Everything was handled very professionally from the initial estimate to the final load. Everything was explained upfront and went exactly as planned. The crew that completed the move, Ben, Ricky and Dominik were fantastic! They were very careful with everything they moved, very professional, polite and easy to work with. I was amazed that they were able to match my last minute deadline and were so professional about moving my piano. FThe movers called the 1st morning saying they were going to be late and showed up after 10:00 with only 4 guys not 6 as promised and 1 large truck and 1 small truck which was supposed to be 2 large trucks. The one large truck had the roof ripped out of it. This is after I told them my last move didn’t fit into 2 large trucks. They took all day to load then told me they could not complete the move that day as originally scheduled leaving my stuff in a truck with a 24' by 1' hole from the front to the back of the truck. Leaving me to get a motel for the night. Next day they showed up and started unloading then came to me and advised that they had dropped my dehumidifier (smashed beyond belief). I was understanding about this as I have moved many times before and understand things like this happen. When unloading they would just drop boxes anywhere in the room then had to move them a second time or trip over them while bringing in more boxes then the furniture. The supervisor came out and looked at the damage and at the end of the day we worked out a credit of $400 for the damaged dehumidifier. Keep in mind I was quoted $2,200 and even with the discount they charged me over $3,000. After paying them and even giving them a tip I started noticing damage on almost every piece of furniture I have with a list to long to list here. Some items like my high end desk looked like it had been dragged on asphalt on the end but received large scratches and damage in multiple sides and places. I believe I have close to 20 items damaged. I reached back out to the supervisory sent many pictures of the damage and asked her to come back out and look at the damage which she never did. I traded test messages for weeks and kept getting the run around and was told that she sent it to her boss Kevin and he would get with me. more time passed and I sent reminder text that I still have not heard from him and was given more excuses until finally my text messages went unanswered. I called the office and asked to speak to Kevin and was told he was unavailable but would call me back. over 1 week later I called again and left a message for Kevin to call me back and still have not heard back. I have moved and used movers 5 times in the past and never asked for any money back as once again I understand things happen but in this case the amount of damage was extreme. This could have probably been resolved with a simple phone call but obviously they would rather dodge my calls. I was never threatening, demanding or even load and obnoxious I just wanted to talk to someone and see what we could work out. I moved November 16th 2020 and its now mid-January almost 2 months later so I have no recourse to leave this review. Once again I can accept things happen and sometimes get broken or damaged but the lack of communication and dodging phone calls is what makes me the most upset. Do not use these guys and after checking other reviews I see this is a pattern and the same names keep coming up.

AReview on two guys and a truck. Tristan, Thomas, and Chris showed up on time and ready to go. We showed them the furniture in the apartment to be moved from and the empty apartment we were moving into. After a short explanation of where we wanted things, that was about it. They took care of the job in the time that had been included in the estimate and were extremely professional, meticulous, and personable. I would not hesitate to use these "guys" again. Also, Ann was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during the initial phone call to get things set up.

AVery well ! Our old residence was in a "nursing home" environment and only two packers and movers were allowed in the building at anytime. Emery's sent five movers; so, while the two movers inside packed up our furnishings the other three unloaded and loaded the 95-100 boxes and items in the garage. The movers appeared to work through lunch and dinner and were done in 10-11 hours with our furnishings placed where we chose and were reassembled ready for us to use by bedtime. Our items from the garage were placed in the new garage and indoor cartons were appropriately marked by room and items so we could open them as necessary. The wardrobes and boxes which we cannot use will be picked up by Emery,s Movers.

FDO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They scheduled us for a move, sent us a confirmation email, and FORGOT ABOUT US. We had to call them over and over and at first they refused to come the same day to move us and finally after my wife cried her eyes out to them they finally agreed to come late in the evening. We only agreed to this after we were told they would give us a SUBSTANTIAL discount for their huge mistake. This was all verbal over the phone and we agreed to let them move us. Instead of this being just a huge inconvenience, now I won't be able to watch my daughter's face as she walked into her new bedroom for the first time because I was stuck at my previous home until this ridiculous moving company showed up. They ended up moving our home until well after 10pm and then proceeded to charge us EXTRA for the move. They claimed we had more stuff than they initially agreed to and that it took longer than expected. After forgetting to put us on the schedule after they sent us a confirmation email for the correct day and time and making me miss an important moment in my child's life, THEY HAD THE NERVE TO REFUSE THE DISCOUNT AND CHARGE US EXTRA! This is not a made up story no matter how crazy it sounds. Unfortunately it really happened and I'm pretty sure I'm not the first customer that's gone through this. This company is dishonest and disorganized plain and simple. This is not how a trustworthy and successful moving business is run and this is not how you treat customers if you want any kind of return business. There are PLENTY of other movers out there. Any one of them would be better than this place.

Showed great respect for our belongings, set up beds, placed large furniture pieces and cleared away all packing materials. We got 3 other quotes and theirs was by far the most competitive. A+++
