We had so many problems with them so they were back and forth and they were terrible. They would call and say that they would show up and they wouldn’t. We would call and they wouldn’t return our calls though we were pretty easy going people. Spoke with someone over the phone who asked a few questions so he could send the correct person out. Gave him my return phone no. but never received return call. Will not use due to lack of response.

He informed me there were no leaks, he was getting several quotes on multiple trades. He did a great job. He held our hand through the whole process. We had never had a homeowner?s claim before. He was very helpful in working with our insurance company as well. We were very happy and would use him again.
