    Hare Honda
This review is for Hare Honda which is the new name for Terry Lee Honda. My vehicle needed wheel alignment. Normally I do not go the dealers for servicing either because they are too costly or sometimes I am more knowledgeable than their service staff. This time they were running a promotion of $40 off wheel alignment so I decided to take the car to them for the alignment on 06/01/2018. When the service advisor approached me I clearly told her that I was having an alignment issue but worst than that I had to hold the steering at tilt to go straight. If she could not fix the steering then she should not fix the alignment even if it was wrong. After waiting for couple of hours in waiting room (even after taking the appointment), she told me that the vehicle was fixed. I then asked her if the steering was also fixed. She nodded positively and when I drove the car outside the lot, I still felt the tilt but it was much less. Since I am planning to take a trip out of town, I thought of requesting the dealer's service to remove the rest of the tilt as well to avoid any surprises. Accordingly I again took it to the dealership and again it was fixed after couple of hours' of wait. But when I drove the car outside the lot, the tilt was the worst (perhaps the worst than the original one). I immediately turned around and took it again to the dealership and asked them to restore the alignment back to what it was before with little tilt. They simply refused and I was told that they would need to replace parts to make the steering proper. Here are my questions for the dealer's service department: 1) Why wasn't I told the first time that the steering was not fixable? 2) I believe when an alignment is done, readings before and after the alignment are stored. Then why is it not possible to restore to the previous settings? 3) My understanding is that steering is normally adjusted by adjusting the tow then why 'special' repair is required for steering (just to scam the customer?). I simply cannot believe that the dealer's service department cannot do a basic thing like 'alignment'. Hopefully, I do not have to deal with these people again in my life.

The customer service at Mears is exceptional. I am NEVER going back to the dealership. They told me I needed front struts & rear coils replaced. Mears' diagnostic said coils were fine. Tom was super professional, helpful, explained in a way I could understand. Loaner car was great & they were flexible with my work schedule. I will use them for any auto repair exclusively Georgia point onward.

They do a very nice job and have a clean facility. They have always done good quality work and are very friendly. They respond very quickly and get oil changes done usually in a half hour to an hour. I would highly recommend them.

I'll never touch them again.  I'm very beyond unhappy with them.  Most of our problems were Andy Mohr corporate related.  We finally got the last payoff of the money they owed us for almost a year back in February.  It wasn't work; it was trying to extract ourselves from an interaction with them and get a refund that they owed us.  We needed the money and this was petty cash for them.  This started in May 2016 and it took us until February 2017 for them to finally pay the last of what they owed us.  It wasn't officially service, but that's okay.  I purchased a car with a warranty from them that was a lemon, but it was used.  So I ended up selling it back to another company at a loss, obviously, after replacing the transmission in it.  It was a new-to-me car.  I only owned the car for two and a half months out of the warranty.  I bought the extended warranty.  It took them almost a year to refund the money left over from the extended warranty, and they tried to keep blaming it on the warranty people.  We contacted the warranty people, and they're like no, we sent that money on this date about a month after we'd processed the claim.  So they kept conveniently losing it and losing the paperwork.  We waited for awhile because they delayed and delayed and delayed; they gave us all sorts of excuses and delayed, and we were being nice about it.  And then the holidays hit in the middle of it so we lost track of things, and so it was the middle of December before we finally got on their case about getting us our refund back.  But that was from August when they said it would be a couple of months.  They never contacted us; they never did anything to reach out to actually pay us the money they owed us.  And then, when they finally paid us the money, they quoted the mileage wrong, so there was another either $200 or $400 outstanding that, because they recorded the mileage wrong, didn't get refunded that we had to put in separately to actually get us all the money that they owed us.   And then they sat on that for another week and we had to nag them about it to get the money back.  Like I said, I will not go anywhere near Andy Mohr anything, ever again.  There's not enough money in the world to pay me to use Andy Mohr anything.

We go there every time there is an oil change due or a maintenance is due on the vehicle. We continually go back, they are great people, they treat you well. We lease 2 vehicles from them so we go in every time one of those is due.

lI made an appointment and dropped my car off at the service facility. They called later in the day and explained the problem and gave an estimate for the repairs. The car was ready when they said it would be, and the bill was lower than the estimate. I have been completely satisfied with their work in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I took my vehicle in to have my steering look looked at because it wanders and pulls on bumps and uneven pavement. I initially thought I had a bad wheel hub assembly. They told me it wasn't bad, so they told me they'd look into the rest of the steering components. Hours later they called back and told me 2 technicians drove it and "looked" at it, and couldn't find anything wrong with it. The only think they could see that shows any wear were the axle u-joints and the sway bar bushings, which has nothing to do with my issues. Took it to another shop and they found one bad outter tie rod, and one bad tie rod end on the track bar. I don't know how 2 techs missed these tie rods, and someone else found them. It took 2 days for them to tell me they couldn't find out what's wrong with it, the other shop found it in under 30 minutes. I'm just glad I didn't have to pay for it.

It went very well. After being ran around at Andy Mohr Ford where we bought the car, we took it to Community, and they actually listened to me and looked into what I suspected was the problem. They replaced the part and did an oil change. They did all this in a timely manner, and the service department people are very nice and friendly. They have graet customer service.

    Andy Mohr Ford Lincoln
We bought a '13 Fusion from them. They said it was certified used, and that's what we were looking for. Before the first payment was made the car broke down on a two hour trip north. We had to have it towed to a Ford dealer near where we broke down. I called the Andy Mohr Ford lot after we got back home and all they could say was we're sorry to hear that. It was a bad heat control valve. When it started getting hot outside we went to use the A/C and guess what it didn't work. I took it to Andy Mohr and they told me they'd have to charge me $150.00 to vacumm out the refrigerant and recharge it to check for leaks, after I told them I don't hear the compressor kicking on. They insisted they had to evacuate the system inject a dye and recharge it before doing anything else. They didn't even wanna listen to me, they just wanted to make a quick $150 cause they think everyone is car illiterate. We took it to Commuity Ford in Mooresville and told them the same thing, they checked it out and found the clutch was completely missing off the compressor and replaced the compressor under warranty. Andy Mohr just wants to waste time and make money. This car is supposed to be certified and yet in the first 6 months there have been two major issues. If they were really doing their job and actually checking these cars out before they stamp certified on them these issues would've been caught before the car was sold.
