Two large windows in my living room required replacement. They were older (12+ years) woven wood blinds and the cord mechanism had broken. I was looking for an update and a better quality treatment.

The whole process was quick and efficient. I met with the designer a couple of days after I called. Other places I called were not available until three weeks later. The designer/consultant knows their product (Hunter Douglas) and was good with making the selection process flow smoothly. It took around 3 weeks to get the blinds installed after we met with the designer. They kept us updated on the ...
