  I don't have enough words for the fantastic work done by the entire team. They were very responsive and made the whole process smooth and painless. Everyone, from owner to the roofer involved in the work were awesome. There price was very competitive and workmanship just amazing. I will hire them again in a heartbeat.   Crystal Clear Window Washing Inc

  DO NOT use this company. They are completely unethical. They charged my credit card without my authorization. They showed up at my old address and jumped on the roof and cleaned the gutters and charged my bill much more than what they quoted. They were rude when I called and offered a $50 credit. The price was $210. I have never paid more than $130. Spread the word.

  I had my gutters cleaned and when purchased, I noted 3 days they should schedule me for. Of course, they sent an e-mail scheduling me for a different day. This was subsequently changed and resolved, but why ask me what days are good, and then disregard them? Also, after the gutter cleaning, I picked several leaves out of one of my lilac trees. Obviously, they just threw the leaves off, and never came back and cleaned up thoroughly.

  There was  a misunderstanding that was resolved:
  The offer "$99 for Complete Gutter Cleaning" terms stated "residential service only," "valid for homes up to 2 stories," "Surcharge for homes 2,500 - (or more) ...".   There was no mention of detached garage not included.  We told them the square footage of our home and detached garage  was less than 2,500 sf in an email communication with Pro Team Works prior to our scheduled appointment,  When they arrived, they told us the $99 did not include the garage.  When I produced a copy of our email exchange, they made a phone call and then agreed to include it.  Suggestion:  company should be clear about what is and is not included in their offers.
  Aside from this, the team of workers did excellent, efficient work - absolutely no complaints about their work.

  Job went well, though they were delayed getting out because of the cold weather. Only complaint is they said they would take the bags filled with leaves with them, and they left them behind. I would have gladly paid to have them removed if they asked. Also supposed to call me back this spring, and have not heard from there. Don't know if still in business.

  1. First they went to the wrong house because they did not call me ahead like I asked them to.

  2. ALL gutters were not cleaned. We just noticed that the gutters in the hard to reach area were not even touched.

  3. Communication with these guys is terrible!

  THIS WAS THE SECOND YEAR WE'VE CALLED PRIME TIME. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. WORK SCHEDULED QUICKLY, APPOINTMENT KEPT AND WORK COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE. ITS NOT INEXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH NOT DEALING WITH IT MYSELF. I'D DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PRIME TIME.
