    Keck & Company Inc
Horrible. When I first contacted them his I'm assuming wife answered the phone call, who proceeded to yell at her husband that he has a phone call and what I was looking for. Tom answered the phone while he was eating, so I could hear him crunching loudly. We arranged a time in the evening for him to stop by because he had some doctor's appointment and I didn't want to rush him after. I asked him if his work is under warranty, and this guy told me that it was a "silly question" and why am I even asking that? This guy never showed up at all, no phone call explaining he was running late or anything. NOTHING. Horrible phone etiquette by both him and his wife, he was very rude in his response when I asked him a simple question, and doesn't even bother showing up. Waste of time, I could've scheduled someone else in that time slot. Don't bother with this "business."

Mr. Guillermo Flores provided an excellent job, giving me and my family the look we wanted for our home. Not only did he did an excellent job, but also finished on a record time. Allowing my house to be prepared for the upcoming holidays. I would strongly recommend his services to those who are looking for quality work.

    Bazan Painting Projects
Excellent service and quality. Very devoted to my satisfaction. Good job of preparing the surfaces for painting. They even did the driveway twice for the same price as it was very dirty. Brad is very responsive on email which I appreciate as other contractors often drop the ball or don't respond. I will hire Ray and his company for my painting needs in the future.

    Ronbo's Fine Painting Inc
Overall, it was an outstanding experience working with Ronbo and his team. I contacted Ronbo in mid-July. As you would expect, they were scheduling a couple months out so we were looking at September to do the work. He came out to conduct an initial walk around and talked me through everything he would do and recommend. Shortly after he sent a packet with a quote and optional additions based on our discussions. The pricing was within the range we expected and we scheduled the work for September and provided a down payment. Ronbo contacted us in early September when the team was getting ready to start the job. We reviewed the quote and confirmed options and selected paint and stain colors. His team was great. They were respectful of the property and worked efficiently. The team addressed me by name, which I really appreciated. And he and his team kept me up-to-date on progress, next steps, and decisions throughout the entire process. Perhaps the thing I appreciated most was Ronbo's attention to detail and quality. One section of the house dried a little too quickly due to hot direct sunlight on the day it was painted, so he had the team add another coat on that side on a day with more favorable painting weather. Furthermore, when refinishing the front door there was an issue with color and with bugs getting stuck in the stain. They took the time to make sure it was done right, by darkening the color and fixing the bug issues. Again, overall, it was an outstanding experience. I'd hire Ronbo and his team again.

COLLEGE CRAFT Interior and Exterior Painters
College Craft was very professional and punctual. Terry, one of the owners, gave me a competitive bid and explained in detail the nature of the work to be performed. He came to my house at the start each of the three days of the job to talk to the painters and discuss with me what was happening. The two painters, including Gil, were extremely detailed in their work. They were very skilled and made sure they got every nook and cranny while eliminating mold, power washing, scraping, sanding, and staining. None of my other bids mentioned sanding after power washing, but the painters did a great job getting rid of the old flaking and rough surfaces. When it came to staining my deck and playset, they did it by hand in a very detailed and methodical way. They did not rush the job. The finished job was perfect. I was very happy with College Craft's price, detailing, and skill in producing a great finished product.

    Steadfast Painting Solutions Corp
Anthony was very responsive. He came over for an estimate within a day or two after my original call. His quote was competitive. He explained pros and cons of various options and accommodated my request to use a specific brand of paint/stain that I had a lot of success with in the past. When I agreed to hire him, he only required a modest deposit. The job was scheduled within a few weeks and I was very pleased with the results. The crew completed the work on time and cleaned up afterwards. Throughout the job, there was good communication with Anthony on the crew's progress.

    Tucker's - Painting & Decorating
I bought a special deal for $250 for 8 hours of outdoor painting. The deal was for mostly the labor as I also had to buy the paint. I bought a gallon of outdoor paint for $44 before the project was to begin. The painter was to be at my house by 9am to begin the work. He was timely, looked around, and set up pretty much right away. Around 11:15 he then told me that the gallon of paint would not work because it would drip and he felt that it would not look good. I had to send my husband out for spray paint at that point. I was able to have the front shutters completed after that. The shutters were taken down, painted, and put back up. The positives: my appointment was made quickly, the owner was very polite while dealing with him to set up appt and while he was here, shutters were taken down and put back up, the paint does look good on the shutters The negatives: I wasted money on a gallon of paint that cannot be used, I wish that there was a way for the painter to come and tell you the information before so you are not wasting money, the painter was there for 2 hours before letting me know he couldn't use the gallon and when you pay for a certain time limit, that is important, when he left, I walked around to the side of my house and there was black spray paint all over the lawn -

    Professional Home Improvement Inc
These folks were the first honest company I talked to in my search for 1) assessing whether any repair was needed, and 2) what it would need to be. Companies were going door to door in my neighborhood, trying to sell everyone the fantasy of "There were storms here ergo we can make your insurance redo all your siding for free!" I'm glad I talked to Professional Home Improvement as well; they helped me not to fall into the other companies' trap of lodging insurance claims for unnecessary repairs.

Working with Mary was fantastic. She worked with me with fresh ideas for color selection. Mary and her team were professional and neat. We are highly satisfied with the work and will use them again in the future.
