trim this time.  I had to bring in documentation this time to show that Maddie had received her rabies shot and she entered all of that information into the computer.  She was also great with Maddie too.  She went over everything that they were going to do while she was there and went over everything when I picked Maddie up.  Sabrina said that it was important for Maddie to not only get used to the clippers with the puppy trims, but that it would be easier on Maddie if I had her take care of Maddie from now on.

    3/13/15 I called PetSmart a few hours ago to set up another puppy trim for Maddie.  I thought that they would have the information on the person that did the last puppy trim because at the time of the call I had not pulled out the receipt from the last visit that had Sabrina's name on it.  The 1st girl that I talked to started to set up the next appointment and then I remembered that I was supposed to ask for the girl from the 2nd visit to do the trim.  The girl informed me that Summer was on maternity leave and then I told her that I was talking about the girl that did the 2nd trim.  She told me that I must have taken her somewhere else for the 2nd visit because I had only been there 1 time.  I let her know that I was sure that I took Maddie there in February because I had to bring in the rabies shot record and the girl that did the trim entered all of that information into the computer.  This girl really starts arguing with me telling me that I've only been there once and that I must have taken her somewhere different the 2nd time because it's not in the computer.  I asked her to name the girls that worked there because I thought that I would be able to remember the girls name if I heard it.  When she said Sabrina's name I told her that I was pretty sure that she is the one that did the 2nd trim and I asked if she had brown hair and she said no that Sabrina has blond hair.  We both were getting a little irritated and I asked if there would be anyway that 2 accounts could have been set up and she told me no and then put me on hold.

    McKenzie picks up the phone at this time and is completely rude!!!  She tells me that it doesn't matter who does the trim and then I ask her why I was told to use the same person each time.  She continues to be so rude that I just hang up on her.  I decided to pull out the paperwork on the last visit and to take minute to cool off.  I call back a little later and McKenzie answers the phone again and I told her that I found the paperwork and that it was Sabrina and then she acts like a complete jerk and then tells me to hold. 

    This was the last straw!! What kind of business treats their customers like that?  I will never go back there again!!  Unless they have a really outdated computer system I'm pretty sure that they could have figured out that they must have 2 accounts under my name!!
