    Integrity Property Services Inc
My mother had passed away and I was tasked with selling her home. It needed a lot of work. There was a strong odor of cat/dog urine and many things needed to be replaced or fixed before the realtor said the home would have a chance to sell at market value. The first two contractors who provided a quote were both in the neighborhood of $30,000.00. I was nearly on the edge of giving up until I met Pryce and his crew. Pryce quoted me less than half of what the other two contractors did at ~$13,000. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and transparent. Most of our communication took place via text. Pryce liked to use text as a way to reiterate or summarize an ongoing statement of work. This worked well for me too. There was no upfront payment. Pryce did not ask for a dime until there was a significant cost out of his pocket such as after the flooring was installed throughout the home or painting completed. I live in Carmel and this home was in Avon so it was important to me for someone to just own whatever needed to happen so we could get this home ready to sale. Pryce took care of everything and did much more than what was even on the invoice. He had someone who could handle anything. After the work was done, I wanted to get a home inspection to be in front of any surprises when we sell the home. Pryce, again, took care of everything and scheduled a certified, independent home inspector. Many small things came up on the report not tied to the work Pryce had handled. Everything was fixed for less than $800. For final polishing, Pryce had the home thoroughly deep cleaned. My moms home sold in just a few short weeks for much more than what my mother initially paid for the home. I cant thank Pryce enough for his role in making this possible. I quickly learned that contractors can be very unreliable so finding someone like Pryce whose not out to get you and keeps his word is hard to find. I included pictures of the estimates and home after finished to show the quality of work. Keep in mind these estimates were based on specific measurements to this home so dont call up Pryce and say you did it for that guy at this price!!!!!

    The Backyard Company
John and his team were absolutely awesome from beginning to end. The quality of their work was exceptional and they were just so reliable and courteous. I would highly recommend them for anything. We looked at several different companies and we are blessed that we chose to work with John and his team.

Landis & Landis Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
We hired Landis & Landis to remove our old tile shower and redo it with solid surface walls and updated fixtures. This job also involved a few fixes in the bathroom such as repairing the wall where there was water damage, installing floor trim, and updating bathroom fans. Nick is a pleasure to work with, and he was extremely respectful of our space. He kept the area super clean and organized after each day's work, so we could easily walk through the bathroom to get to our closet. The finished product looks amazing, his attention to detail is meticulous. We're so happy with the results!

    Coffman Construction

I had Brian fix a leaky window at my daughter's condo and fix the damaged ceiling.

He hung all the ceiling fans in our house.

We also had him build a deck which involved leveling out the yard and making sure the drainage was right.

We are putting a hot tub on the deck so he made sure the deck would support it. All my neighbors commented on what a nice deck it is.

    Your Handyman-Jeff Ashcraft
These guys definitely know what they are doing. They came prepared with the proper supplies and tools needed to get the job done. They replaced bad light bulbs without being told at no additional charge. I already scheduled them out again to help organize my garage. Quality workers like this is hard to find these days.

Jason did an outstanding job.  He was thorough in his work and carefully adjusted the new fan to ensure it would  run smoothly. I didn't realize a new down rod was needed to match the new fan and he got everything ready while I bought a new one at Lowe's based on his specifications.  He charged $75 for the basic installation and an additional $10 for working with a high ceiling.  The price was very reasonable.
He did such a great job and was so helpful that I'm having him price some additional work around the house.

    Frye Electric Inc
Both the guys that came the two separate times were very nice and professional.  We've used Frye several times in the past before using Angie's List, but happy to give them a review here.  They've always been great to work with, and if you need electric work I highly recommend giving them a call.

    Window Wizards
The crew of 4 arrived earlier than the scheduled time and were done in about an hour.  Very efficiently done.  Windows and screens look great.  I would definitely use them again.

    Rollins Rentals & Rehabs LLC
Although Handyman came to my home little bit late (may be because of morning rush and nearby road closures), he fixed all the fans, blinds and closets within the time frame. He knew what he needs to do and he did exactly like that.

I purchased the Big Deal to install 4 Recessed lights with a dimmer switch for $295.00. Ryan came out on 10-1-13,and was on time. He installed the 4 can lights in our game room, and then we asked him if he could put up a bath fan in our bathroom. We had a bath fan but I wanted one that heated so he installed that. We asked him if he could put up 2 can lights in the kitchen, he was unable to put them up that day because he had to get a smaller can light because he ran into a problem being able to put up the bigger can lights. So he said he would return on10-3-13, and once again he was there on time. I was gone for that installation and my husband was home and when I returned I was very unhappy with the lighting that we were getting off of them. So my husband called Ryan and left him a message letting him know how we felt about the lighting and what he could do about it. He called us back and said that the highest bulb we could use is a 75 watt bulb. There were 65 watt bulbs in it. I wrote the company on 10-9-13 and told them that I wasn't happy about the lights and said that they should pay for the 75 watt bulbs because we already paid enough to have the lights put in. On 10-9-13 Brandy emailed me back that her boss would call me the next day. So on 10-10-13 I didn't get a call back but Brandy emailed me again saying that the Angie's List deal comes with 65 watt bulbs and they were not going to replace them with 75 watt bulbs.
When I looked back at the Big Deal it doesn't say anything about the size wattage that they use. Also the 2 can lights that we had installed were not part of the Big Deal, because on the Big Deal it says the lights must be installed in the same room. The Big Deal lights were installed in the Game room. Not the kitchen.
My biggest complaint on this company is the lack of cleaning up after themselves. I had just cleaned the day before, and I told Ryan that and he said I might want to cover the pool table, so I covered it. What I couldn't believe. was when I saw him take the tarp and shake it off on to the floor. There was dust all the way through the house and he didn't even have anything to clean up with. My husband said he would talk to him when he came back the second time to not just dump it on the floor the plaster. My husband told me that once again Ryan had nothing with him to clean up that he used our broom. I would give a "F" for the mess but for professionalism he did a good job on installing so I gave a "C". Ryan was a very nice guy, but needs to be aware of not leaving a mess. Also his ladder that he had left a scratch in our floor.
I will not use this company again mostly because I don't think their customer service is there. I don't think we were asking for much, but for them to improve the lighting in our kitchen. It's like having a night light. All they said is that they wouldn't get more wattage and that we could add more can lights. For the price of those two can lights I think they were a waste of money. If they would have told us that we wouldn't get much light I wouldn't have had them installed.
