We called and asked for same day service. He was at our house in less than an hour, which was awesome. He checked out outdoor unit, and serviced and cleaned it. No parts were required. He was done in about 25-30 minutes. Very polite and professional. Excellent work...but when he told us the charge was $250, I almost fell over!! $250 for 30 minutes of work!! SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSE

Repairs on this job included a start capacitor for the compressor and fan motor. Also 1 and half pounds of R-22 Freon was added. The repair price was very fair.
