A few things to point out. 1. 2015 My mom & sister were purchasing a car here, it took several hours to finalize the paperwork. While they were waiting for them to return with keys and their copies, suddenly the lights went off. Yep! They turned off the lights, turned the alarm on- locked the doors and went home! They had to call the police to have someone come let them out. Apparently one the deal was done, they did not care anymore. Not only that, the “certified pre-owned” car ended up with several mechanical issues and was traded in elsewhere after a little over a year. She lost a few thousand on the trade-in. Salesman unknown 2. JANUARY 2016 (aprox.)- My daughter purchased a Pontiac G6 from this dealer. They sold her a car with a check-engine light on. She was young and dumb- they let her drive away without being insured and told her she had 24 hours to transfer insurance over. The car had extremely high miles, they promised she could bring the car in to have it repaired for the engine light- cost was $10k A. She was in an accident on the way home- her insurance did NOT cover damages. B. Mechanic that helped her piece the car back together over a years time told her the value of the car before the accident was only half what they sold it to her for. C. The Check engine light NEVER went off permanently. She brought it in multiple times, they claimed they repaired things but she would later verify they were just clearing the codes.- she finally traded the car in for $500 and went way upside down on a new car. They took advantage of her. 3. JUNE 2016 I purchased a car from this dealership reluctantly after Shay happened to my daughter but thought Honda itself is a good car so it should go okay. Well, long story short- they sold me an As-Is used car for $8500. They showed me the Carfax and all the maintenance records from a well-maintained one owner vehicle. They said they only talked the owner into trading in because of an incredible sale they had going on. Once I had the car a few days, I started noticing things that were not super noticeable: the car had been in a pretty bad accident, it simply was not reported to Carfax and I am 100% certain they knew from inspecting the vehicle. The entire driver side was bondo’ed abd their were multiple mechanical issues to soon follow very soon after from frame damage. Here I am 2 years later, I still owe about $4500 and the car is valued at only about $2k yet I took PERFECT care of the car. The value is based on the accident flaws that are now much more visable because it starts chipping & rusting over time. Bottom line, this is NOT a trustworthy dealership. I tried to get them to work with me as did my daughter and sister but they basically shut the door in our faces. The niceties go away once the deal is done. Not ever an apology. They simply repeat the words “As-Is”. There are many more dealerships in town that have a much better reputation that it just is not worth it to go here. Buyer Beware! They are GREAT at hiding things from the consumer. I’m In the market for a new car now (love Honda) but sill travel farther to find someone I can trust. Salesman for both myself and my daughter was Gerry Pastore- I would have requested someone else had I known beforehand he was the one to scam her the lemon AKA G6. Do NOT trust this guy- PLEASE! The photo pictured is the actual photo from their website when I purchased my car- they hid the complete driver side damage very well.

Items they sell are store returns, damaged returns, shelf pulls, or salvaged products. Some items are not as described, wrong photos posted, arrive broken or damaged, lost items, or items not even shipped. Their customer service people are rude. Items purchased that were sent by accident or not as described, they require YOU to pay to ship back. Online items are often mis-represented in regards to condition or description. When you email them with a problem, they send generic pre-prepared messages back to you... if they even respond back. They try to portray themselves as a small Mom N Pop business, but they are not. They are a large business that also has items for sale on ebay under seller ID Karensbarn. I have bought from them since they started the online auction and for awhile off of ebay and am DONE!!! Fed up with lack of concern over lost products, damaged items that werent packaged well, constantly paying to return items that arent what they advertise in the auctions. Beware.

I've been with them since I've been driving, about 24 years. They are very professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I feel at home when I go to them. They usually try to negotiate with me to help me out with the price. I know the guy and it's a very nice place. It has that home town feel. I go about 4 times a year for service.

It's usually about 10 minutes. They're friendly, no problems at all. They're funny and they ask about my family. They just tell me how to maintain my vehicle and tell me to come back in 3 months and have a nice day.

I went in to have the onstar repaired and they gave me a 2017 to drive. I ended up buying it. Kept me informed on everything. They put the part in and found out it didn't work, so they figured out they had to put a new module in.

I will be back in 36 months to buy another one. Also for oil changes and maintenance.

Not so good the first time. The salesman would not provide any direct answer. Very shady interaction. Obviously, we didn't buy from that sales guy. We went back thinking that we would get a better sales person. This time we got a scary sales person, a bit aggressive. We didn't want to give him business. Knowing that we like the Honda car and the sales person is just a middleman, we tried the online option. The quote we got over email is a lot higher than the two quotes before. Needless to say that we did not buy.

Apparently it didn't  go too well, my Yukon Denali has been in to D'Arcy for the same trouble code four times now and the check engine light is on again. The girls at the service desk are always snotty when I go to pick up my vehicle, this time was no different. When I asked why my bill was so high they told me it was becuse I was being charged for the loaner car. I asked to see the service adviser and he came up and verified that I was indeed charged for the "loaner" car. I was called about a week later by the service manager, he wanted to know if I was contacted by GM was there any reason that I  could not give a positive feedback. I related my experience to him and he said he would look into it and get back to me, he never did.
Time to take it somewhere else!

Terrible.... i showed up with my reservation in my hand and they had no cars.  In fact the employees were not even there.  All I could do is call and be told that they had no cars.  Why take a reservation and then have no cars!

Dealing with the owner (father) of this store was fine. He was nice and very polite and patient. His son I wasn't too impressed with. After they made repairs I called my mechanic father that lives in another state to go over the repairs made on the car. He advised that the labor and parts for the job done should have been around $800 for a fair price and that we were way over charged. Also we weren't able to pay for replacing the tie rods because that would have taken the total to over $1500 and we only had $1200 put away. When we picked the car up and talked about the remaining work to be done, the son advised me that the cost to do that would be much higher than the quote his father had given us because there wouldn't be other work included. He kept talking in circles when we were picking up the car and kept saying things like "it's really all about math and I don't like to discuss that with the customers."  The good thing about this company is that they made the repair in one day. We had a rental so that was really great. We will continue to search for an honest mechanic in our area, and in the meantime we will drive over to the old neighborhood and use one we trust. Also this shop gives not discounts or promotions to Angies list members.

I have used this shops services for the past few years, based on a recommendation of a Friend, and i would highly recommend them. They service all 3 of our vehicles and we are very pleased with Jeff and his crews knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and fair price. We plan on having them continue servicing our vehicles for the forseable future.
