    You hire professionals to complete a job that you want help with-that's why you hire professionals. It is sad that after the cleaning professionals come to your home and work and then when they leave you need to clean up after them. The employees should know what they need to do for what they are charging the client for. The house cleaning included wet wipe of all window sills, above all doors the patio glass doors, kitchen window cleaned, kitchen wipe down of appliances and cabinets, bathrooms, changing of beds, vacuuming carpets, cleaning ceiling fans, mopping floors, dusting and blinds were to have been cleaned. Wet wipe was not done as specified in my home, I had to tell them to clean the patio doors, I had them go back and clean kitchen cabinets that were not cleaned then found other ones still dirty. I was told the tiled walls would be cleaned up to the ceiling by Zak and that didn't happen behind our television stand was dust and I had to ask them to clean it out. I was also told by Zak that the basement would be done just like upstairs that everything would be the same but there was not dusting done downstairs at all. Two windows at the top of the stairs were never touched and have the dust all over the sills. Some blinds were wiped down part way and the bottom half left dirty. The floors were not swept, they were vacuumed and then mopped. So one person vacuumed and another mopped. Two people left garbage on the dining room floor beneath the table for me to clean up. My front entrance wasn't even touched-glass on front door was not cleaned the floor was not cleaned-nothing. I had the crew come out to help me because I take care of my granddaughter, a family business and was preparing for a family party on Saturday and then Father's Day on Sunday. The owner of the company called me today to ask me how the service was. I began to tell him and he didn't want to take the time to listen to me. He told me that he would send someone out to take care of my concerns. I don't want to be subject to a company who for one does not do the work they say they are going to do and charge you whatever they want. I think an owner of a business should be willing to maybe go out and check the work that their crew did if a client has concerns so that they can see first hand what the crew left. I should be reimbursed for the money I was charged. My microwave is all scratched up on the stainless steel front and the glass. I will never have "Professionals" come back to my home to clean. I will do it myself. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Cleaners were right on time. After giving them (2 cleaners) a few instructions, they cleaned for two hours. They a did a very good job. I was slightly disappointed that there were still scuff marks on the kitchen floor, but I know that the floor really needs to stripped. I would hire Eva's Maids again.

    Chicago Post Construction Cleaning Service Experts
    On February 1st I purchased a post-construction cleaning service for $650 via what seemed to be an extremely professional website. The services as described were exactly what I needed post construction cleaning to remove all dust from services in my home. Per this add there is no return policy stated nor on the website. So I cancelled the service because it was no longer needed as I did not have much clean up to do after construction. I was contacted by Tom via phone to talk about the cancellation everything seemed fine. However when I asked on February 15th why I had not received a refund I was told that I signed an agreement stating that no refunds were allowed and only rescheduling of services would be granted. This was unacceptable, I continued to talk to Tom about how his website did not state such a policy anywhere. He quickly provided me an invoice via email, which by the way this was the first time I had received a copy of my invoice with the policy and it was already marked as paid because when you do the service request via form online you have to provide a credit card to secure an appointment at the time I filled out the form the charge was made. I decided to let them come and clean since I had no other choice and they had already charged my card. When they showed up the two cars blared music in my driveway acting very unprofessional. The four individuals cleaned my home for less than 4 hours taking one break as well in the middle of the day. They missed several spots in my home, and didn't clean all of the windows like stated in the service I requested that they would do. The entire upstairs all of the windows were left untouched, the bathroom had dust and debris in the corners and barely any of the floor boards/trim were wiped down on the 2nd floor as well. Upon me contacting Tom to let him know he quickly began to tell me I was wrong, the crew was there I did a full walk through and approved. I told him I was not offered a walk through simply asked how it looked I said good (as I was holding my baby and could not thoroughly check the property). Upon the crew leaving and me getting to finally put things back in place in my home I noticed that several areas seemed unclean. When I also noticed that the curtains were in the same spot I quickly rubbed my finger across the window to feel the dust on all of the windows upstairs. I provided pictures of all of the spots that were missed to Tom via email and he did not offer any sort of refund just simply said I could pay again to have them come out at a discounted rate. No this is unacceptable, I was not allowed to cancel my service for a refund and was forced into receiving services that I knew were not fitting to what we needed. I was also the informed in the final email exchange that I was not supposed to have furniture on property for a post construction cleaning. Um not sure where that is stated anywhere on the website, why all of these rules came into play after I started to ask questions and ask for my refund. This is information that should be provided upfront to the consumer. The only positive out of this entire experience was the fact that my hardwood floors were washed by someone on their hands and knees, but there were still several spots of dust missed. I seriously think my kids could have done a better job cleaning in some of the areas. Everything was wiped around (the mirror on my breakfront has a thick layer of dust behind it where you can tell someone stopped just because they couldn't reach any further). Horrible experience all around.

    Belkis and her crew came in and did a deep cleaning for our first appointment. I then hired the company to clean every 2 weeks and this has worked out very well. They are efficient, thorough and pay attention to the details. We are in the midst of a lot of home restoration and they have been very flexible working around our projects. I highly recommend A & B Cleaning Service to anyone looking for a competent, professional and dependable cleaning service.

    Perfect! We couldn't ask for anything better. The guys were fantastic.  It was fantastic. We really appreciated. The last service cost was $86 or $89. The cost before that was $139 or something like that, were they cleaned up the entire garage. They did the floors, walls, everything. We just bought it off Angie's List services.

    The best thing I like is they help organize my apt.  They provide all cleaning supplies.  They are very honest and are always on time.  They are very friendly.  They do a really good job!  I like it!  Also, you can trust them.  I leave my garage entry for them to come in.  They have a family business which I like.  The owner and her husband are good at checking on their staff and they follow up with me to ask how things went.

    Certain things are done every 2 weeks (bathrooms, kitchen counters, dusting), with other tasks covered in depth on a regular rotation.  Every visit, they leave a list of what was done and what will be covered on the next visit.  Their rates are more reasonable than the cleaners we had in Minneapolis for a smaller home and everything looks great after every visit.  Tim has been easy to contact and quick to respond when we need to adjust the schedule or ask for something extra to be done.
