    Adrian Perez came to our home to replace a filament in one of our two Dacor ovens. Everything seemed okay, but after Adrian left, the oven overheated. Adrian took our phone call and acquired a heat sensor. It was implemented a few days later and things seemed okay, again, but the overheating (which had been part of the problem after the filament was replaced) reoccurred. Awaiting next steps, but Adrian is professional and persistent in attempting to resolve the problem.

    Nick cleaned the dishwasher filter and taught me how to do it myself and also use citric acid for cleaning. He diagnosed the stove. Igniters are working but intermittently. He advised me to use a lighter tool rather than replace the igniters, since their cost would likely exceed the cost of the stove. He was punctual and very helpful!

    We called W & B Service and talked to a very friendly nice scheduler. Rich came the same day I called. Rich quickly found the problem. After he replaced two belts the washer spin dried the clothes again. Rich is a courteous, honest repair man. We have used his services for many years. We highly recommend W & B Service.

    The service man came on time and was professional. He had asked for the model number of the refrigerator and what was not working when the appointment was made. He came with the needed parts and fixed the refrigerator's icemaker quickly and efficiently.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    The repairman came out and determined I needed a new gasket. He ordered the gasket, and came out the next week to put it on. The appointment was changed last minute, after we had arranged time off work to be present. I was told the technician was sick. The gasket was put on, but the problem was worse. There was moisture now on the ceiling of the refrigerator, causing me to have to put towels in to collect the moisture. I called again, and another technician came out and determined the gasket was the wrong size. Once again, this appointment was changed last minute. He ordered the correct size. I made numerous calls to Sears explaining my disappointment. The first technician talked me into an appliance warranty, which I subsequently cancelled. I continued to call Sears, hoping for some type of reimbursement because my problem was made much worse by them and no one seemed to really care. It has been difficult trying to get someone to understand my issue. I had to spend more money with another company who came and installed the gasket, which has finally eliminated the moisture. I continue to follow up with Sears for some type of reimbursement because they really did not fix my problem. They had offered to send another technician, however, I did not trust that the technician would show up on the date promised. This all began in July. I will continue to follow up for some type of reimbursement. The sad part is we have been Sears customers for at least 30 years.

    The overall experience was excellent. I had only one issue, when they came out to install the dishwasher, they said it wouldn?t fit. They had a custom installer come out and he said it would fit, and it does. If they had sent out a more experience installer to begin with, I wouldn?t have had the hassle of having to reschedule twice. 

    Their whole idea is customer service. They are very customer service oriented and they want to make you happy. They will do whatever it takes until you?re happy. I have brought things from them for like 20 years. The workers were very polite and I would say professional. They don?t lollygag or anything, they do their job. As I said, except for that first delivery, everything was top-notch.

    Bob diagnosed the problem - a valve, which he replaced in a matter of minutes, fixed in the process the warm water 'regulator' too, and... all is well!! He saved us from buying a new washing machine, which would have cost an additional $250 - for a few more (hopefully) years..

    They are horrible. 

    The issue that I had is I can't say for sure what I was charged because they never fixed anything. They ended up ordering parts that weren't necessary and then I had to get in a fight with customer service.

    Their price to come out is reasonable I just don't think they know what they were doing. 

    I just wouldn't recommend it I would tell someone to go somewhere else.
