  • I have used this provider for several years now.  My only complaint is occasionally, they make mistakes on pickup notifications, or quantity of pills in bottle.  This is due to the computer system most of the time, in my opinion.  The  people there are top notch.

  • We go there every month. I dislike them. The pharmacist is not the nicest person. If it wasn't for our insurance, we probably wouldn't go there. There was a time I called in a prescription at the last minute and she said it would be ready in 15 or 20 minutes. I got there early, within 10 minutes. I told them that I got there early but I was just checking to see it if was ready. It wasn't and she thought I walked away and she said to the other pharmacy tech that if it had been ready, she would have told me 10 minutes. I said hello, I'm still standing here and she said that they weren't talking about that. They are expensive. My son uses inhalers and some of them have been $500 there. I know that if we were to go somewhere else, it would be cheaper but we have to go there because of our insurance. The prescriptions are what they are.

  • Overall, I get good service from BCBS but I do think that their coverage when it comes to certain medications can be a bit difficult. More frustrating is the medications that do not count toward the yearly deductible making that deductible harder and more expensive to meet. My selection of doctors is excellent.

  • The and quot;interactionand quot; with UHC has all been good. I have literally never had to call them to follow up on claims or on explanations of benefits. I have 2 kids, so we use the insurance a fair amount for well-child care appointments, and went through pregnancies and births with them.
    They have been much more competent than our previous provider, and we've been happy with their website especially, which provides details on all claims and breaks it down per person, as well as aggregate.
    Overall, as pleasant of an experience as dealing with an insurance company can be.

  • .We have been trying since Dec of 2012 to get a new face mask for my
    husband's CPAP machine.  On inquiry we were told a prescription from our
    physician was needed. Done. Weeks went by and we heard nothing. When we
    finally called to check we were told they needed a progress note form
    our physician verifying that he needed and used the CPAP machine.
    Appointment scheduled for Feb. 26. Progress note faxed to Apria. Again,
    weeks went by and we heard nothing. Called and were told they still
    needed a progress note from the physician. Faxed again. Sttill no
    response. Yesterday 3/26 we went in person the the Apria facility on
    Moller in Indianapolis with a copy of the progress note in hand. After
    an hour or more waiting for 'the southside office to verify paperwork",
    we were told they needed a copy of his most recent sleep study. Copy of
    sleep study in the mail today. We are  not optimistic  that a face mask
    will be forthcoming - -

  • Good. My husband woke up with goop in his eyes, later diagnosed as pink eye. Our insurance provider directed us to this location because it was covered under our policy. They got him in right away and gave him a prescription for eye drops that cleared up the infection.

  • Needed a new pharmacy when we moved. I was really impressed with the service at this Walgreens. I needed new prenatal vitamins and there was a big mix up between the prescriptions. The pharmacist called both my previous Dr's and sorted it all out for me without me picking up the phone and called me to keep me up to date with what was going on. The best service I had ever gotten at a Walgreens. They are still very good and use them to fill all our prescriptions.

  • My family and I have been going to this facility for a year now and have seen all the doctors and have been inpressed with all of them. Infact we have stopped seeing our regular physician whom we have been with for over 10 years and started going here. Due to our insurance we have to pay $25 more to go to an urgent care but it is well worth it for us!

  • I think they are wonderful. Jeff is the head pharmacist there and he has been so good to us, making certain that the various medicines that my husband takes are explained to us. They are always very careful about things that we need to be alerted to about his prescription. I like that they are convenient and also the thought of the pharmacist.

  • They are friendly and available, and they always have the prescription. I usually call it in, and if it needs to be refilled, they will contact the doctor. It is convenient, and they always get it for me when they say they’ll have it. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
