    Fantastic. He came to my house got computer and had it back in 2 days. He made extra trip to my office to get download so I wouldn't have to buy software. Absolutely superb service. I didn't think this kind of person existed. Kept me informed of progress. He was wonderful.

    We called Brighthouse to come out because our internet and cable box wasn't working. They came out finally on 8/23. Stayed for about ten minutes just to tell us that we would have to reschedule because we have a bad wire not just a bad box. Installed a booster for internet (still didn't help). We rescheduled for Friday 8/26 between 4pm and 6pm. I called Friday morning to confirm the appointment since i hadnt received and email or call to confirm. I called at 5pm to confirm again, still no call from technician. I called at 558pm to confirm again and still not tech. The guy never showed up or called. So now this is twice my husband had to take off work to be there and nothing has been done. Called this morning and we have to take off again and wait until tomorrow for him to come out. Brighthouse is nothing but a huge headache. So now have we not only been without cable for two weeks, my husband has lost 9 hours of work in a weeks time. Of course they refused to credit the account. I am so over this company and their horrible services.

    The extent of the diagnosis on the laptop took about one day. They thoroughly checked out my laptop and found extensive liquid spill damage to the motherboard, keyboard, and CPU . (the hard drive was found to be OK).  They itemized the cost to repair the computer and recommended buying a refurbished one and ordered same. The initial laptop they ordered was found to have some cosmetic scratches on the case which was unacceptable to them, so they ordered another one. The replacement they received was subjected to a battery of acceptance tests. Operating system was upgraded to Windows  10 and a antivirus program was added.
     During all of this process they kept me apprised (almost daily) of the progress being made. 
    I found the Computer Guys technicians very professional in there interface with me. There work was very timely. I particularly appreciated the updates they gave during the entire process. I believe the cost I paid for the replacement laptop was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend the Computer Guy.

    Nick was able to get the drivers installed, and clean up my laptop from the malware problem.   He had me test it and then followed up me again the following day to make sure everything was working fine (and it was).

    Indy TV Mount LLC
    These guys were awesome!  They called ahead to make sure that it was ok to come earlier, which it was, even though one of the televisions had not been delivered yet.  Guys came immediately and asked me several questions to clarify exactly what I needed, and even suggested some ideas that I had not considered.  They got to work immediately mounting the basement TV.  My other TV arrived later than the time window given by Best Buy, (with no call from the delivery drivers--Best Buy stinks,) but the guys from Indy TV Mount were very understanding and waited in their vehicle until the other TV arrived.  They wore footies on their shoes the entire time, as to not track dirt through the house, (which the delivery drivers contracted by Best Buy did NOT do, by the way.)  Both televisions were installed to my exact specifications, and the guys were polite and patient throughout the process.  Indy TV Mount LLC is a class act all the way, and you should not even CONSIDER using another provider for this service.  If you want it done right, use Indy TV Mount!  (And never get an online order delivered by Best Buy!)

    Couldn't recommend these guys more. I attempted to do this myself to get a new HDMI projector, but the old cable in the ceiling was stuck. Called in the pros, and they did not dissapoint. Very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my questions and were very descriptive in their work. They were able to easily get the old cable out once they investigated and removed one of the speakers in the ceiling. Installed not 1, but 2 CAT-5 cables for me, and converted to HDMI for my new projector. Re-hooked up all my devices to my receiver using nice color coded labels and zip ties to help with the wire mess. Put the new projector up and made all the cables on the ceiling nice and hidden. Recommended a new projector for me as the one I had gotten did not have the zoom capability I needed. Will not hesitate to call these guys again if/when I need my home theater looked at or upgraded.

    Genius Phone Repair
    My Iphone5 screen was freaking out and doing weird stuff like making random calls. Estimate to fix was $120 to $150, final cost $112. Could not be more pleased with this place. Only took an hour also, which was huge for me because I am from out of town. Don did a fantastic job!

    I called ahead of my visit and spoke with Ruben about possibly repairing my iPhone screen while I waited, and he said that it would be no problem and to come in at my convenience. Upon arriving I met with Ruben and he estimated that it would take 30-40 minutes to perform the repair, but he was done in half that time, which was very nice.
    During the repair I had time to chat with Ruben and Brittany, both of whom were pleasant and conversational about the shop, its goods and the types of services they offer. I was pleased to find out that they are willing to purchase used iPhones, which I may take them up on in the near future.
    It was overall a very satisfying experience and I would not hesitate to return to this business. I hope I do not need another iPhone screen repair, but if I do I'll be taking my business to The iShop.

    I am extremely happy with the new computer.  He helped me with retrieving my address book from the old computer, and with a few other technical details that I needed help with.  Very accommodating,  taking whatever time needed for me to comprehend technical language I was not all that familiar with.
