Francisco came to my home to do an estimate for asbestos tape removal around the opening in the ducts in my living space. He was 20 minutes late to the appointment (which wouldn't have been a huge deal had the next part not happened) but when he was inspecting the vent, he reached in and pulled out a piece of asbestos tape with his bare hands and laid it on our floor! I contacted A&B to remove a water damaged tile floor totalling 500 sq. feet in 3 rooms. They provided a phone estimate and I asked them for an estimate in person because of the unique situation at the house. They arrived promptly and confirmed the same amount from the phone estimate. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with how the job was completed.

Francisco was extremely responses and explained to entire process. His team did all the work to properly pull the permits with Cook county and completed the work quickly and completely. I would recommend his team to anyone based on the quality of their work and competitive pricing.

A & B had good follow through from initial appointment to finalizing the quote. They removed possibly asbestos contaminated vermiculite from the attic and the loose insulation on top of it in an older bungalow. They set up appropriate precautions to make sure there was no contamination of the lower floors. The work was done in a day and half. The attic passed inspection with no issues.
