  • Left a voicemail for Mike on his calling service and he returned my call within a couple hours. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and proposed adding freon would solve it. He came onsite the same day. After adding freon, the error has not reoccurred.

  • Their services have been great. This last trip was a replacement toilet and I had to pay for that because I did not have advanced plumbing including in my warranty. Since I have the warranty, the services are free up to $400 and after that you have to pay. They have always been quick to respond and they contract to good people who do the job well. I have been using them for about 23 years and have had no issues with them.

  • They actually showed up on time.  I called the day before and the scheduled me for fist call the next day.  Mike came in and within a matter of minutes had diagnosed the issue.  It took his less than 30 minutes to fix my dryer.  I would Highly Recommend Command Service Center to anyone.

  • My oven wasn't functioning properly (heating slowly or not heating at all). I called three different appliance repair places (from Angie's List who all had excellent ratings) prior to even calling Bryan's. Even after describing the symptoms my oven was having, no one could tell me what the problem MIGHT be or what the approximate cost for repair would be. All I was told was they needed to come out and look at the oven since it could be a hundred different issues.
    So I called Bryan's. He returned my call within 15 minutes of leaving my message and after describing the issues, Bryan immediately said it was probably the igniter and would cost about $190 or so with parts, labor, and service call charge. Since he was the only one to actually give me an idea of the issue and cost of repair, I scheduled him to come out that week.
    He showed up on time, and within 10 minutes had confirmed that the issue was the igniter. The repair was completed in about 30
    minutes. Then he even took about 30 additional minutes to show me how to use my oven, since its a older model, and all of the functions I didn't even know it had! Through the course of this teaching lesson, he also discovered that the igniter for my broiler was also going out. He was honest and said he doesn't usually recommend people fix igniters for broilers since it's an oven function that less commonly used, but he said if I replaced it now, it would only be the additional cost of the part and no additional labor. So I decided to do that as well and now it's all working perfectly!
    I've even just called Bryan again for a repair of my old dishwasher!

  • The technician came out promptly the day after I called on Sept 5.  He quickly determined the bake element had broken in my Dacor over and showed me where it was obviously broken.  They carry the most common brands on the truck but my specific element had to be ordered.  Technician said it should arrive in a day or two and he should be back on Friday or Saturday.  I called on Tuesday to check the status of the part.  They called back and said it would arrive on Wednesday.  Technician came back on  the following Thursday to install the new part.  He made sure the oven heated prior to leaving.  The technician was knowledgeable and professional.  They could do a better job communicating if there was a delay in obtaining parts so the customer can know what to expect.  Other than that, I was very pleased with the price and workmanship and would recommend this company.
  • My wife and I cleaned our gas oven the week prior with an oven cleaner. We found out after the fact that we weren't supposed to do that (whoops, next time we'll read the manual). Anyway, afterwards, we had issues with getting the oven to ignite and to stay lit. I checked Angie's List to find someone local with good scores to come out and take a look. I called Mike up on Thursday, he said he could come out that Saturday morning between 8 and 9 am. He showed up at about 8:30, very professional. I told him that since we'd last talked that we'd been able to get the oven to work, but I still wanted him to take a look. He did, performed some small cleaning, and grounded the ignition component. We still seem to be having an issue, but I'm attributing that more to our own misdiagnoses, rather than to Mike's. It now seems that the issue is not with the ignition (which is what was happening originally, and Mike seems to have fixed), but rather that the gas does not continue to flow, so the oven periodically goes out. I'm going to call Mike back and have him come out and take another look.
