Harris Roofing, Siding, Window, & Doors
I can't say enough about this company. I have used them now for a new front door with sidelights and two times for windows. I have one more round of windows to complete next year and I will be using them. Their customer service is top notch and installers are great. If there is ever a problem, they come out to fix it. Great company.

    Sliding Door Roller Replacement Inc
It went very well. They doors proved to be a bit tricky to work with but they fixed things without issue. They even made an extra trip to the store to get the right parts and returned same day to complete the work.

    Diamond Bath LLC
After giving an estimate, we agreed to have them do the work.   They were easy to contact when we had questions.
They arrived on time.  They removed the old vanity and then carried the new one up to the upstairs bathroom.  They installed the vanity, granite top and new faucets.  There was extensive new plumbing that needed to be done and parts they had to get from Home Depot.  It took them longer than they anticipated.  Then they mounted the new medicine cabinet and shower doors.  This too took some unanticipated adjustments.
They finished in  about 5 or 6 hours, cleaned up and hauled away old vanity, doors, and debris.  They left things very clean.
The work was done well and it looks great.
Even though it took longer than they estimated, they charged the estimated price.  I only paid extra for the parts as agreed to ahead of time.
    They did a great job!

Handy Men & Mrs Helper Kitchen & Bath
Because of the location of the vent fan, I thought that one job would take all day but Steve finished everything in about five hours.  Everything was done exactly the way I wanted and looks great.  (I had several plumbers--none from Angie's List--look at the vent fan and none of them wanted to work on it because of the location.)  I will definitely call Handymen and Mrs. Helper again.  Steve did a marvelous job!

    Olson Windows Doors & Siding
The question posed is How did it go?  The answer is fantastic!
Dave came out to our home to show us several samples for the french sliding door and kitchen window. The french door is a marvin door and the window is pella. As with any construction project, things occur. Once the kitchen window was installed, the crank handle was located high up and to the left. you needed to be 6 feet tall to open and close the window.
Upon calling Olson to explain our concerns and to figure out a solution, they were fantastic. Some companies would blame the customer, the manufacturer...someone but not Olsen. They immediately addressed my concerns and in no time a new window was installed. Do not hesitate to use Olsen window and doors. As we replace the rest of our windows and doors, Olsen  will be our go to company.  honest and integrity filled. Great job and Thank you Olsen and Dave!!

    Recon Inc
Contractor provides specific advice on type of door to purchase as replacement (fiberglass) and helped me measure door jam, which is fortunate as door turned out to be an odd size that required a special order.
Contractor showed up as planned and removed old rotted, wood door and installed new door. Contractor was meticulous about using the right materials (treated lumber & cedar) to ensure the new door would last as long as possible, hold up to the weather and match the existing house style. All debris was cleaned up, door was caulked and new know and dead bolt (that matches existing house key) was installed.
Door looks great, closes perfectly and just needs to be stained as I opted to do the staining to save a few bucks.

    Carpenter Specialties
I was remodeling my basement and I wanted to save some money by doing as much as I could myself and in phases. I asked Carry(owner) to do the framing, electrical, drywall, tapping, trim work, and a small concrete repair for my project. He had no problem with doing the work in phases, allowing me time to complete end of the work. He gave me a fair price and did the phases when I needed them done. His team showed up on time at every visit, were professional and knowledgable. All tasks were complete to our needs and cleaned up after themselves each day. Our basement turned out great and are very happy with Carry's help throu every phase. I would recommend Carpentry Specialties to anyone and would use them again. Thanks guys!

Stopped in on Saturday to see a high-end Provia storm door.
There was only ONE sales person there & he was with another customer who was completely clueless about what she wanted. All he said to me was hello & never even attempted to help me - even though I was there for a freaking half hour. No brochure to keep me busy . No I'll be with you in a few moments. Not even an inquiry about what I came to see. I work retail & juggle multiple customers everyday. It's not difficult. I just walked out & he actually seemed surprised that I was leaving after being ignored for so long.
I didn't have all day to waste waiting to see if I would ever be helped so I called later. When I called I spoke with the most clueless salesman on the planet. I told him I was interested in the   * fullview * storm door , told him it was green & had to tell him where on the sales floor it was located - several times.  AND HE STILL COULDN"T FIGURE IT OUT !
His response was , oh yeah you're talking about the one with the bar across the middle where the screen drops down.
Ok, anyone who knows what a fullview door is , knows that it is one BIG piece of glass that is framed in metal - no bars.
I repeated my description a few more times & then just hung up on him because he obviously has no idea what he is doing.
I bought two of those very nice storm doors somewhere else.

    Mark Bryzinski
I would call him back anytime, he is just a great guy. He was very professional and he was cautious about asking what I wanted to do and how he could help. He made sure that I was okay with him replacing or fixing things. He told me what was going to happen and how long the projects would take, and all of things fell right into place. He was very neat and cleaned up well, and he was very punctual.
