I hired him to remove a lot of brush, small trees, scrap wood, and dead limbs.

I walked the property with the owner and showed him everything that needed to be done. It was a huge amount of work so I was really surprised when he said that he could get it done in a day and a half. He charges $1400/day and after 2 days there was still a fair amount of work left so I went ahead and paid him for 3 days with the understanding that he'd complete what we'd talked about. He worked up through the third day but there was still some work left. I called him 3 times and he finally came back out to look at the work that was left but got really upset with me. I feel like there was a misunderstanding. I was under the impression that I was paying him for the three days and that if there was any work left after that, I wouldn't be charged.

Hired to remove a large fallen oak tree from a frozen pond.

Bottom line. Did not finish the job. Cut out part of the tree and agreed to return when the weather permitted and remove the rest of the tree. Was paid in full with the trust they would return. They did not return and when contacted said they would be back. Never showed up and no contact from them. I understand fully that it was a big job. Adding to the problem was that the ice was soft in spots. Handed him the check and that was the last I saw of him and his crew. He never contacted me, I left message for him and talked to Mike once and he said he would be out next week or so. Never showed that is from the summer of 2013. Cannot give any ratings except "F" considering the job was not completed and payment in full was delivered. The task is difficult but nothing was hidden about the project. The tree was there and Mike gave an estimate, did part of the job and was PAID IN FULL.

He trimmed the tree limbs off.

He came out right away told him what was needed, he completed the work immediately. I was at work when the job was completed, he came back for payment. He made it very convient for me to use the service.

I explained to Mike Pinada in detail the work to be done. He said it could be done in 3 days at $1600/day totaling $4800. I told him I would cap the amount at $4800. Even if it took him much longer to complete the work he agreed to do. He did not even work 3 full days and less than half of the work was done when he quit. I should not have paid him in advance.

Mike came out and gave me a good price. I called him back 2 days later to accept his proposal. He told me it would be the following week. I called him back later that week, left a message which he returned 2 days later, and he told me his equipment was down and would get back to me the following Tuesday. Never heard back. Called him again, left message for explanation and give him the benefit of the doubt. I wanted the work done and time was passing, If he did not return my call to cancel the deal. He never called back
