    Dave was great. He came out the same day I called and was able to immediately diagnose the problem with our washer. Dave provided a lot of good advice about our options for repair vs replacement. Based on the age of the washer and the cost of the repair he strongly recommended replacement rather than push for a repair and bigger service fee for himself. This speaks very highly of Dave's integrity. I would definitely use Dave's services again for anything that comes up in the future.

    Steve was very responsive and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed, had the necessary parts on hand, and completed the work in less than an hour. In addition to replacing the drain tube, he removed the excess ice build up. Price was very reasonable.

    It was the WORST experience I've had with a service provider. My refrigerator broke down, and when I called Sears, they said they would send someone on Saturday afternoon and that's why I signed up for a service plan. They never showed up until 5 pm, and after making SEVERAL calls, literally begging him, I had a technician show up around 7pm. He ordered for a part that would take a week to arrive, so he scheduled for the following Saturday, and I got an email confirming that. However, the next Saturday, nobody showed up. When I called multiple times, found out that they never assigned a technician to the appointment. I have realized that at Sears, the Service Request call taker, Dispatcher and the Service Engineer teams are all disconnected. There is no clear coordination or alignment in their respective schedules. I got system updates constantly saying my appointments are scheduled, and I should expect the technician. So they are all in disarray, misaligned and disconnected from each other. I scheduled a GE appointment online on the same Saturday night (when Sears did not show up), had a technician show up early afternoon on following Monday, who had the part available and FIXED the refrigerator. I am currently trying to return the part Sears ordered and had delivered to my home. We wasted a lot of resources: threw away food, spent time calling and talking to Sears and just waiting at home for them to show up. BAD SERVICE, strongly recommend against signing up with Sears.

    Overall everything was good. It took a while to get it completed, but that was due to the parts having to be ordered and not readily available. Only negative was they didn't communicate the delay very well and I had to contact them to find out what was taking so long.

    Called Priority Appliance in the morning and they had someone on site the same day. Diagnosed as a damaged drain hose, but needed to order a part to complete the repair. Rather than leaving the washing machine out of commission while waiting for the part to arrive, the technician implemented a temporary fix, which allowed us to use the washing machine as usual while we waited for a return visit. After the part came in (took a week to arrive, exactly as estimated), it took a couple times to find a time that worked to get a technician back out to complete the repair. They schedule everything the morning of the day they'll be on-site, which can lead to a bit of sitting around when they call at 9 AM and let you know they will not be out till 'between 3:30 and 6:30 PM'. All in all, a very positive experience and we've had no issues with the actual work that was done. Did seem a bit expensive due to the minimal price of the part that was replaced, but the time and labor required to essentially dismantle and reassemble the machine in order to get to and swap out the part made it seem much more appropriate.

    Of coarse, my dishwasher worked when the repair man came. He stayed to listen to it cycle to ensure there weren't issues. He said that if there were future issues within the next couple weeks and did need repairs, he would use the $59 service fee towards repairs.

    Great. The gentleman who arrived was polite and responsive. I called at 8 a.m. he was at my door by 11 a.m. He called along the way to keep me posted. He needed to order a part so he returned 4 hours later to install the part. He explained all work in advance, outlining all the possibilities. I would call him again in a minute. I highly recommend this company.

    Svilen from GSR responded quickly to my request for an appointment. The appointment was made at an acceptable time on a Friday and he showed up on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty control module and made arrangements to obtain a replacement. The control module was no longer being produced by the manufacturer, however, there was a company on the south side of Chicago that provided remanufactured units. Svilen traveled to the company and returned later that day with the new unit. Unfortunately, the control unit didn't work correctly so Svilen made arrangements for the company to fix my original control unit overnight. Svilen arrived early Saturday morning to installed the fixed board. He followed up with me on Sunday to make sure that the refrigerator was operating satisfactorily. Due to his customer focus, I didn't have to discard any food. I definitely recommend Svilen and GSR for large appliance repair.

    I called Svilen thinking I would make an appointment for next week. he said he was close by and could do it now if I wanted. Now that is great luck! When he arrived he was very quick and efficient and had my fridge taken apart and put back together in about 45 mins, made my day! I asked how much I owed and it seemed reasonable for such quick service so I gave him and extra $40 for the good service. As he was leaving he noticed a thermostat for another cooler and asked about it. I said it was for an old Wine cooler that no one seemed to know how to fix. He said I will fix it where is it? I took him to it and in 20 mins had it back together with the new part in it. He said he was not sure if it would work for sure because the part was a different part then the original but said he thought it would. He seemed like he was not even going to charge me for the second fix as I had given him extra but I gave him another $40 because he made my day getting the damned wine fridge working. I have had several guys over the years come to my house to fix stuff and never felt compelled to keep there info for the next time. Trust me I have his card on the side of my fridge and he will be getting a call when I need another fix.
