  • Tested him on my black Nissan first. Black is difficult to detail. It came out amazing. Then I had him do my ZO6. Both cars looked awesome. His pricing is border line cheap. Don't let it fool you ! You get more than you pay for with Elite.

  • They are very good there. The last time we brought the vehicle in, they gave us a loaner for free. We had it all day long, and they just checked the vehicle and didn't charge us. They are really, really awesome over there. I take my car and they have it detailed. It's not a Lexus but I get a loaner for free. They're hands down, they're awesome. The guy that we deal there all the time by the name of Daryl takes really good care of us. We take our pickup truck there which is a Toyota. They do work on my car which is a Mercedes. I'd rather go to Lexus than Mercedes. They are really good. They do different tune ups on my husband's car when he needs it. He takes it in and he gets free car washes. If there's an issue with the vehicle, they are really good over there.

  • This location over tightened the drain plug on oil pan. The pan was so badly damaged that it needed to be replaced which cost me over $500!

    After weeks of calling the store trying to talk to the shop manager and then the customer service department at Valvoline's headquarters, they came back to me with an offer to pay HALF the amount of my repairs. It was a "take it or leave it offer". Would not even consider waiving the cost of the oil change given the circumstances.

    Letters to company president on this situation have also gone unanswered.

    You might want to think twice about taking your vehicle here for service work if this is the way they will treat a customer.

  • My son goes to school in Bloomington and his car wouldn't start. We noticed that there was water in the glove box and the fuse panel was drenched in water. We had the car towed to Kellys and two days later the car was fixed!! They found that the leak wasn't coming from the windshield, but from the sun roof and then unclogged the drain tube from the sun-roof. Then they dried the fuse panel, charged the battery and the car started. Honestly, I thought that the damage would be so much more. It was no hassle and very professional working with Kellys. I would highly recommend them.

  • Service tech failed to reinstall air filter. New front brakes and rotors wearing uneven after 18 mo. Second vehicle had oil leak after oil change. Not sure if they had new techs or just got too busy for the standard of service I used to get there. Other family member had a tech knowledge issue also. Not advising against using them, just sharing my experience. I had also had previous experience that were ok. And I also must state that I did not return after the air filter incident as I no longer cared to do business at that location. Therefore I can not attest to their resolution process. I had 4 poor experiences within my family, but we also had satisfactory experiences in the past.

  • I went into Tuffy to have my oil changed and the mechanic spotted a leak. He called his manager who agreed with him that I had a leak. The manger called me into the shop to show me where the leak was. He asked if I had an extended warranty on the vehicle and when I said yes he said that I should take my car to the dealership and show them the oil leak. He then had his mechanic put the shield back on leaving the oil there. No charge for the 1/2 hour they took with me and my car. I was very impressed that they didn't just wipe up the oil that had spilled and changed the oil like other places have done in the past. I would highly recommend this place for its honesty, looking out for me and for going above and beyond.

  • My 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan needed a new muffler.  I have used Midas before on my earlier van.  I am new to the Yorkville area so I checked the phone book for the nearest Midas shop. It was so easy to find!  As before, they were wonderful to me, had all the parts available and even drove me home.  When my car was ready I got a ride back from my caregiver (I am a 65 yr. old grandma(with serious health issues).  My caregiver is wonderful and comes every week-day.

  • After researching tires on the internet,  I selected the tires I wanted and discovered they were available at Walmart.  I went to  the store and bought the tires, had them mounted and balanced.  They disposed of the old tires and gave me a free oil change and washed and vacuumed my Dodge Grand Caravan.

  • This accident resulted in repairs to the auto body, ABS brake system, steering system, wheel bearings and a new tire rim and tire. The manager gave me his card and personal cell number. His name is MIKE SPODEN and he was terrific. He kept me informed of progress and any new issues every day. He coordinated closely with my Farmer's insurance company and rented a car from Enterprise (great company) which is located right next store to CCA. Almost 1 year later I was having problems with the brakes, steering system, and the left front wheel where I was hit. I returned to CCA and Mike had all the information from the previous repairs immediately. He again coordinated everything for me, insurance company, car rental (YOU GOTTA LOVE ENTERPRISE!), and necessary parts. The whole thing cost me 19.94 for a requested part upgrade. I am thrilled with them!
