AA+ Restoration ServicesJeff was great. Was super honest and helped us determine there was no issue— just a faulty test Highly recommend!- Justin O.

ACrawlspace DoctorThe repair went well. Communication and appointments were timely. The leak was in a finished area of the basement and ended up being a bigger issue than expected, but still came in below the revised estimate. I would use Crawlspace Doctor again, and recommend to others.- Eric C.

AA-1 Indiana Waterproofing IncNOW my basement is DRY! I've lived with monsoon rains filling my basement with water for several yrs. I've purchased sump pumps and I've broom pushed water to the drain for the last time. I made a very good decision by hiring A-1 Indiana Water Proofing Company. The owner of the company Wayne is the one that came to my house to explain the specifics of what needed to be done. Never was he pushy or putting a time limit on selling me their product and work. I was very intrigued with the Xypex for the walls to keep water out. My experience with this company has been great. A couple of minor issues have been immediately addressed. The lead worker for the job at my house was very knowledgeable and helpful with any requests I had about my basement. I in fact wrote a note to the owner saying “My hope is you are paying Eric well. If not he needs a raise. He is a terrific young man and a great asset for your company". I had 3 different companies that came and gave me estimates but A-1 Indiana Water Proofing Company just felt genuine and right. KH- Kathleen H.

AA-1 Indiana Waterproofing IncCalled Wayne and after a minute on the phone I knew he was an expert in this field (I'm a Professional Engineer). He told our trustees what the problem was and how to fix it. He actually met with us twice. He proposed inside and outside repairs which we agreed with. His employees were very nice and worked very hard. I observed them several times. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were finished.- Gerald W.

AA1 Roofing IndianaI had a wonderful experience with A1 Roofing. Called them to inspect a leak in the roof and they called me back and were at our home within a few hours of my initial phone call. They not only did a thorough inspection of the roof but also fixed all the issues right on the spot for a very affordable price. The technician that came out, Gabriel, was professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use them again for all future roofing needs.- Elodie L.

AIndiana Foundation ServiceThe crews were extraordinarily polite, friendly, efficient, and very energetic. They ran into a lot of underground water when digging the trench for the buckled wall repair, but were able to put in the necessary reinforcements from inside the basement extending out to the trenched area. We live in an area with a lot of underground springs and artesian water, and when they began work the dirt under the foundation and crawl space was just wet mud, and water poured in at 36 inches deep as they created an outlet for the water to be safely drained away from the house. The basement is completely dry and we have a back up sump pump. My basement is surrounded by a crawl space since it was added after the house was built. The sump pumps and dehumidifier are warrantied for 5 years and the waterproofing has a lifetime warranty. Our house had problems because the basement was added after the house was built, but Indiana Foundation was able to make the house safe, and completely dry and usable. Since we live on a hillside, we will be adding a French drain behind the house and garage, far enough away to not further damage any of the foundations, but at the natural flow of the hillside where water collects to run down hill or underground. If we go at least 36 inches deep, it should help reduce some of the water that flows into the house area. This was some advice given by the supervisor at Indiana Foundation. They don't install French drains any longer, as they don't carry away all water and don't carry a guarantee, but in our situation it will probably help and is something I will be contracting out in the near future. The French drain is similar to what farmers install in fields to drain away excess water to a creek or deep ditch. It isn't something we have to do, but it will put a lot less strain on the sump pumps and other equipment, and in case of a long term power outage, would likely save our other appliances too (furnace, water heater, walls, etc.). I love the battery back up pump and it has already been in use twice when we had two separate power outages from storms. The workmen from Indiana Foundation were delightful to have in my home, running in and out with loads of materials, cheerfully hammering the walls and floors to install their system. Second: My electrician was able to repair a line running to our garage after the water problem was resolved. Water poured in over the connections in the basement without our realizing it, and no electricity was live in the back room of the garage. New basement, New Electric, New Plumbing - we are very happy with the results!- Patricia P.

DI wish I would have read these reviews before we hired Everdry. I could kick myself for not being more thorough! They started work on time and "finished" in a timely manner. However, they quality and pride in their work is sub par. They didn't leave things they way they found it - patio furniture scattered and deck completely muddy. There is an "extension cord" running from outside my house to under my house. The drains for the sump pump were exposed and in a location where water can flow back into the crawl space. What we were told we purchased doesn't seem to be what we got. There doesn't seem to be a manager or any type of quality control to make sure the job is done correctly. We were very disappointed.....to put it lightly.

AI liked the entire operation, the way they do business at Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing. Moles are causing drainage and erosion issues and if eliminating them does not work I plan to hire Advanced. I did research on several other drainage companies that gave me estimates and they specialize in drainage They are bonded, and insured against damage to underground utility lines as well as workmen’s injury, etc. They also guarantee their work which many small scale operators don’t. Long story short, if you go, as I often have in the past, with a lower quote…… the final invoice is above the initial estimate (low balled), plus the re-do to get it right, and the risk of damage to an underground cable (cost) will more than offset (exceed) the initial quote from Advanced. The best only costs a ‘dime’ more. Very professional all around.

AThe front left corner of my house had some minor foundation settling that caused the basement wall foundation to crack. Patrick Lockhart quoted to dig the basement wall outside corner 8-10 ft down to add 2 foundation piers and anchored to bedrock. His crew, Nick (leader), Jose and Cesar arrived on time and quickly and expertly dug the 8' deep hole (including a tree stump that needed to be removed) and set in the two piers and tuck pointed up 2 stories of the brick wall where the crack gap had been. Prior to filling the hole, I requested a 4" drain tile be placed to aid me with a French drain I plan to add. Without batting an eye, Jose immediately agreed they would handle this task. Jose and Cesar made certain the yard was clean and ready for me to tackle my landscape stairs project. I was very impressed with the total job and would recommend them for your foundation pier project.
