    I have been very happy with them. They are a physicians group. They bought up orthopedics, and a lot of other pediatricians and other physicians offices. They have a cancer center, and I have had experience with just about every place they have. It is so organized, and I have never run into a rude worker. They are friendly, they make you feel comfortable, and they act like they care. I can't say enough good things.The communication is excellent. They have an online system where you can email your doctor from, and you can get all your test results, it is a wonderful system. I have never had a problem with the accuracy of the billing system.

    BCBSIL undoubtedly has the largest network in Illinois, so there is never a problem with choosing a doctor you like. The process of getting claims paid was simple, and questions are all answered in a prompt manner. Healthcare is not cheap, but I feel that you get what you pay for, and I am satisfied with the value of my coverage.

    If you need a health insurance broker, this is the place to go.  Jimmie was as responsive and helpful as you can get.  I would have no hesitation to go to him again, and recommend him to my friends.  He returned phone calls quickly, and answered all my questions completely.  He helped me understand the process.  I am pretty hard to please, but the service provided was awesome and I am confident in my choice of insurance company.  Thanks Jimmie.

    Angie's List requires a response to their question "How did it go overall? - It's one of the reasons I'm not enamored with Angie's list. Given the form for overall ratings - A, B, C, D, F - it's redundant. Amazon, for all it's simplicity seems a better system As to "How did it go?", my answer would be be that it went well - I received the prescription in Park Ridge on the second day, used it and can move my feet! ( The drug is for MS, SCI and other such illnesses)

    They are across the country so it's convenient. My partner once forgot to get her pills when we were out of town and she contacted the pharmacy. They were able to transfer enough pills until she got back and saw her doctor. If I call over the phone to say that I am coming there to pick up the medication at a certain time as long as it is two hours from the time I have called, it's always ready. I have never had it not ready. The staff is really nice. They are always busy, it's a very busy place, but they will always take the time to explain something to me. I don't know anything about the price because I have never compared it with any other pharmacies. They even have a drive-through service for prescriptions only and I love that.

    They work with the doctors when it comes to prescription. We get three months supply so it works out cheaper for us. The prescription depends on the doctor whether its three months or more than that.

    They are very professional and provide valuable service to the community as they provide accessible through the grocery store therefore I don't have to go to another location to get the medicines. They are competitive and if I need some explanation they always provide you with that additional information to make sure that you are informed. Their quality and service is good though I have to wait for a while sometimes.

    Pretty good overall. The first visit was on a Sunday. They told me I was the 4th chart in line and there were 3 doctors, so they estimated 15-30 minute wait. It took about 30 minutes to get in, but then took about an hour in the exam room for the nurse, then doctor, then nurse to see me. When I went back the next day, I told them I was there the day before and they moved me to the front of the line for a "re-check." It still took over an hour, despite being the next person in line. Despite the long waits, which I assume are typical with urgent care centers, the nurses and doctors were kind, caring and professional, and I feel that I received excellent medical care. Especially on the second day, as my symptoms overnight were somewhat puzzling to the doctor and she presented me with a variety of options and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. She was patient and thorough.
