  • Very well. They gave me the options and the potential results without embellishment. My choices were a cortisone shot or surgery. Even though the shot is only effective 50% of the time, I chose this option and they did it immediately right there. It really hurt, but it worked like a charm.

  • Dr. Tawfeek has an independent optometry practice in Costco. You can use her without being a member (although members get great Costco prices on glasses & contacts). She is competent, thorough, and explains the tests and options. Very reasonable prices.

  • We are very happy with the level of care she receives and she has developed close bonds with all of her caregivers in the infant room and toddler room and various other staff members. They have tracked her milestones and supported her development such as teaching her to use a sippy cup and sign language. They do crafts and activities even with the little babies. They take the children outside. Our daughter loves Imagination station and Imagination Station loves her. It melted my heart the other week when we left to go out of town for a few days and a few employees told me they would miss my daughter and her smile while we were gone. When we returned, our daughter was so happy to be back after being gone for a few days. This facility has level 4 accreditation and the owner and assistant director run a very well organized office and they utilize technology. My husband and I enjoy getting daily reports via text and email. We also appreciate that the facility is open 6 am-6 pm and is closed only a few days of the year. They also have special activities for various holidays and picture days.

  • Dr. Lauren Hendrickson is wonderful. I have tried various hearing aid stores over the last 20 years and always came away feeling dissatisfied. Once I met this true audiologist, my life and hearing has changed forever. There was no high pressure and she worked with what I had to get the most time out of them. She always makes time for me and "tweaks" the hearing aids as needed. Being hearing impaired, it is difficult to know what is needed. After several fittings and trials, I must be very close! If you are in need of hearing aids, skip the stores and visit Dr. Hendrickson, a true, caring professional.

  • I had an exam for contacts and purchased contacts in 12/2015.  I used my insurance and paid the balance that same day.  Since that time I keep receiving bills from Ossip, telling me I have an overdue balance.  The first time I called it took a few people to determine the problem: they double billed me.  She apologized and said that she would take my balance off.  Next thing I know I am getting yet another bill from Ossip.  I have an overdue balance, they say.  I call about this and am told, "Oh, I'm sorry.  It must have been a mistake."  I am glad that I am the kind of person that looks at their bills closely before paying them.  The reason why I won't be using Ossip in the future is because this very same thing happened to me in 2014.  At that time they overbilled me, and then they tried to put charges through my medical insurance, stating that a test was for a medical problem.  That was the first time I had ever heard of that.  It took several months of calling Ossip before they finally took the overcharges off my account.  I really feel like they prey on people who are ignorant about checking their bills before paying.  Most people will see a balance due statement and pay the balance.  Customers beware, and be smart.  It's really too bad that they have made such a negative impression on me.  I love their selection of glasses (although entirely overpriced).  Good thing you can now order high-end frames online...

  • It went well. I was seen right away which is very important to me when dealing with health appointments. I didn't have to wait and ended up having a pinched nerve and my spine/shoulder was messed up. I was adjusted, x-rayed, and also given stem to help with the immediate pain. I have seen other chiros that seem to nickle and dime you for every service that you "need" but i felt extremely comfortable with both doctors and staff. They even call to follow up to make sure you are doing well. Definitely recommend going to them!

  • Dr. Gafken immediately identified the problem area, my SI joint.    The initial adjustment and electrical muscle stimulation significantly reduced my pain level.      I have seen Dr. Gafken and Dr. Ralston 5 times over the last two weeks, and I am now nearly pain free.    I have gone to Dr. Ralston many times over the last ten years for back pain as well as for balance issues and have always experienced reduction of pain and symptoms.   He is very caring and has a heart for helping people.     I had not been to the office since  Dr. Gafken joined the practice, but was very pleased with his friendly manner and skill.    The appointments generally run on time, with an occasional wait as with any medical office.      I am thankful for the treatment I receive at Chiropractic Neurology and would definitely recommend Dr. Ralston or Dr. Gafken without hesitation.

  • WONDERFUL!!!!  Terry is amazing and incredible.  Tell her where you are sore or have knots and she will do incredible things for you. DO keep calm and be relaxed.  DO listen to her when she says drink water afterwards.  DON'T forget to tell her about physical issues if they exist.

  • Dr. Fetters is a great guy who genuinely cares about his patients. He will go out of his way to try and figure out what is causing health problems. I have been seeing him for lyme disease and he is very knowledgeable about the disease and co-infections.

  • After waiting the prescribed two months to see the "maximum result", I have absolutely no difference. My body measures the same and looks the same. I have spoken with the regional manager on 3 occasions and he has promised a refund but doesn't call me back. I'm still waiting for the refund. I would not return for future services.
