A complete explanation of the whole process was reviewed before starting the work. There was a review at the end of the day and confirmation of the next day's work. Another walk-thru once the job was completed and the invoice was emailed with before and after photos. They seemed to be very detail oriented and very hard workers. ALawn Pride IncI have use Lawn Pride for for nearly 4 yrs since moving into a new home and starting a new lawn. My lawn gets compliments all the time from others in my neighborhood. It's thick and green even now as we get into winter. My neighbor who doesn't use Lawn Pride has thick grass but it's dry and brown looking. My lawn goes through the winter looking nice and starts back in the spring so pretty. I always let those around me and anyone who asks who I use about Lawn Pride. The price for the basic yearly lawn care is very reasonable. You can add specific care such as fall aeration and over-seeding for extra...still reasonable and worth it.- Kathy P.

ALasting Impressions Decorative Concrete, LLCCarlos and his team were wonderful! Carlos returned my initial call within a day, and came out to give us a quote within a week. Carlos' quote was significantly lower than several others we received. He also came again a few weeks later to revise the quote after we made some changes in our plans. It took about 2 mo from signing the contract to when the work was actually done, but Carlos told us this would be the case. His team worked extremely **** ** the 2 days they were at our home, and were great to have around. We are very pleased with our new steps and sidewalk. My only (minor) complaint is that we ended up with a step up where the sidewalk meets the driveway, when I expected there to be more of a gradual slope. We will be able to blend this in with landscaping, so it's not a big issue at all. But, I would encourage other homeowners to anticipate and discuss areas such as these (where one section of concrete connects to another). We discussed several other similar areas with Carlos, and he was great about sharing his recommendations as well as making changes that we requested. The issue above is just one area which we overlooked. Overall, though we are extremely happy with our experience working with Carlos and his team.- Chris H.

AThere were a number of difficulties and delays due to the amount of concrete and rebar that was found unexpectedly (it's an old house) underneath what was the visible when the estimate was given. More equipment had to be brought in and MANY more hours of work were needed to get out the old stuff before the new could be poured. The guys worked HARD throughout all this and the result was excellent. Now, 3 months later, it is holding up beautifully and draining the rain away from the house as promised.
