  • We bought our house last Aug and hoped to ride the HVAC system through one more season, but this summer proved too much for the cooling. I contacted TCS and they came out within a day to assess and give quote. We were scheduled within a few days (and I'm sure they are getting crushed at this time of year). I also contacted Jeff with questions prior to installation and he came back out one more time to discuss. This is our second time working with them and would recommend to friends and family.

  • Mowrey installed a gutter in our yard to remove rain water. They had to come out twice, because they “forgot” to hook up one of the spouts. A year later, and a nightmare on the payment plan, it still isn’t right (pics provided). The piping was laid so close to the top of the ground, it’s going to require me to add soil over the top of it, so grass will grow again. And the exit pipe was made EXTERNAL, even though there was an EXISTING exit flowing underground into the city’s drainage system. A very poor job, no attention to detail, awful customer service afterwards... I wouldn’t recommend any of their services for yard work. The HVAC and Electric Fireplace Techs were great though...

  • I purchased a coupon to have regular maintenance on my AC, which is a rental property (clean coils/ filters/ measure efficiency). When purchasing one of these deals I already expected for them to find something wrong.... As an experienced landlord and businessman, I understand that the sole reason for companies to offer deals such as these, is in the hopes that it will foster a relation that leads to more business down the road. However.... not only did the technician explain that my AC was running low on coolant, he went as far as to tell me that the coolant was SO low that there is no way it could possibly keeping my condo cool. I thought this was a little suspect, being that not only had my tenants had NEVER made a complaint, it was difficult to even get them to communicate with the contractor to schedule a time for the maintenance. (They didn't want to be bothered by something they didn't feel was important). So naturally, I explained that I had a hard time believing this was as big of a deal as he thought, and elected to wait until my tenants noticed a problem before I spent $1200 on 6 lbs of coolant, and a test kit to find a leak, and likely another $1500 for what would have led them to find that I needed a new evaporator coil. What a surprised that NEXT WEEK...... my AC is no longer keeping the condo cool. Obviously, I called another contractor to assess the problem. When the new contractor arrived, he found that the coolant caps were left OFF and laying on the ground!!!!! He refilled 2 lbs of coolant, which cost me $300 dollars, and my AC is back up and running fine. I feel that Efficient Systems should reimburse me for this expense. Thank You.

  • I called at 430pm because I hadn't heard from Summers. Operator stated i had been left a message that they need to reschedule. I had no message on my cell phone and no message on my home phone. I checked my number with them. They had the correct number in their records. I never received a call. I left my work to allow them to do theirs. They never showed up. Had to reschedule and take additional time off work. Need to work on customer service.

  • We have had them for both winter and spring servicing now. They are very thorough and spent several hours cleaning and inspecting the system, changing filters, and ensuring that everything is up to par. We were impressed at their thoroughness and the time that they took, as we have had two other service providers over the lifetime of this furnace , and no one can compare. We actually had a previous provider who only spent only 30 minutes on the inspection! Bassett spent 3 hours and is by far the most reasonably priced and thorough of anyone we have used to date.

  • They are amazing, fabulous, wonderful.  We will not work with anybody else.  They put in a geothermal unit for us last year and I have to call them to come back out because I want them to take a look at stuff with the unit.  It was a fair price for a check-up.  We love them; they're excellent, they're fabulous.  I'd go higher than an A if I could.

  • Professional on time, friendly, explained everything. I need a new furnace/AC unit and will be replacing it in the fall with Mark IV Environmental Systems Inc. Financially I need to wait since I won't be needing it till fall.

  • I pay every month continually. Whenever I call, it takes them a long time to return the call. It can take them up to 24 hours. I know one time our heat was out and it was like 20 degrees outside and it took them almost a whole day to get someone out here. 

    I would recommend a home warranty to anyone because as your home ages, things start to break and they do help offset the cost.

  • Rick and Matt were skilled, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Prior to starting work they explained what their approach to the job would be and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Every time they needed to come into my home to work they wore shoe covers, which was much appreciated. At completion of the job, prior to leaving they made sure that the work areas were clean and that all wires/cables were dressed neatly, again attention to detail is important to them. Bolls is a very professional company that focuses on customer satisfaction with a wonderful staff representing the organization. Job Well Done!!
