AAll Phase Group IncThe project went great just like our first one did with All Phase (finishing our basement). They remodeled our loft area into an art room/homework area for our 3 little kids. It is always such a pleasure working with Kathy, Dave, and their team. They stayed on schedule, updated us when people would be onsite, and kept us informed with regards to any changes that needed to be made. Their experience and knowledge truly showed during this remodel. Everyone that was involved on this project were trustworthy, reliable, personable and just overall really great to work with. We ran into one issue installing our built ins due to the way our wall was built/angled but Dave and his team seamlessly worked through the unexpected problem our house presented and was able to finish on time while exceeding our expectations. AAll Phase Group IncIt was a great experience from beginning to end. The demo was very quick and very clean. The team was very punctual, professional, and tidy. All aspects of the new bathroom was handled so seamlessly. The selection of new fixtures, colors, tile, cabinets and all was made very simple and painless. I never felt pressured or rushed to make decisions everything was done well in time for each aspect of the process. The crew was always open for questions or comments and every night left the area and surroundings so clean you would never know they were there. We have an absolutely beautiful Master Bath with wonderful accessibility. We also have a fantastic steam unit in our shower and a heated marble floor just to take perfection to another level. ALifestyle Group Residential RemodelingA great experience! We have used this group on 4 different projects to remodel two bathrooms and to build a year-round mostly window sunroom and a side porch. In addition- this team was able to do a repair on a dormer of our home that 4 other companies were unable to fix- preventing additional water damage (even though repairs are not normally in their scope of work). The crew was amazing and the communication of how the work was progressing was excellent. We would HIGHLY recommend using this company to design, execute and polish any home remodeling or building project. They were flexible in the work plan- allowing us to save some money by us pre-staining the wood for our cathedral ceiling. They were creative in helping us to find solutions so that we had the exact outcome we pictured and desired. Very hard working crew, friendly and polite. Cleaned up the work area as well. ARick's RoofingRick's Roofing does fantastic work. They did two projects for me. Replace wood over the garage and house entrance. Completely change our back porch from screen in to enclosed. Flooring for the back porch unbelievable superior workmanship. My wife and I are totally pleased with the craftsmanship that was done. Rick does follow-up after his workers leave to make sure everything is perfect. We are raving Fans ! His help are total craftsman. Nothing could have been done better. Excellent. AGreg Spivey RemodelingI hired Spivey for my master bath remodel. It was pretty much a full redo – floors, closet, new tub/shower combo, tile, shelving, plumbing moved…. I love the results! They were not the cheapest estimate I received, but all three estimates were in the same ballpark, and their designer – Joe – really sold me on Spivey. His attention to detail, and willingness to work and rework the design was awesome. The project manager, Tim, did a great job coordinating with all their contractors and communicating with me. Their contractors did top notch work. I was especially impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the plumbers and tilers. I’ve included two before pics followed by two after pics. I’ve got a second bathroom remodel in my future, and I already know who I will call first- Donna P.

Dave came out to take measurements that he easily could have asked for by phone or email, Kristen kept us up to date with every step of the process. AConstruction Services of IndianapolisMagnificent!!! Freddy and Paul were respondent to all of my concerns immediately to design changes and alterations. The clean-up was immaculate. All remodeling was completed timely and on schedule. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful, and I’m picky. They throughly remodeled my kitchen, master bath and basement They made a four seasons sunroom/office out of my back porch. The best thing I can say about Construction Services of Indpls and John Whitmoyer , the owner, is John provided one stop shopping for my entire house including every detail. From the electrical, plumbing, heating/air, granite countertops to flooring and every other detail. I throughly enjoyed the entire process.- Kay Z.

AThey were fantastic! Very responsive and quick. They removed 3 layers of flooring in our kitchen and family room from previous owners. They did over 1200 square feet of flooring on our main floor. Jose also laid all new quarter round on the trim. We absolutely love it and are so excited to finally have one continuous floor Instead of multiple flooring types. Jose came out within a couple of days of talking with him to give us a quote and within a few days of that, he and his crew were here working. They were very well priced and did a fantastic job. I only wish we had been able to our upstairs too, but it wasn’t in our budget at this time. We will definitely have them back this summer to do the upstairs too!

I very impressed with this Co. owned by Jordan & Alex Smith, I had never worked with a contractor before, we had always done any work ourselves in the past but sad to say I am to old now ( Age 80 ) they removed old ceramic tiles in the kitchen & also put in new underlayment . The new wood floor looks wonderful, I am so pleased how it came out. Alex & Jordan are a joy to work with. ARon was quick to return calls. He and Justin showed up and cleaned my entire house with a hot water extraction and sanitization process. It did take a while for carpets to dry but this was to be expected. They did a great job getting out several stains and moved through the house quickly. Their services were competitively priced and they thanked me for hiring them. I would hire them again.
