ALifestyle Group Residential RemodelingA great experience! We have used this group on 4 different projects to remodel two bathrooms and to build a year-round mostly window sunroom and a side porch. In addition- this team was able to do a repair on a dormer of our home that 4 other companies were unable to fix- preventing additional water damage (even though repairs are not normally in their scope of work). The crew was amazing and the communication of how the work was progressing was excellent. We would HIGHLY recommend using this company to design, execute and polish any home remodeling or building project. They were flexible in the work plan- allowing us to save some money by us pre-staining the wood for our cathedral ceiling. They were creative in helping us to find solutions so that we had the exact outcome we pictured and desired. Very hard working crew, friendly and polite. Cleaned up the work area as well. ADR ContractorsI found DR Contractors on Angies List a few years ago for their gutter cleaning deals twice a year. I decided to give them a try for replacing my roof and old gutters due to hail damage in May. And some soffit that was rotted out and needed replacing. I liked that they were a local business nearby. They worked with me and my insurance company. The new roof looks great and we upgraded to 6-inch gutters and bigger downspouts which was a nice, needed upgrade for us. Both the roofing crew and gutter crew were very courteous and professional. The project looks fantastic and they did a great job of cleanup afterwords. I don’t think I have even barely found an extra nail laying around yet. Nice since we have 2 young children. Pricing was competitive. Would/will definitely use them for other needs in the future and have been recommending their services to friends and family.- Nicolaus G.

AHoosier Contractors, LLCI started the process to get my roof replaced back in April with Colten at which time I began working with Brandon to get additional storm damage covered by my insurance. Sam handled my mortgage company for me to get all checks endorsed and did it speedily. Hoosier got my roof up to code and ready to sell next year with a brand new roof. CFirst and foremost, Coach House builds an excellent garage. They use their employees, and it was put up in one day. The issue is with their sub contractors -specifically the concrete and electrical. The rainy spring delayed the pouring of the concrete, which they could not help. Once they completed the pour, it appeared as though there were rough spots on the floor. I sent pictures to my sales person and his sales manager and was told it was concrete dust. The ridges were clearly visible in the picture. Then I was told it was discoloration and would “cure” over time. No one came out to visually inspect the issue until much later in the build project. Weeks later, the crew came out to do the build and they did a great job. Punctual, thorough, and as mentioned, built a very nice garage. Then we waited for the electrical. They had to make three trips because, 1st they did not have the correct PVC pipe after digging the trench. A week and half later, after having a deep trench left open, they returned. The journeyman electrician left the fuse box ajar, a 1/4” gap where they cut the drywall, the exterior lights on either side of the garage were hung at different heights (I had clearly marked them with masking tape as instructed by the salesperson) and screwed the base of the lights directly into the garage wall vs. using the brackets that were provided. At this point, our frustration level was pretty high. The electrical issues were fixed, and my sales person finally came out to look at the concrete. Realizing there truly was an issue with the concrete, their first solution was for us to have an epoxy floor put down. Second solution was to go halves on an epoxy floor. Neither option was acceptable as we should not have to pay for their mistake. They finally offered to take care of the floor at their cost, but at this point, we had already waited for 4 months for the garage to be complete, and frankly did not want any more of their subcontractors to do any work. After much back and forth, we finalized the invoice. Again, the garage itself is great, but there were too many issues involved with the rest of it.

Ron and his crew are very knowledgeable, professional, polite and always clean up the work area. Our kitchen was finished on time and within the budget. We really like our new kitchen and recommend RL Hahn Residential Design.

AWe have done a lot of work with Boaz Construction over the last 5 years. We purchased our home from Michael in South Broad Ripple/Meridian Kessler area in 2013. It was previously abandoned for several years and he did a complete interior gut and rebuild including all new electrical, plumbing, and expansion of the home's footprint. I had seen some of Michael's other homes in the area and loved the craftsmanship that is so evident in every one. He truly keeps the integrity of an old home but updates it will all the modern amenities anyone wants from a new home. I reached out to him to see if he had any available homes when we were ready to buy. The house he was working on was in early stages of construction with no walls up and only interior framing in place. He walked us through the plans and materials selected and we ended up purchasing it well before construction was complete. I would say it is the best decision we ever made and in just 4 years our home would sell for almost double what we purchased it for. Don't get me wrong, there are always bumps in the road of construction, but finding an honest and accountable contractor that will work through them with you is key, and that is what Michael is. After we purchased the home and had a great experience working with Boaz, we hired him a couple years later to build out our restaurant in Broad Ripple - the Garden Table. Again, a great experience where I was able to work alongside Micheal and his subs, making design changes last minute that they always not only accommodated, but gave their expert advice and collaborated with me on. Two years later we opened another restaurant downtown on Mass Ave that was double the footprint and had a much larger and more extensive kitchen and bar. The work speaks for itself if you have ever been in Garden Table Mass Ave. No detail was overlooked and the booth seating and all cabinetry was custom built by his team in their shop. It's hard to find that kind of craftsmanship with any General Contractor anymore. I would trust Boaz to build my next home or restaurant as our experience has been nothing less than top notch. I would be happy to talk to anyone looking into these services with Boaz Construction and give you more detail on our experiences with them over these past few years.
