    BM Remodeling & Painting
Overall, the project went well and our master bathroom looks beautiful! I appreciated Sebastian and Kasia's input when designing the look of our bathroom, which turned out modern and elegant. Sebastian went to multiple locations to pick up the materials and they were always responsive whenever I had a question during the project. The workers also added insulation inside the shower wall and the noise of running water was greatly reduced in the hallway. I think the price was reasonable, and we are very pleased with the end result.

    Blazer Electric Co
Jack and his team were on time and got the initial job done in 3 hours- same as his estimate. Jack is very courteous, knowledgeable, and does great work. I subsequently used Blazer Electric for 2 additional projects. Highly recommend.

    Budget Right Handyman
Ray showed up on time (actually early, but he had called to see if it was OK). He was friendly and professional, getting right to work and installing the disposal easily. Two jobs in my bathroom were harder, but he accomplished them, and every electrical job I had for him he achieved so easily that I said he must be magic. I will definitely use BRHand Rayagain.

    RDI Smart Electric
The entire process worked well. Rod arrived on time, ready to get to work, and was courteous and professional throughout the job. He laid down drop cloths to catch any waste and took off shoes. He took the time to explain how my new fan worked and how to work the remote control. I asked if he could install electric outlets mid-wall in my home office and family room to plug flat screen in so wire would not show when mounted on the wall, and he said no problem. Will probably have him back to do that job as well.

Francisco was very responsive and communicative to get me on his schedule. Work was to be done prior to moving into a new home. No furniture to move or people to work around. Quote for the paint work seemed pretty fair at the time but had quoted 5 days for the job which seemed to be a bit longer than we thought. If the job was going to be done right than we could deal with the time. We purchased paint and gave access to the house to Francisco and his painter Joe. Joe supposedly was a very professional painter and seemed to have years of experience. During the time Joe was to be painting Francisco was going to open up the wall and do some electrical work. Francisco did a wonderful job with drywall and the electrical, I would most definitely recommend him for drywall work. Day 4 of the painting job and there was still a lot of work to be done. The job was taking much longer than what it should. There was horrible time management by Joe and unfortunately he was not being checked in on. We were told it was going to take even longer since the touch up paint was not the same, this was my fault however it took out a few rooms of painting from the job which should have shortened the time. 6 days later I was left with only 4 rooms and some trim painted and patched holes in the other rooms but no painting done. We were also well over our budget, purchased 4 gallons of trim and 4 gallons of ceiling paint more than needed per Joe's request and feeling like we just got 'taken'. Also, come to find out that when I went to look at my leftover paint Joe had mixed two room colors together which than left us with paint that could not be used as touch up for that room and I would have to buy some more for touch up. They did not tell us of the mix up but rather put it in the basement for me to figure out at a later date. Francisco offered to make it right by doing other work around the home but not monetarily. We still had to hire someone else to come in to finish the paint job, they did great and were very affordable. We had high hopes for working with Homedics but fell short. I WOULD recommend them for drywall work as well as some electrical however I would NOT recommend for painting especially if Joe is the painter.

    A Dependable Electrician
I would highly recommend Tom for any electrical needs. He was very professional and knowledgable about lighting and electronics in general. He was prompt, courteous and a nice guy to boot. His pricing was very reasonable and he did an excellent job of installing a new light in my bathroom. I will definitely call him for my dinning room light!

    Clar Electric Inc
Jamie and his guys were absolutely phenomenal to deal with. Jamie is extremely responsive either over the phone or via email. He always got back to me very quickly whenever I reached out to him. And the guys that did our can installation, Phil and Dan, we just as great. Very professional and always took the time to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely reach out to Jamie again should the need arise in the future. His price quote was in line with others I received but I think it's his attentiveness and professionalism that sets him apart from the rest and the reason I chose to work with him. Very highly recommended.

    Regency Home Remodeling
Short version: I have nothing but raves for Bruce and his team. They were great, I got a touch of HGTV crazy, I was talked back to reality, and I am beyond pleased with my final product. Also, I think it is really important to note that he was the only contractor I met with that didnt play games or ask me to do the work without permits. The three other gentlemen I met with, who were all approved through Angies List and Home Advisor, were all pushing to work without permits or didnt even bring it up until I asked. Bruce and I were on the same page about how it had to be done properly and legally. It wasnt a question, which spoke to the credibility of both him and Regency. These guys know what they are doing. Long story: I have a small tri-level house with only one shared full bathroom upstairs with an additional vanity area and sink in the master. Bruce was able to take that space and turn it into two BEAUTIFUL full bathrooms. He was there with me and walked me through every step, including my panicked midnight emails asking stupid questions, which he assured me were not stupid they were. He dealt with all of my indecision and gave opinions every time that I asked. Bruce got me quotes for my outlandish ideas, but he also talked me down from the crazy ones with basic logic. I am a first time homeowner, I have lived in my house for five years, I hate change, and I had NO IDEA what I was in for or what I really wanted. Logic didnt seem to be in my repertoire. From looking at the drawings, I couldnt picture what they could really do. I came home on day one to my bedroom completely closed off with plastic (picture Dexter or American Psycho) and a giant open space that was ripped from the roof down to the studs. That was when the fear set in. What had I done? How could this go back together? When will I be able to shower in my own home again?! It came together steadily day by day. The guys that Bruce had working on my job were fantastic- Greg was always so happy, even when I asked him to flip something (vanity lights) upside down just so I could see how they looked the other way He was right. Whether they knew it or not, I checked my ADT app daily to see what time they arrived. They were there by 8:10 every morning and still there when I got home from work. They even worked on some Saturdays because I stressed that I really wanted this all done before Thanksgiving. We finished the project ahead of schedule, and I could not be more thrilled with the results. I love every aspect. I had no idea there were so many decisions involved in a project of this magnitude. Bruce hooked me up with the best people that were honestly a pleasure to work with. Cara from Daltile, Arthur from Studio 41, and Jr. from Tip Top Glass were unbelievable. Jr. even came out to meet me at my house at 7am before I had to go to work to measure my showers, and he sent me pictures as soon as installation was complete since I wasnt there. All I can say to the entire team is thank you so much for the enormous difference you made in the look and function of my home.

Everything went well. The seller decided to use their own contractor for the job. However, we would have used him for the work. He was professional, came on-time to meet with us and knew exactly what needed to be done.

Handy Men & Mrs Helper Kitchen & Bath
The work looks amazing! Truly transforming, so light and clean now. Virgo and Rein made it look easy and are super nice. The patching is undetectable and the painting is beautiful and accurate. The work took them two days to complete and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Couldn't be happier.
I am so relieved to have found this company, as there are many other projects to do and I will use Handy Men & Mrs Helper for them. Anne and Ginger in the office make the quotes, scheduling, questions and invoicing timely, easy and they are voices of calm experience. Thank you!!
