  • Absolutely amazing company. I had them come out in a Friday for a bid and was told they were booked out 3 weeks...I told him that I was really hoping to have it done within the next week because of my dog. They made some phone calls and arranged for them to be able to come out that next Wednesday. The 3 gentleman that came out worked very hard and got the whole job done in one day. They even stayed until 7;30pm to finish the job. I am very pleased!!!

  • They were great, did an excellent job installing black vinyl fencing for our dog, were very accommodating with the scheduling and we were really, really appreciative of that. Nice product and good install. We will recommend and use them, again.

  • Pella windows were great, from the time I signed a contract, to when the last window was installed. The men doing the installation were prompt, courteous and very respectful of our family and home. The windows look and function great as promised.

  • My fiance and I used Integrity Home Solutions to remodel our master bathroom and it was nothing but headaches. The work that was done was awful. We have called them numerous times to come back out and finish their work, to reinstall a new bathroom vent, to fix leaking pipes, and to fix our cabinets (which still hasn't been done). They couldn't fix our water pipe downstairs that they installed, so they told us to hire a plumber to come fix it which we did, and then they would send us a check to cover the cost... we have yet to see that check and it's been two months now. Since I can't get my $200 back or get my cabinets fixed to the way they were supposed to be, I'm posting this on every site I possible can to warn other customers that this company is bad news and is a very high risk. I regret hiring these people to do our remodel.

  • Room itself is ok. However, during construction, an infestation of stink bugs in the room occurred. The workers and management were aware, said it would resolve when roofed. However, did not and room poorly sealed. We CANNOT use the room 2/2 the bugs. Not 1 or 2, > 10 daily. And the stench in the room is horrible. Poor poor company response. Exterminator did not resolve, he agrees room not sealed. 50 K and unusable room.

  • We are very pleased - the bathroom looks great! Workers were always professional, helpful, courteous, friendly. Always sought our input. Did extras, like rerouting air duct so we could have our recessed medicine cabinets. Included plumbing, electrical, framing, relocated window (outdoor siding redone), widening outer wall for increased insulation for pipes. Fixed access hole in basement ceiling and installed water shut off valve to bathroom. Installed extra electrical outlet for wife's hair dryer and a backsplash. Even fixed a hole in wall of another bathroom and rehung towel bar as a courtesy. Highly recommend.

  • Anthony, the technician from Reinhold, called to let me know what time to expect him on the day I scheduled the work. I found Anthony to be pleasant, engaging and quite professional. He had scheduled in the power company (disconnect-reconnect power) and the inspector so there was a minimal down time. I am very pleased with Reinhold's workmanship and personnel and would recommend them to family and friends.

  • We moved into this home back on the last day in Feb of 2015.  The furnace and A/C were original to the home (22 Years old at the time).  Miller fixed an A/C issue near the end of the summer of 2015 (quality work and not a bad price - quick fix).  They had recommended to me than to upgrade to a new system and we agreed that I would plan on the upgrade for spring the next year. 

    Come Jan 2016 the heater goes out and because they did a good job the first time I called them back.  The owner had come out after the initial look at the system and set down with me to discuss the options - they could keep the system going for about $200 but there were things that would probably go wrong - the system was not 23 years old.   There were a couple of things that should be replaced in the firing chamber (and they showed me the things) that would cost around $800.  Safety was a concern.  Or we could replace the whole furnace and A/C and I would be good for several years - (I had replaced the HVAC system in my last home just a couple of years before).  We talked price (although I had already determined to replace the system).  And the price they gave me was fantastic to me... and it was a Lenox system.  (Someone told me recently that the winter is the best time to buy A/C systems, don't know if that's true but the price on my system was well below what I expected - and what I had seen on the internet... especially not what I expected in an emergency situation like I was in. 

    Then they talked financing.  I was leery about the loan offering of no payment, no interest for 12 months, but didn't want to pull money out of savings - I planned to pay when the tax return came back.  I decided to try the loan (not my normal practice).  The agreement I did sign did say if you didn't pay it off by the end of 12 months - the interest rate would be 24% dating back to day one.  I paid it off a few months later (with the tax return) and they promptly sent me a paid in full receipt.  It turned out to be a good deal for me - just a recommended. 

    The guys worked through the day and replaced the furnace system and put the A/C in place.  We had heat and they returned the next day (when it was a lot warmer) and completed the A/C hookup outside.  They cleaned up everything. The new system has worked well ever since being installed.  They asked me to call and have them complete the A/C checkout when summer hit so they could ensure it was working efficiently.  

    Well, summer came - extremely hot this year and the A/C has been working so well that I kept forgetting to call.  I remembered today to call and they are coming over tomorrow to check the system. 

     I just thought I had better recommend them to someone.  I joined this website just to write this recommendation.

  • Excellent job!  Clint couldn't have been easier to work with.  Clint and his associate were very professional and arrived exactly as scheduled.  They first did a walk around the house to see if there were any problem areas.  They moved any items that were in the way, as well as some potted plants that might get some residual spray, and took down a couple wind chimes that we had forgotten about.  They took their time with the job and seemed to treat our property very carefully.  When they finished, they left the property as they found it - minus the dirt of course!  The best part was the results!  The siding looks fantastic and our old, nasty black-streaked gutters now look almost new again.  

    I highly recommend the gutter service.  It's amazing how much of a difference it made to the overall appearance of the house.  Based on the experience we had, Clint provided great service at a very fair price.  I highly recommend this service provider and plan to use him again when needed.
