    The owner was nice and professional which is why this business gets a "C" rating. The overall price was an F rating. I needed to get a battery switched out which required a simple battery test. I was charged for a batter re-charge and electrical system diagonostic which cost me $115? Why not just "test" the battery? The total cost me $300 when in comparison other shops quote with a new battery and labor would have cost me about $160. Very nice owners but charge a lot since they're a small shop.

    They try to get back you as quick as they can and get you in. We will go back to them whenever we need to. I have been going to them since the past decade. They walk you through anything they need to do and keep you updated on what they have done with the car. They have fair prices and very trustworthy site. If they don't think they are the best place they will give you suggestion. About 6 years ago I needed new tires and they told me to go somewhere with the best value.

    The waiting room is very nice. The couch is comfortable and they have HD TV setup and a water port. They get you in and out. Over the years we have brought about 6 different cars to this company. they are definitely worth the 45 minute trip because we trust them.

    It was around $80. I always do use him. They are very conscientious, if you make an appointment, they honor the time and everything, and they do a good job. They have a waiting room, it’s clean. The only thing is they don’t have cable tv or anything.

    It went very well. We drove one vehicle and shipped a small truck. Due to weather, we were delayed for two days on the road. The truck arrived one day earlier than anticipated, and we were delayed by two days. We worked out a mutually acceptable solution to both the transporter and ourselves. We picked up our truck at a different location, but it all worked out very well.

    They tried to tag on a brake job, new tires and swing arms. $2,500 in extra's. When I asked to see they tried to quickly show me why the work was needed. When I looked closely there was still plenty of tread on tires, still plenty of brake pad. Tires had some wear, a little cracking. At least 5k miles left on brakes and tires. When pushed the mechanic bregrudgingly agreed. The service sales guy still tried to sell me tires even after I asked him to stop. Sure seems like the service guy's paid on commission. Disappointing I can't trust the dealer.

    Couldn't be happier! Lund took the time needed to observe the problem, which could have had multiple causes, and included me in the decision-making process about how to resolve. This enabled me to understand their findings and to influence decisions that would impact the cost and effectiveness of the repair. Problem was resolved; brakes better than new. This is entirely consistent with all prior work performed by Lund. We started using Lund after we realized we were paying too much for sub-par service at a local dealership. Jim, Jeff, Greg and Tim are far more knowledgeable and they work to keep costs reasonable rather than constantly trying to up-sell.

    Mitchell quoted me very quickly for the repair I had and knew exactly why is was a somewhat complex (and expensive) repair, so it was obvious he had handled this before.  He ordered the part, called me as soon as it was in and I scheduled the car in the very next day.  He expected it to take until later in the afternoon and at 2:30 he called.  Repair was perfect.  Great job Mitchell.
