ASuper Steam, Inc.We’ve worked with Super Steam 4 times now and have always been very impressed. After our sump pump failed last spring, Sam and his crew were at our place super quickly. Despite a huge flood, they saved all our finished basement carpet and walls, and prevented any mold from forming. Everything was put back together as though nothing had happened. They were super thorough, very considerate, and proved 100% trustworthy. All of this was true again when we had to repair (unrelated) mold damage caused by a shower leak and again when our tenants caused a huge flood recently. (Our luck has not been great this year...) In particular, after the tenant flood, the drywall repair and painting was flawless. No one could ever tell there had been a problem. And, when that last flood happened, Sam had fans and dehumidifiers on site in less than an hour from when we called. Amazingly fast. I hope we don’t have to deal with any more water damage, but if we ever do, it’s a huge relief to know Super Steam. We wholeheartedly recommend (and thank!) them!- Connie M.

AI was shocked when my basement flooded, I've never dealt with something like this before. ProDry Restoration was highly recommended, so I called them right away. I'm glad I did, they had someone out to me right away. I was pretty dismayed by the whole situation but they did a great job at calming me down and giving me some peace of mind. Within one day, they were able to take out everything that was irremediable and set up their drying equipment. As they were working, they made sure to use cloth rugs upstairs, and to plastic wrap all of my furniture to keep my home clean in the midst of the mess. They are an incredibly courteous, clean, and hardworking team of professionals. I hope I don't have to call them again anytime soon, but I have them on speed dial just in case.

ACame on time. The cleaner and pretreater were odorless as mom is allergic. Looked in every room and explained about the process to clean the stains, what furniture could be moved and to make one of the carpets looked like it wasn't faded. Told us the price, got our okay, then started the cleaning. He moved the items that weren't heavy. After finishing, he asked us to check his work and asked if we were happy. We had signed on for the additional sanitizing due to mom being 87 and Covid numbers were up in her area. He also asked if we would like it scotch guarded. He waited until he cleaned the carpet to be sure it would be worthwhile to do so. We also had it done. 24 hours later all was completely dry and the high traffic areas no longer looked as though they were high traffic. Afterward, he cleaned up quickly. We have used other national brands before with terrible, pricey work. Mom was skeptical but loved how pleasant and accomodating he was to her. We definitely recommend Clement.
