AAbsolute Doors & Home Services IncSam was very knowledgeable & explained what he was inspecting to fully diagnose the problem. He replaced the sensors and noticed that the existing wire had cracks in two places. He replaced the wire and was apologetic that he would have to charge me for the new sensors. Cost of repair was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Absolute Doors & Home Repairs and will call them for other household repairs.- Gloria B.

AOverhead Garage Door IncVery well. Trace was very knowledgeable and was systematic in his approach to figuring out the issue. He didn't try to "upsell" any products. He found the solution, made the fix, checked to make sure all remotes and the controls in the cars worked, and even did some preventive maintenance on the door itself. We had used this company years ago, and had been please then. We were happy to see that they are not only still in business, but have adopted technology that provides great customer service. AOverhead Garage Door IncA+ service. I had inadvertently bought an extension kit that was too long to work with the new garage door opener and my current garage layout. However, I wasn't charged for the inital visit where the technician, Lukasz, determined this, even though it was my error. The appointment was promptly rescheduled for the day after the correct extension kit arrived, and work was completed precisely and timely. Lukasz also mentioned some other things he noticed about our garage layout as an FYI, not an upsell, which I appreciated as well. Outstanding service and I will definitely do business with this company again if I have a need.- Jennell L.

AIt is so refreshing to work with an old school type of company. Their website, while a little outdated, is very clear and gives great information on what could be wrong and how much it will cost. No coupons. No discounts. But that’s ok - cause their pricing is transparent. Rudy was great - such a nice young man. Articulate and efficient. Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be my go to for any future garage door repairs. Note: I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but was so impressed with this company that I am taking the time to write this.

AJohn from PGDR did a very good job with the install of a new door opener. As advertised, he kept at it until the job was done properly. The sensors provided by the manufacturer were faulty so John returned them and came back the next day and installed new sensors . I appreciated the extra effort at a very fair price!
