  • The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We had to replace a part on the washing machine. He recommended that we price new machines vs repairing this one. We opted to repair since we wanted the machines to match when we sell the house. The part was ordered and we were back in business the day after the part arrived. Very pleased with the technician and the quality of care we received.

  • Mowrey installed a gutter in our yard to remove rain water. They had to come out twice, because they “forgot” to hook up one of the spouts. A year later, and a nightmare on the payment plan, it still isn’t right (pics provided). The piping was laid so close to the top of the ground, it’s going to require me to add soil over the top of it, so grass will grow again. And the exit pipe was made EXTERNAL, even though there was an EXISTING exit flowing underground into the city’s drainage system. A very poor job, no attention to detail, awful customer service afterwards... I wouldn’t recommend any of their services for yard work. The HVAC and Electric Fireplace Techs were great though...

  • No response via the message sent via their profile. Called directly to schedule an appointment and provided model number/issue. In the day of the appointment there was no call during our scheduled window. We left 3 messages before we got a call back 20 mins outside of the window saying that they are on the way.

  • Incredible service! Jeff diagnosed the dryer problem as vent beginning to clog and gave us the name of a vent specialist who is very reliable and reasonably priced. He diagnosed the refrigerator problem as a clogged dehumidifier tube, which he has encountered numerous times in a Samsung refrigerator. He had to make two trips because the refrigerator had frozen up behind the back panel and had to defrost before the back panel could be removed without damage. He was prompt both times, and arrived within the two hour window the first time, calling while he was on the way. For the second appointment, he arrived within 5 minutes of the time he said he would come. WOW! He tried to save us money. and discounted his hourly fee because I had all the shelves and food removed already. I will definitely call them again!

  • There were so many things that happened. I was disappointed in the length of time it took for the person to come out. It is subcontracted, they have to have someone to come out to work with you. 

    No one explained the whole process to me up front. I had to make several phone calls to American Home Shield to understand what was going on. They could improve the customer service. When something like this happens, when the refrigerator broke, I wish they would have told me up front. Due to the age of my refrigerator, they wanted to replace my refrigerator which I didn't want. I wanted to go ahead and pay extra money to upgrade to a new one. Which we were able to do but it took about an extra week because I had to make several phone calls to AHS to understand what was going on.

  • I pay every month continually. Whenever I call, it takes them a long time to return the call. It can take them up to 24 hours. I know one time our heat was out and it was like 20 degrees outside and it took them almost a whole day to get someone out here. 

    I would recommend a home warranty to anyone because as your home ages, things start to break and they do help offset the cost.

  • Again, they could improve the customer service. Because, when I would call that place to ask questions, it seemed like the person I needed to speak to was never in. The gentleman that came out was ok but he didn't listen to what I said to him when he was here. And he didn't do what he said he was gonna do when he went back to the office. That goes back to customer service in my eyes.

  • My gas oven needed a new igniter. I am a handy guy, and usually will do this type of work myself, However; time is something I dont have much of these days. Ultimately I decided not to hire the company because the cost outweighed the benefit of saving time for me. I am still giving the company an A because the lady provided me the number of a parts supplier in town. Most companies would not care to help you like that if you dont hire them. I will use them at some point when I come across an issue I cant resolve. I would recommend calling them.

  • Service was prompt and professional. Service man gave several helpful suggestions for better overall operation of the dishwasher. A part had to be ordered, and he returned on time, as scheduled to complete the repair.

  • Mr.Moore worked on and completely repaired my dryer the same day I called. His service was excellent, he was professional and pricing was very reasonable. On a scale of 1 to 10--- he is off the chart wonderful. Highly recommend his services.
