    I highly recommend Nu-Way Systems carpet cleaning. Not only did Rick ANSWER the phone, (which should be a normal business procedure, but seems to be an above average practice), he scheduled us one business day later because he knew I had an issue with dog hair and an allergic visitor. They arrived on time, took great care with our home and did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. The sectional they cleaned turned back to its original color, having greyed due to dust an unprofessional cleaning a year ago. They managed to remove a spill of laundry detergent in the laundry room, too (yes, we are idiots with carpet in the laundry room). We are very happy and will use Nu-Way Systems again. (Soon probably; we have a dog).

    They cleaned 532 square feet of carpeting on 10/11/2018 and I was charged $426.72 paid by a personal check. After realizing there must have been an error with the cost, I contacted their office and spoke to the President, Mr. Lee. He was very apologetic and said they actual bill should have been $163.53. They agreed to mail me a refund for the difference. After waiting for a week, I still have not received their refund. A person if their office said they couldn���t release the refund until after my check cleared, which according to my bank���s records was 10/12/18. This was their error and should have released the refund immediately, and certainly not more than a week after the check cleared. I still have not received the refund although I was told the check is in the mail..

    This guy showed up a day early and acted ****** about it. As a result of his unplanned stop, the rooms weren't ready. He did a crappy rushed job and talked bad about Angie's list. He also charged me an additional $50 over the Angie's List price I paid, stating that he was never paid by Angie's list. I would like the money I paid to Angie's List for this service.

    He's the only one qualified to clean wool carpeting. We use him regularly because you have a special skill to clean wool carpeting. I use him for furniture and carpet wool and synthetic. He charged us $270; I didn't have him do the furniture this time. When I have, furniture included I think he charges me $350 and that includes a couple of sofas and chairs. He's very efficient. He's a little unusual guy if you leave him alone and don't watch over him, that makes him nervous, but he does a very good job. Like I said he's highly skilled especially for cleaning wool. I use him every year, sometimes a couple of times a year.

    Steambrite Carpet Care about arrived early, before the airduct cleaners were finished. I should have told the carpet cleaner to wait outside until the airduct cleaners were completed. I'm sure he heard the charge for the air duct cleaning and then he told me his charge for cleaning my air ducts which was much cheaper than the current service I was using. I feel that is an easy but unprofessional way to get someone's business. Also, The carpet cleaner was on his phone the whole time he was cleaning the carpet. In fact he left behind some equipment. I called him to report that the equipment must have fallen off his truck. He sent another man out to pick it up.

    Not impressed. Only pre-treated the stairs..there was a spot in bedroom and family room that should have been treated. Never had anyone charge extra for spot treating before. Had two end tables that needed to be cleaned under. I am used to the carpet cleaners moving table, clean and set table back on Styrofoam blocks so it can dry under it. One table was not moved, the other was picked up and laid on its side on the bed. Everything in the drawers is all over and too heavy for me to lift. Another room I have a table, bottom is from an old trundle sewing machine. I had taken Oak top off, asked him to clean under it. Again he laid it on top of the bed right on top of the oak top and scratched the wood. Had to have neighbor help get tables off beds..too heavy for me to lift. Started at 10 am now 7 pm and carpets still soaking wet. They bring in a machine, usually see truck and they hook up hoses. Again, not at all impressed...would not use again. Office staff was friendly and answered questions promptly.

    We had scheduled carpet cleaning with Tom from Steambrite Carpet Care earlier this week. Tom showed up about 15 minutes early and did an outstanding job to clean our carpet. Later in the day we had a problem in two spots which my wife worked on with no success. We called Tom the next day and he showed up the very same day and treated those two spots. Our experience with Tom and Steambrite Carpet Care was truly outstanding. Tom is a gentleman with very high integrity. I recommend Tom and Steambrite all the way. They are the model every business needs to follow. Thank you Tom!

    I found baby food hardened on a couch which I picked off with my nails. He said steam cleaning will not remove it. Then after I he left I emailed to ask if he did the basement stairs because I thought he forgot as there was dog hair and a feather in the rise. He responded that my dog shedded already. Plus he sent a couple of snotty messages after that. I should mention he talked on the phone most of the time he was here and complained about another customer. He is too argumentative and sensitive to questions about his work.

    When I bought the service from Angie's list in Mid-May, I gave three dates in late June and got a confirmation the dates were acceptable. A few days later, Steam Bright called me and said they couldn't accommodate my dates even though they were more than a month in advance. They gave me another date at an inconvenient time. I initially accepted but due do a death in the family, I requested a rescheduled date. It took them two days to call back and then the rep Steve said he likely couldn't get me in until August. That's ridiculous. More than two months after I buy the service. When I told him, I would be requesting a refund, he was incredibly rude. This is a competitive market. Don't work with this company. They truly don't care about their customers.

    They were amazing. They left & returned with a newer/better solvent for our toughest stain at no extra charge to us. They could have easily said they'd tried their best & left us to replace the carpet. Instead, the made our "problem" literally disappear. So impressed!
