  • It was a complete waste of time and money. The business is in the basement of a dimly lit parking garage so you can't see how dirty your car is until you've already paid and left. Many vinyl areas in the car were left untouched, the car mats were left in the back of my SUV still bearing spills and dirt, All 4 windows were partially opened when I picked up the car and after getting home and closing them, the parts of the window that were rolled down were still dirty. The area behind the hatch glass was still dirty. They even left an old dirty sponge in my car. If I had scheduled an interior/exterior shine near my home for $20 I might resign myself to getting what I paid for. Instead I drove 30 minutes and paid the discounted price of $174.00 plus a 10% tip  since I couldn't see the job to know if a tip was even deserved (normally the Showroom Detail for oversized vehicles is $325). I contacted the owner with my dissatisfaction to give him an opportunity to correct the situation, and he was not concerned, offering to touch it up for free if I am ever in the area and want to drop in. He told me how many cars he has cleaned with no complaints, and how highly rated he is on lists like this. Do NOT waste your money here.

  • What a great job.  This truck had never been detailed or deep cleaned in all its years we used it while raising our kids.  I considered this truck as being "excessively dirty" and Matthew did miracles!  What I thought was wear and tear on the tan seats over 10 years actually was dirt!  All gone now and the light tan parts of seats are light tan again!  Extremely nice job and done right in my driveway.  Exterior, tires and especially rims turned out spectacular as well!

  • Matt was very responsive, and a very nice guy. He brought his arsenal of tools to my home and provided the service he advertised.
    It was a good job, but to be completely frank - for me, I did not find it superior to (just equal to) services I've paid less for at a fixed-location. Yes, the convenience of having him come to my home should be worth a premium, but the car is tied up for the same period of time, so the only difference is a ride to and from a shop.
    Also, because of the lighting at a shop vs. my driveway, certain things were missed. I know if either he or I would have seen them, Matt would have taken care of them, but still - there is a disadvantage because of the fact he was not using professional lighting to see everything.
    I would use Matt again, but I may want to try to negotiate a somewhat lower price.

  • I did not have to wait long for my appointment. I took the car to their location at 3500 Lacey Rd. in Downers Grove. I dropped the car off and then went back to pick it up. They had a place for me to sit and get free coffee or to use the coffee shop in the building where they are located. They did the work in about two hours and called me when it was done. They washed and waxed my car,  along with shampooing the seats and carpets. There was a stain on the drivers side seat which they did not get out, I had to remove it when I got home.  They emptied all the little storage compartments and cleaned them, except my two beverage holders in the front seat were still dirty. They put all the things that were in the storage compartments in plastic bags which was nice as they were all in one place. The gentleman I talked with was very friendly and walked me to where my car was parked when I  picked it up. The location is on the lower level parking garage of an office building, which was a little wierd to get to, but would be nice in the winter as your car would be somewhat inclosed which would help to dry it out.

  • I called around 8:15am and got an appointment for detailing at 9:00am the same day. They took me right on time and started working on my car. After about a half an hour, one of the workers came up to me and said this would take about 3 hours; would I like a ride home? I was hesitant to pull any of them away from their work, but a gentleman came out of the office and said it's no problem. I agreed. He gave me a ride home and introduced himself as Frank, the owner. About 2.5 hours after he dropped me off, I got the call that my car was ready and Frank was on his way to pick me up. He took me back and we both agreed that my car looked fantastic. It looked brand new, and smelled new inside. A couple little scratches I knew about had been buffed out, and the leather seats were cleaned and treated so nicely, you would never know that my dog had abused them. Overall, I was impressed with how nice everyone acted and how willing they were to go out of their way to help me. Everyone was very professional, but friendly, and did a great job.

  • The detailer was on time,  explained what his process was and why he did what he did.  It was a very pleasant experience working with Mike.  He did a thorough job on both cars.
