    Luis Flooring & More
My wife and I are very happy we chose Luis to do our bathroom pipe pluming & remodel. The work was done exactly how we pictured it. Through out the process Luis showed up when he said he would and would clean up at the end of the day. Luis also sent me pictures through out the day that showed progress. We are very happy with Luis's work and highly recommend him. We are already planning to use him for our kitchen remodel.

Went well, I think the project was a little more difficult than they had first anticipated. Brought in more workers to help to get the project completed in a decent time frame. They checked with me regarding the new products that they purchased before installing. They kept me informed of what was going on at all times. They arrived every day exactly when they said they would and cleaned up most of the dust and debris when they were finished.

The service provider responded promptly to inquiry as well as requested revisions to the scope of work. The provider also tried to be flexible for scheduling work although was unwilling to negotiate on cost. Due to distance I am unable to verify work was done at the rental property and trusted the information provided by the contractor was accurate. For replacing switch covers and repairing a kitchen drawer I was charged $200. I agreed to the price with the understanding the exit door was repaired as well. I was able to visit the property a month later and realized the only the switches and drawer were repaired by Country for $200. In my opinion the price was high for the work completed.

Lazlo came out to give an estimate for repair. Previously I had established that replacements for the darker blue broken tiles were not available. One gruop suggested replacing the whole bathroom, which seems excessive to me. I bought replacements for the lighter tiles plus some extras thinking perhaps they could be used with the dark blue. Lazlo looked over the whole room and suggested that we remove the tile from the wall that is not next to the sink, toilet, and shower and use that for replacements. He did this and installed a piece of wood molding in place of the tile molding on this wall. The whole bathroom looks much better. After I select a new toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, and lights, it will look brand new.

Our kitchen floor has ceramic tile that was never sealed when it was laid. We have been in the house for 12 years and the grout had really become pretty dirty. Two people from this firm came and cleaned the grout and then sealed it to keep it clean. They were very hardworking and had the right equipment to get it restored. Honestly the floor looks brand new!!! Great experience!

    Mordini General Contracting
The best experience! Original project scope was remodeling the master bathroom & walk in in closet. I interviewed multiple contractors. Tom was not the highest or the least expense. Tom listened to us, gave great advise & opinions on the design. We got a good feeling after our initial meeting. Tom's approach is 'no nonsense'. He was like that when we met, to the day the project was over. Tom (along with Ron) worked so efficient. Ron is a tiling genius!  Everyday they were on time & organized. Everyday the progress was evident. Tom found ways for us to save on the original project to the point where we were able to expand the project to include the master bedroom (flooring & painting). Tom 'got us'. He knew when to take liberty & when to consult us. He brought in sub-contractors that he has had lengthy working relationships. He stood behind their work as if it were his own. He held them to his same (high) standards. We were so impressed that we expanded the project again to include the main bathroom. Again, the work was superior! Will I use Tom Mordini again? ABSOLUTELY YES! As a side note, I am a professional working out of my home. Tom was very considerate of my working scheduled (i.e. noise). Two more things: My dog got loose (not fault of Tom's) he ran out with me, helping me find my dog ( even my dog missed them when the project had concluded), lastly Tom & Ron love their coffee...not the 'fufu crap'...just good ole regular coffee! I was very nervous to begin this project. We have heard so many horror stories of project gone wrong. Without a doubt we made the BEST decision by hiring Tom Mordini.

    Absolute Plumbing
They were out here within a couple hours after calling them and within 5 hours of my call the job was done - sump was replaced and the lower floor of my home was in pretty good shape. There promptness really stood out.  They discarded some damaged rugs without my knowledge which I was initially upset about, but after talking to them the reimbursed me for the rugs.

    Inspired Living Spaces
We love it, love it!  Our brand new kitchen was designed by Jay Lovett! I was tired of looking at our outdated and inefficient kitchen. I had searched in books and magazines for ideas. When it was time to look for a contractor my husband and I had a cabinet maker look at our kitchen. He was so busy and then we decided we didn't want our kitchen torn up for months. Then we had a bid from another contractor, but it was way over our budget. We didn't know whom to trust. A kitchen project is such a huge expense and we wanted everything to be ?A? plus, so we decided to subscribe to Angie's List. We wanted the best contractor locally and found Jay Lovett, President of Inspired Living Spaces. We talked on the phone briefly. We invited him into our home so we could get to know one another. One thing that struck me, I noticed how attentively he was listening to us. He made a good first impression. We decided to hire him.

Then, he needed some money down for a kitchen design. He said that we needed a theme. I wanted medium color maple cabinets with simple lines. He mentioned that maple doesn't take a stain too well. Then, he showed us a sample of quarter sawn oak. We had seen that wood in furniture and it looked so appealing. We already knew we wanted porcelain floor tiles and quartz counter tops. We told him what the top of the budget would be. We communicated through email for the design. Jay wanted to move the refrigerator to a new location. At first, we weren't too keen on that suggestion. That meant we would have to buy a cabinet depth refrigerator. We are so pleased that our refrigerator was moved to a new location. There is now a larger work area on the counter near the sink than previously. The work space is much more efficient. It is a pleasure to work in it now. All of our appliances were in black. He gently suggested stainless. We had to think about that for a while. Then, we thought ?we are paying someone to design our kitchen let's listen to him.? It took a few weeks for the kitchen design, because it was hard for me to make up my mind about one cabinet placement. Jay was very patient with us. He told us when the cabinets would arrive and the date was very close. After the cabinets arrived, only then would the demolition materialize. That is how Jay operates. When the time came for the demolition, the kitchen was sealed off from the rest of the house. At the end of every day a cleanup of the area was done.

The workers were on time and very polite, very diligent, and very precise in their work. Jay would be here several times a day to check on the progress of the project. He would always be in communication with us by phone or e-mail too. When the cabinets arrived, there was damage to some of the outer cartons and two of the doors were slightly damaged by the UPS delivery driver's fork lift. Jay contacted the vendor immediately; consequently, the vendor could manufacture replacements. Then, as the remaining cabinets were being installed, I noticed some manufacturing errors -- the quarter sawn design was on the wrong side on a few of the doors. I pointed it out to Jay and he immediately notified the vendor a second time, and the corrected material was sent over within days. Even with these delays, the project stayed right on schedule. Right before Christmas was a busy time for vendors. Along, every step of the way Jay kept in close communication with us. As the project moved along, we decided on all new stainless steel appliances. We are so happy that we listened to his advice. The kitchen would have been too dark and ordinary with black appliances. The target date of completion was near Christmas. We had a functioning kitchen a few days before Christmas.

After the holiday there were a few things that needed a final touch. When the kitchen was completed, Jay didn't like how one open, 3-shelf, corner wood unit looked, so he told us that he was going to redesign it. We made the final payment on the kitchen, although he didn't like the unit, we were confident he would follow through, which of course he did. He also replaced and installed the latest design and function in 3 cabinet door hinges. The new hinge design prevents a cabinet door from opening completely, preventing it from hitting a wall.  I didn?t request this change, but it was thoughtful and generous of Jay. Now, I don?t have to worry about banging a cabinet door into a wall. There was no charge because it was already in my budget.

In summary, we are just so thrilled with our professionally designed kitchen. We have hired Jay for future remodeling, because he and his crew are superior contractors. He is so passionate about his work, trustworthy, and very detail oriented. I highly recommend Jay with Inspired Living Spaces.

    J K Complete Remodeling & Construction Inc
We received 6 estimates from various contractors (4 were from Angie's list). We were most impressed with Jack's knowledge, his reviews on Angie's list & his estimate, which was near the low end of the 6 estimates. Jack and all of his crews did a very good job. We had the kitchen totally remodeled & 2 bathrooms gutted & remodeled. Living room, dining room, halls & den were all painted with new baseboards throughout. New hardwood floors were put in the kitchen & dining room. Mike & his crew did them to our specifications & they are lovely. Tile in the halls & both bathrooms looks beautiful due to Marian's expert work. New lighting, new electrical outlets, new fuse box, and assorted final detail work was handled by Paul, who was very knowledgeable. During the entire project, if we had concerns or certain things needed to be changed, Jack was always available & got back to us in a very timely manner. All of his people are very trustworthy, and we had no qualms about leaving for the day. We would highly recommend JK Remodeling. We expect to use them again on a future project we are planning.
