    First let me say, I've taken my Toyota Avalon to Keiji several times, and always had a very good experience. Until this morning! My "check engine" light is on, so I take the car in and Keiji's guy comes outside to read the code. He can't get the code scanner to work, for some reason -- okay, that sort of thing happens (btw, I had no trouble reading the code with my own $10 obd2 scanner at home, so obviously something was wrong with his machine). When I ask the guy, what does he suggest I do, his response is: "Get a new car" (exact quote). Of course, I thought he was joking, but no -- he repeated that response, plus a surly "take it to the dealer," after which he just walked away. When I went inside again to talk to Keiji, his own response to me was, "Well, what do you want me to do?" (also an exact quote). A few more words back and forth along those lines, and I left. Now, maybe Keiji and his guy were just having a really bad morning, I don't know. Regardless, I'm obviously done taking my car to a mechanic who (a) isn't able to scan a diagnostic code, and (b) when that happens, responds so dismissively and rudely.

    Once we received the pick up date everything went as planned. We didn���t realize that we wouldn���t receive the pick up date until a day or two before pickup. But once received everything went perfectly. The price was much cheaper than multiple other companies. Highly recommend!

    I purchased the service contract so everything is "free". I've only had 3 visits but they've been very good. They are just extremely responsive to concerns and complaints that I have. They answered questions. They were concerned with making sure they cleaned it up.

    Hello guys. Unfortunately had bad experience with this company and I want you all to know about it. Recently Okay! I agreed! My extended warranty covered almost "nothing" so I ended up paying over 1800$ directly to them and left vehicle there for another 5 days. After 5 days I received phone call from Adam who told me that problem is fixed there is 99% improvement and I can come to pick my truck up. I was happy about it and didn't even think about over priced charge for this "repair". So after I picked vehicle up and drove it around the block I was shocked ... VIBRATION IS STILL THERE. And there is no improvement at all. I called back and talked to Adam again, explained him that problem is still there and I'm very disappointed since they need to fix the issue that I came in with. He asked me to drive car for another 5 days and if it's not going to disappear to come back. Which I did. After a week I stopped by and asked them what's going on. Vibration is still there, no improvement in dynamics , nothing!!! They asked to leave the vehicle for another couple days. During this couple days vehicle was parked outside since it was winter time and snow was sitting on top of it , they not even brought it in the shop (yeah I especially was passing by the shop since I work in the area and I felt that they are "fishy") I got tired of it and I walked in the shop again and talked to the owner Timothy. I was asking for full refund and to install my old parts back and explaining them that they charged me for "diagnostics" and it was their responsibility to find the problem and fix it and if they can't fix it they are obligated to return my money back. Other parts that were replaced had nothing to do with shuttering vibration. He denied and after 2-3 days of constant arguing with owner, he agreed to return only 400$ out of 2200$. They just told me that :-"We dont know what to do with this vehicle" I would never come back to this shop and do not recommend you to deal with this guys!!! I lost lot of my time and money with them and I don't want you to experience the same. Btw. My shuttering vibration was fixed by another mechanic , problem was in transmission and he laughed hard that they "sold me" intake manifold replacement since there was no codes for it in ecm errors history.

    Bee Zee was the only shop that would repair rather than replace it. They did an excellent job, at a good price, and on time. The fender looked like new, and they added buffing of places that had been keyed at no cost. The owner was a little gruff but courteous. They accept credit cards but not checks.

    Outstanding!!!!! Better than I could have ever imagined. Tony went above and beyond in communicating and guiding us through the entire insurance claim/repair process. The repair work was impeccable, the entire car was clean when we picked it up. Our car was finished early which we did not expect. Tony is very experienced in this field and was able to repair our car easily and significantly cheaper than other auto body shops. I would never hesitate to return to McCormick Auto Body. Don't waste your time getting other estimates just go directly to Tony at McCormick and he will make sure your repair is done correctly and quickly.

    I brought in my car in to have a tire plugged. They patched the tire just fine. But afterwards the service writer crashed my car into another car in their lot. Scrapped the side of it all along another customers car. When I inspected the damage I was told it would rub out. Ha Ha, the guy broke all the bumper clips, removed a good amount of paint and damaged the plastic trim on the wheel well. After rubbing the area excessively he finally conceded and said they would repaint the bumper and that he would let me leave it and walk to work. I was never offered a courtesy car any sort of ride. At no point did anyone ever even apologize. They acted like my asking to have them fix the damage they inflicted on my poor car was quite an inconvenience. I came back to pick up the car that evening and found they had painted the bumper, but they didn't fix any of the damaged clips or plastics. When I pointed out how far from fixed the car was, they were very reluctant to offer to fix it correctly. Not to mention they still had the gall to insist I paid them for the patched tire before I left. Ha Ha, the nerve. I still don't have a car, we're on day two of this mess. All I want is for them to put the car back to the state it was in before they crashed it. I can't explain how disappointed I am. It's very true that when things don't go as planned a person, or companies true character show through. I am saddened at what I have seen from this place. I'll update this post and let you all know how this saga ends. But I am sure I will never give this place my business again and will warn all who will listen about the character of this place and it's employees.

    It went bad. 
    The used part brought in was not a proper fit on my Ford truck.   The original sunroof was replaced but not well, causing a hiss while driving.  There were also dirty finger prints left on the ceiling upholstery. I complained and brought the truck back in where it was cleaned up and refitted.  Subsequently it rained.  My passenger ended up sitting in a puddle of water, and I developed water stains over 20% of the ceiling upholstery.  I came in with a slight leak and left with a far greater problem.  
    I asked for a refund of the $100 diagnostic fee to defray some of my future expenses to clean and refit the roof, since i do not trust Main and Crawford to be able do so, and I was rejected flat out.  I then was told the truck was also handled by the dealership (a year previously) and they could have caused the problem. 
    I want others to be aware of their lack of professionalism.

    Had the best car-buying experience! Chris was really patient and understanding of what we were looking for and ended up taking home a 2013 honda civic. Told us everything we needed to know how was really open about the history of car and as to why the price was what it is. Honestly, there was no point of negotiating because the prices were already given at such a great deal, comparing it to other dealers, kelly blue book, and nada the price was even better at midway auto than anyother place/site. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going to this dealer not only will they give you the history of the car, a great value for the car, but also provide you with amazing customer service.
