The man that came out to my home just had a bad attitude. He burned my lawn when he fed it and ordered too much mulch. The excess mulch that he had he put on my neighbor's lawn without asking and then charged him for it. I asked him to come back and fix the burned areas, but he never did. The price that he charged is the going rate and that is the only thing that I didn't have a big problem with.

People were nice but did not get much done. Owner came prior to so I could show him what I wanted. When his employees arrived to work they had no garden tools or lawn bags. One employee left for an hour to go get some. Workers had no training in distinguishing weeds, so they were very slow and did not pull them out by the roots. A week later, the areas they worked on looked as if they had never be...

They did a beautiful job of spring cleaning. I was having trouble with consistency with the last company I used and when I told Affordable about my previous problems, he explained what had been done wrong and what he would do to correct the problems. I think his prices are very reasonable. I have a hill in the backyard that was a mess because the previous company did not come out if the fall.
