  • These guys were awesome!  They called ahead to make sure that it was ok to come earlier, which it was, even though one of the televisions had not been delivered yet.  Guys came immediately and asked me several questions to clarify exactly what I needed, and even suggested some ideas that I had not considered.  They got to work immediately mounting the basement TV.  My other TV arrived later than the time window given by Best Buy, (with no call from the delivery drivers--Best Buy stinks,) but the guys from Indy TV Mount were very understanding and waited in their vehicle until the other TV arrived.  They wore footies on their shoes the entire time, as to not track dirt through the house, (which the delivery drivers contracted by Best Buy did NOT do, by the way.)  Both televisions were installed to my exact specifications, and the guys were polite and patient throughout the process.  Indy TV Mount LLC is a class act all the way, and you should not even CONSIDER using another provider for this service.  If you want it done right, use Indy TV Mount!  (And never get an online order delivered by Best Buy!)

  • Couldn't recommend these guys more. I attempted to do this myself to get a new HDMI projector, but the old cable in the ceiling was stuck. Called in the pros, and they did not dissapoint. Very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my questions and were very descriptive in their work. They were able to easily get the old cable out once they investigated and removed one of the speakers in the ceiling. Installed not 1, but 2 CAT-5 cables for me, and converted to HDMI for my new projector. Re-hooked up all my devices to my receiver using nice color coded labels and zip ties to help with the wire mess. Put the new projector up and made all the cables on the ceiling nice and hidden. Recommended a new projector for me as the one I had gotten did not have the zoom capability I needed. Will not hesitate to call these guys again if/when I need my home theater looked at or upgraded.

  • This is my second review for Keith. My first one was when he originally put in and designed the theater / sound system back in mid 2012. Well....had an experience that I hope no one else has to ever go through....our house was struck by lightning back in October 2013. Luckily it didn't hit the house, but it hit the ground near the house and traveled underground up through our cable line. The good news is that the house didn't burn down, or suffer any significant physical damage. The bad news....well......every piece of electronics in the house died. The home theater system, Sonos, all speakers throughout the house, 10 TVs, all accessories attached to the TVs (xBox, DVD players, etc.), and all power systems supporting all of these systems. I called Keith and he came out almost immediately (within a couple of days) to evaluate. It was one of the worst lightning strikes he'd ever seen. I believe he told me that it was probably the second worst one he'd ever witnessed. After he evaluated everything, we put a plan together to document everything for insurance purposes. He was unbelievable, in that he ordered everything that was needed, and was back out at the house in only about another week to get to work. We actually had already planned a family vacation, so the timing was perfect. He worked at the house for almost a week to replace and rebuild everything. By the time we got home, everything was fixed! It was amazing. Keith also worked with me to certify and document the damage. There ended up being no pertinent questions from my insurance company, and they fully reimbursed me for his work. Keith again pulled off superior work! ---------------- I also want to comment on his continual follow-up. There have been a few small pieces of equipment that have failed over the past couple of years. (before and after the lightning strike). They have all been under warranty. Keith has ALWAYS come back out immediately to replace the piece in question. No extra charge, no questioning, etc. Just great customer service. He lives his mantra of QUALITY over quantity. He wants customers for life.....and for me....he's got it. There have even been times when I've forgotten some way to connect things up or having to reboot something. All it takes is a friendly text to Keith......most times he responds within the hour....(many times much sooner than that). Sometimes with a return text.....most times with a call back to my cell. Again....WOW. When dealing with high end A/V equipment you certainly want someone you can count on and trust. Keith....in my opinion.....is that person for you.

  • Joel is fantastic.
    Our house is 28 years old and had cable lines that didn't work and some that did. He tracked down all of the lines, rewired and installed a new antenna for our switch from Direct TV (we are going with this plus Roku). He suggested a universal remote, did the set up and educated us on how to use it.
    Joel knows what he is doing and was able to give recommendations on the best way to accomplish what we wanted. He was punctual and efficient. All of the work only took a few hours. I also love that the house was just as clean as when he started the job.
    I would highly recommend him. We would definitely use him again.

  • Gary was great!  He contacted us promptly to arrange a time and arrived on time at the scheduled time.  He is a very pleasant person and answered lots of our questions.  During the install we mentioned some intermittent problems that we have with our wireless signal and he suggested a product that could help.  My husband ran to Bestbuy to buy the item and Gary set it up for us on the spot.  We will definitely use his services again in the future.

  • We purchased the Big Deal on the last day to have our TV wall mounted. The next morning, I received a message asking to schedule service. We decided that Saturday the 11th would be the best time. He asked if there was anything unique about our installation or if we were interested in the upgrade to have an electrical outlet installed behind the TV. We had a standard installation, but did opt for the outlet for an extra $60. The work was performed promptly at 9AM that Saturday. It looks great. All of the wires/cables are behind the wall. The surround system sounds a lot better, too. I think he must have fixed the connections. He even double checked to make sure our Roku and Wii were reconnected and back on the network. I would highly recommend!

  • Working with SYNC technology for my basement home theater really was a flawless endeavor. Gary and Tim were both absolutely friendly, professional, and very responsive to all our communications. After contacting Gary to discuss the project, he was at my house within a few days to discuss my options and budget, and came back with an itemized free estimate within a days.The project was agreed upon, and in about a week he and Tim were ready to install the home theater system (92 inch projector screen, HD projector, ceiling speakers, subwoofer, + apple TV/Receiver/blueray DVD/universal remote). We were blown away by the performance! Tim had the entire system hooked up to one remote, which with a touch of a button can turn on all the components and dim the lights. Its so easy to use, with unbelievable definition and sound capabilities.  We love everything about it! The best part, since Tim and Gary were able to work efficiently without any bumps in the road, they charged us half the installation fee. These guys are great and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to revamp their home theater experience.

  • Called Sync to diagnose the proplem with the stereo system. They visited within 24hrs. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty receiver. By day's end I had a proposal to replace the unit, re-wire, install a universal remote, and update the system with a new surge protector.  Equipment was received and installed 72 hrs later and I am up and running with the new system.
    My needs were met quite well. Installation was about 2 hrs or so, very professionally done. No complaints at all.  Both Gary & Tim couldn't have been easier to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt throughout the entire process. Would not hesitate to recommend or to use again.
    By the way, I found Sync by seeing them on Angie's List.

  • All I can say is....WOW!  Not only has the end product exceeded my expectations, but Keith has earned me as a long standing customer.  While his prices seemed fair, he more importantly was flexible, punctual and dedicated to the job.  Here is my quick story:
    We recently purchased a new home.  The home already had the wiring and speakers for whole home surround.  It also had a great space in the basement to put in a full home theater.  Prior to moving in, we wanted the home theater and other equipment installed.  Keith came highly recommended from other Angie's List customers.  He initially came out and walked through with me all our needs.  This included being the "point person" for integrating all this equipment and setup into a DirectTV and high speed internet installation (which had not been done yet).  After going back and forth a little on the quote (mainly to appropriately size my equipment to my needs), Keith got to work.
    The total time Keith spent on the job from start to finish spanned several days.  He was able to promptly get all the equipment within a matter of days from when the contract was signed.  During one of his days "on the job", we had the installers from DirectTV, as well as the installers from Brighthouse for the internet/WIFI show up at the same time.  Thank goodness Keith was there!  We suspected that the installers would have some "issues/questions" on how to integrate all the wiring/etc. into the overall system.  Keith was my point man to direct, show and in many cases actually "do" the install!  (especially on the DirectTV side)  He made sure ALL of my DirectTV connections throughout the house were good.  Hard to even put a value on that......I didn't have to worry about anything.
    As I previously indicated, the end result was nothing short of amazing.  I love the products that were installed, as well as the ease that Keith handled everything.  In my experience, a small amount of vendors truly understand good customer relations.  Keith "gets it".  Even post install, Keith is happy to answer any odd ball question that comes up as I'm getting used to my system.  It's hard to buy service like that.
    Thank you Keith for your approach, demeaner, knowledge and dedication to your work....it certainly shows.

  • Keith is one of the most knowledgeable guys I have met in this profession.  I highly recommend him for any home theater project, upgrades to existing home theater systems or if you just need advice to make your system simple.  Keith is your guy!    We are so pleased with the work he has done for us and wish we would have used Kleeco Audio Video in the first place!  His knowledge of the ipad interface with the home theater control is outstanding.  If you want your ipad to control your audio/video components - he is the person to do it.

    His quotes were right on and when he does something it is done at a professional level.  You wont be sorry using Keith!
